Staff is very friendly, attentive, and quick. I had a wooden watch the other jewelers wouldn't resize due to it being difficult--The Diamond Room resized it in a matter of minutes and it was complimentary. Would recommend!

My fiance and I looked around at various stores for rings to get an idea of what we liked and once we found a design it became a matter of finding the right store. There were a few places that we liked but the Diamond Room had something special to it. The staff was incredibly helpful during the process and was always willing to help or answer any questions. I didn't feel pushed or pressured into anything. They understood my current situation and were more than willing to work with me to get a financial plan together. I would recommend the diamond room to anyone and as a first time ring buyer they made the process easy to understand and easy to navigate. I am thankful we choose to go through the diamond room and everyone there was great.

Was searching all over for a certain wedding band, and found a jeweler online. A spot called the diamond room in South Dakota. Im from Nj so its was a little scary ordering online, but then Kyle, got in touch with me and made it a great experience! He returned my messages back right away, located and ordered the ring and even rushed shipment for me! For such a stressful time, Kyle really saved the day and kept in touch the whole time until the ring was shipped! I highly recommend this jeweler, especially for the service and friendliness they provided me with!

I can't speak highly enough about The Diamond Room. The whole staff have always been very friendly. Justin helped me find exactly the ring I was looking for and still stuck within my budget. And best of all, there was absolutely no pressure! All around an exceptional experience!

Even though I didn't have a massive budget for a diamond upgrade, the team at The Diamond Room helped me find a stone much larger than I thought I could afford! They even made a custom band to match one from a chain so my ring was balanced. The service I received was amazing, you would have thought I was their top client. Hands down best service and customer care! Went and looked at 4 different places for engagement rings and the Diamond Room was hands down, superior in every way! The Diamond Room by Spektor truly provides some of the best customer service. My fiance had a small idea of what I wanted in a ring and took those ideas to the Diamond Room, where they helped him find the perfect ring! Not only did they help him, but they managed to get a diamond in to fit the setting in just a few days time so he could propose on an upcoming trip. They really went above and beyond to accomodate his grand ideas of a perfect proposal on very short notice. Since, I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly attitude from all of the staff and can't imagine going to another jeweler. This local gem will make you feel like a VIP, not a commission check.

Wanted to have an estate ring sized up to my index finger. Also, bought a ring to act as the bottom guard for my wedding ring. Then, upper guard, engagement/wedding ring, and lower guard all to be sized together. Kyle was very helpful and gave me ideas and solutions. Other staff were very courteous. This was an enjoyable experience. Will be back!

I recently purchased a 3 stone replacement wedding ring for my wife for our 25th anniversary. I wanted to incorporate her original diamond into the ring. Justin was great to work with and helped me put together a simple but elegant ring, right in my price point. My wife was speechless and I catch her staring at the ring all the time. I brought my wedding ring into the Diamond Room and had the diamond removed (it was an inheritance piece for on my husband s mother) and had a necklace made for my daughter. The Diamond Room then re-designed the setting into a necklace and put my daughter s birthstone in it. One old style ring turned into two heirloom pieces. Fantastic!

When my husband and I began looking at rings later on in our dating journey, The Diamond Room just felt like a no-brainer. For one thing, we had several family members and friends who had used the business for their special day but for another, we just really love(d) supporting local business. They are personable and put your mind at ease with zero pressure. Keith felt especially grateful as he was picking out "the diamond". There was an attention to detail and great explanation given through the process that I don't think we would have gotten anywhere else. Now that we live in the Minneapolis area, we try to return to The Diamond Room when we are back home visiting so that are rings remain clean and sparkly! One of the best buying experiences I've had! Justin was incredible! He took the time to sit down with me and my girlfriend to answer our questions, and offer his suggestions. We designed her engagement ring from scratch and Justin was integral the entire time. It would not look half as good if it wasn't for him.
