This is an amusement that has great thrill rides! The lines took us atleast 45 minutes to an hour to actually get on roller coasters, so it's best to get fast passes if you can afford them. Clean park... Friendly, interactive staff. Definitely worth a second visit!

This park is simply amazing. We are Gold Pass members and it is well worth the money to upgrade. We travel from WV to Dollywood on average of 4-6 times a season. This is one of the most family centered theme parks I've been to on the East Coast. We will continue our future travels with this park being incorporated always. Thanks for an amazing experience every time we visit!!

I was completely shocked at how reasonable this place is.
I came in thinking I was gonna spend every bit of a hundred dollars and I was wrong. I would go back in a instant and probably spend more time and money here as it was so worth it. Such a blast! Great service too. Thanks for the good time you guys! Great family fun for everyone at a great price.

Great place for a day of family fun! Food , drinks and parking are very overpriced. The parking price is too much, and should be lowered to at least 1/2 the now price or more. Otherwise, great music, fun rides, fantastic, friendly, and very helpful employees.

I have been lucky enough to experience Dollywood twice with my family because of work. It s been a blast both times. The shows are so much fun and they have a huge section full of rides for kids.
Our family also really enjoyed the glass blowing and watched several demonstrations throughout the day. This park is huge and definitely worth the visit but you may want to make your trip more than one day, there are so many shows to see and things to experience. We will be back again.

Took the kids after Christmas and had a blast. Between the rides and shows there is always something for everyone. Can't wait till they open back up in the spring to be able to go again.

Friendly atmosphere, which is strange for an amusement park. Food prices are not outrageous depending on where you eat and souvenirs are reasonably priced. Parking and ticket pricing should be together in a flat fee, but what are you gonna do, it's an amusement park.

My wife and I love, love, love Dollywood.

The food and entertainment is fantastic and the park is exceptionally clean.

If you plan to visit more than once in a year we would recommend the upgrade to a season pass.

A visit is highly recommended if you have never been there before.

Great experience, beautiful place. Less rides than other bigger parks I've been to but, but there are a few bigger, unique, and surprising rides for sure. There is also better food overall and a lot more gift selection than any other theme park I've been to. I recommend getting the taffy, if you like sweet, sour, and slightly salty (in the best ways possible) get the lime and/or the watermelon taffies. I could eat them after every meal and never be tired of them. They also accommodated my mother who has physical handicaps beautifully. An amazing experience, we will be back.

Best time to go is the off season which starts mid August which is great coming from NYC and school doesn t start until September here. Also, there were ticket deals where adults pay children s price! It was not crowded and not too much of a wait on the lines. Overall great beautiful park. We had lots of fun, but wish it stayed open a little later.

Everything about this theme park is top notch! The friendly staff, the delicious food, the park cleanliness, the atmosphere and the rides. This was quite possibly the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Thank God for Dollywood! It's just a gorgeous park and I can't recommend visiting enough.

It's was a fun time and enjoyed the rides. The staff could of been a little more friendly. But other than that it was a great experience. Alot of shows for Christmas time and they all were very talented. The Christmas lights came out which were very nice to see lots of different colors.

Do not buy season passes with the intent of going specific dates. Website shows high availability on dates you want, you buy a season pass, go to reservation page to book your date 2 seconds later, and your date is miraculously full! Seems like a good way to get your money for season pass yet you can t go the days you want even though they are shown as high availability days! What a scam! And if you need to speak to someone make sure to give yourself about 1 hour to waste on the phone cause that s how long you will wait to speak to someone for them to do absolutely nothing for you!!! Don t waste your time or money!!

I went on one of the busiest days of the year, and as one would expect, it was busy. Lots of 1 1/2 hour waits. Dollywood has a good selection of coasters and things to do, and as usual with all amusement parks, it s full of delicious and over priced food items.
I would recommend someone come here.

One of the best theme parks I have been to, if not the best. Well ran with nice people. Very cool rides that are different then I normally see. They pay attention to detail with water sprays to cool you down as you walk and even will help you out as a curtesy if your car won t start after a day of having fun. I don t live close by, but I just got back to TX from there and I already want to go back!

I think Dollywood was the most disappointing part of our trip to the area. Most of the shops were closed, blah blah blah...was a waste of time and money. If your looking to a theme park, go somewhere else! I know we will NEVER return!!

What a wonderful family friendly place. This is honestly my favorite amusement park to take my children. It is clean, safe, welcoming. I love that this place is owned by a woman who loves to share and love on others. She even has a chapel with services on Sundays at 1130. Thank you, Dolly and Dollywood!!

I had the best time ever! This was my first time to both a park like this and to be on a Rollercoaster! I went with family and friends and had a blast but the only thing I didn't get was we paid $45. For the pictures we got on the rides for the day but they didn't have pictures for the younger children's rides, and I feel like if I had kids, and I took them to a place like this, I would like to have those memories the most... but other then that, I had a wonderful time as did my family/friends/and kids:)

This is the perfect theme park for families. Not too big but not too small and the height requirements are very reasonable! My 5 yr old is 48 and could ride all but one ride (she needed to be 50 for the Wild Eagle). The theming is magnificent and everyone in the park is friendly and helpful. We had a great time visiting and would definitely go back. It s a Pigeon Forge can t miss!

Went to Dollywood for my birthday with my husband and friends and the staff was very rude, and were refusing to understand that two of the members of my party have a medical condition and was forcing them to wear a mask even though they can't breath with the mask on. While the rule is in place they need to be more considerate to those who medical can not wear the mask. The mask have no effect so it shouldn't be a demand if it is for a medical reason.

Family oriented, a little something for everyone! Live music, food, amusement rides, and my favorite-Craftsmen's Valley, where you can watch master crafts people work their crafts. I appreciate the jobs that Dollywood has brought to the surrounding county.

What a great place. I was pleasantly surprised by all the cooling stations - the cool mists everywhere, the a/c stores, restaurants and restrooms. The park was clean. You could ride all the rides in a day but definitely plan the shows around the riding otherwise you can't see it all. We tried to tour the Dolly RV and it was closed.

Incredible experience, only amusement park in the same league is Disney. The ambience, the experience, the cleanliness, and the rides make this an awesome experience. Many of the rides were very unique and not things I have experienced at any other park. Great for all ages!

I ve been waiting a long time to be able to visit ...

I ve been waiting a long time to be able to visit Dollywood. My husband and I received tickets as a gift from my mother n law. We understood that bc of COVID there would be circumstances that we had to follow like Social distancing, wearing a mask and hand sanitizing. We had a great time and I appreciate the opportunity to be able to go. My favorite part was the Great Pumpkin Luminights. It was absolutely amazing walking through at night. The food was great we ate at aunt granny s buffet.

So the biggest disappointment was the fact that it was so crowded even with the the number of people that were allowed in due to COVID. The lines were long it took two hours just to ride the train. They opened at 10 so I felt rushed to walk through the park. We wanted to ride all of the roller coasters but several were not even open which was disappointing we only had enough time to ride 4 rides. Half of the shows were cancelled and we ran out of time to finish the rides that were open. You really need two days to be able to see and do everything in the park.

I think I will go back again but not during COVID! Real disappointing with the lack of time! And still paying full price was not good! All rides were every other row so it took way to long. The express passes were $44 I think and those were sold out. If I had known what I know now I d definitely wait til after the restrictions are over.

I loved this place since I was little. Just wished they bring back the Thunder Road back where 2 cops chase the bad guys. And fixed the older rides that has the sound backgrounds cause some of the places lost their sounds and they were really entertaining when waiting in line or riding the rides but they haven't fixed them yet. I really wish they fixed the older rides instead of taking them out and put different ones in. The originals were entertaining.

First time ever to the great smokey mountains and is loving it we have heard so much good things about Dollywood , but was aware they was a bit pricey to get in. We decided to give it a try, we picked a nice day to go, super hot outside and humid. It sprinkled a little but it just made it even hotter, there is some super flaws about the place and also some amazing things as in they come pick you up from the parking lot, they offer you free ice water, they place some nice music as you walk around the place, and some.. Not all but some of the staff was friendly. The negativity about Dollywood is the price to park is RIDICULOUS spent $157.00 for 2 people for admission, then when we got inside the gate the rides was closed. .Every..single..one! The rude woman at the gate giving our tickets didn't even mention about the rides being closed. We didn't let it get to us so we decided to just walk around the entire park and see all the goodies everyone has been talking about, lots of shops, our favorite had to have been the glass blowing! So amazing. After walking around for an hour and a half they finally said rides where finally open, they had the sign saying closed due to "weather conditions" that's BS but we got to go on only 3 coasters . Everything was so pricey and not exactly the "fun" we was looking for. This is a live and learn experience and will NEVER be going back. I highly NOT recommend to go there if you don't want to spend so much money on nothing. Plus it is more for elder people. I wouldn't even give this 1 star but maybe it will open someones eyes and do something . Plus I have to give it something to post it.

We went as a family of 9 and each of us had an amazing time. Their shows are so enjoyable time just disappeared. The younger ones hit all the rides, fans and misters kept them cool during reasonable wait times. The staff were all so friendly and helpful they went out of their way to make our vacation memories come true. We ate at Red s their food was typical theme park food higher priced with ok taste.

NOT the way it used to be!! Prices are higher than before and service is less. We spent $350 for 4 adults to get in, see one so-so show and see Christmas Lights that were not even as good as the ones you can see for FREE in town!! Total ripoff for us. You have to stand in line to get a ticket to stand in line to see a show. We had to stand in the freezing cold for almost an hour waiting for a trolley to get to our car while the attendant let 100's of people go in front of us. SEVERAL spoke up and he just ignored us!! VERY unprofessional!! and not like anything you would ever expect from Dollywood. They took our last dollar, we will NOT be back. Nowhere near worth what it cost!!!

Love Dollywood! The rides, food, and entertainment are fantastic. My only complaint is that NONE of the water fountains worked. That was pretty irritating. Otherwise, i highly recommend Dollywood!
