Excellent service, cleanliness and location. Loved...
Excellent service, cleanliness and location. Loved every minute of our stay. The valet parking is a nice touch for only $22 a day. :)

Beautiful atmosphere but the beds are NOT comfortable.
This is one of a kind hotel. It has a lot of history. Take your time to walk around first and second floors to explore different ball rooms and beautiful interior. My parlor junior suite with whirlpool was cozy yet spacious and elegant with just enough furniture for my comfort. The heater did not go past 75 degrees F. I prefer my room a bit warmer. The fitness center is spacious with all needed equipment including free weights. Per covid regulations, there is a two people limit at a time. No appointments needed. Their pool area with a hot tub was also open with some covid-related restrictions. Their to go breakfast was included if you are a marriott bonvoy member. Their covered parking was accross the street for additional nominal charge. Cutomer service was top notch. Their representatives were able to accommodate all my requests. Great stay overall. Will definitely be back.
Stayed one night for a special occasion and was blown away. Room service was as delicious as it was quick (creme brulee for a late night dessert and eggs Benedict for breakfast). The jetted tub and fireplace were luxurious and relaxing, but somehow couldn't hold a candle to the king sized bed. Most comfortable I've ever been!
Weekend in Spokane. Had to try the Davenport. Truly the best in Spokane. We stayed at the historic. Bed was almost too comfortable. We had the petite suite and could have just lounged around there all weekend. Pricey, but for a special night out worth it
Beautiful, stunning building. It sweeps one back to a bygone era.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Incredibly clean and comfortable.
Historic, beautiful building I put on par with the famed Biltmore in LA
Great Rooms, Extremely Comfortable Beds. Epic Sunday Brunch!!!
The hotel was goregous! There is a self walking tour; just oick up the brochure at the front desk
Lovely historic hotel, updated in style. Great location. Friendly staff.
Absolutely gorgeous! Gorgeous doesn't describe how amazing it is there. Must go see the Christmas trees and experience the Elegance of this historic hotel.
Very good experience at the Davenport, clean environment and curtious staff
BEAUTIFUL Hotel, great service, wouldn't you think the food would be just as great? The food is horrible. Not just once, but every single time I've eaten there which is 5 times now. I won't be joining them for breakfast, lunch or dinner ever again. Too expensive. You can get better food anywhere. It makes no sense to me...
Beautiful historic setting with classic charm. Polite and very helpful staff.
Ate at the post street ale house, good food and decor
Fantastic hotel, perhaps my all time favorite. Fantastic bar with good food. Breakfast was spot on. Great bed and shower was huge. Love this place, on my list. The winter rates were fantastic. Paid $118 last night included free self parking and gave us some food coupons. We will be back!!!!
a luxury hotel located at the centre of Spokane downtown, a historic architecture with gorgeous decor everywhere, close to the park, steps away from the shopping mall, parking costs $17
Food was delicious but kinda cold. Was there for Sunday brunch
My wife and I stayed here years ago and its still a fine memory.
Beautiful to see Christmas trees and fun to play the raffles
As a ride share driver, I love how they come to greet the riders I bring in.
Staff was friendly as always and the driver was great as well. Room was clean and luxurious.
The room was well appointed and the service was good. The food was average but very overpriced. I wish it had a pool. The pool was at the Tower, another Davenport location and it was a broken hip waiting to happen. Slippery floors that had puddles everywhere and it was very shallow. It was in dire need of an upgrade.
Absolutely gorgeous architecture with a bar staff that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. You would think for the price of things that the asskissing would be endless. My wife's birthday was 1 disappointment after another. Supposed to be picked up in a limo, got an airport shuttle van because "car was in shop". Penthouse room was supposed to have a bar, fridge and jetted bath tub, didn't until I complained and got moved, AFTER I had setup wife's surprise in room. Peacock room staff REPEATEDLY failed to get us even our first drinks for 30 minutes (Ashley). We left and went the bar at the Suki Yaki Inn whee we had attention in 30 secs. and our drinks 2 mins. later. Once we got to our 2nd room it was VERY nicely decorated. The linens weren't 5 star (chem/cleaner odor and some stains that bleach obviously was unable to remove). Great view and bed. Nice fireplace, but TV channel selection sucked (not that it was ever turned on). Ghosts are cool.
A beautiful hotel! The Va Piano tasting room has some great wines from the region.
Beautiful Hotel. Awesome staff. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Very quiet. Great beds and large bathroom. Historical walking tour of the hotel is AMAZING. You will LOVE staying here!
The service was amazing the drinks are overpriced, I love the appetizers!!
Very average rooms and accommodations by any standard. No refrigerator in the room. Poor service. Only three stars because of the location and fascade.
Best 4 -star I have stayed at. One of the few places with an indoor pool and hot tub. Service could use some work. Requested firm pillows and never received them and we didn't want to stay up waiting for them with a second call. We ordered snacks and never received them and with a later request they found we were charged and finally brought them.
What an honour and privilege to be able to stay at this historic hotel. If you re into history and art, this place is the one! It reminded me of some of Europe s most prestigious hotels: well furnished, elegant, historically attractive, very detailed architecture, and a very well-mannered and friendly staff to top it off. I was most certainly pleasantly impressed with this! I will most definitely return again when I m in Spoken! Oh, the terrace is great! Check it out!
I would have put loved but after they got rid of the turn down service and coincierge. Favorite thing was the locally made peanut brittle when you arrive.
The rooms were wonderful, everything was grand and fancy and it's almost like being transported to another Era. The staff is always smiling no matter where you go or what time of day. And the rest of the hotel, outside of the rooms is simply grand. It is a wonderful place to stay or visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a hotel.
Beautiful location, rich in history and elegance. Stellar service and wonderul atmosphere. Attended a social event around Christmas and it was absolutly a blast.
My wife and I loved the historic and romantic atmosphere of the hotel.
I went to one of the restaurant in there and it was wonderful. It was a little busy. The food was great.
Beautiful interior. Very interesting and perfect setting for the wedding I attended
Lovely hotel with attentive staff. The bed and pillows were outstanding, and we enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. It's a short walk to Riverfront Park or shopping at River Park Square. A stay at The Davenport is a must for all visitors to Spokane.
Food was good in the bar of the Palm Court Grill. Service was very slow. Loved the ambiance!
Alright for a fancy place. Weird being here for a homeless conference.
What lovely accommodations! The rooms are comfortable and gorgeous. Very spacious restrooms. Love the restaurant and the feel of the lobby.
Great historic environment, good food, WONDERFUL service.
Great bar with a great staff. We had a lot of fun. The drinks we're well crafted and the servers were attentive. Be sure to pop into the lobby and get a sample of the peanut brittle!
Do not understand the 4 diamond/star rating system. Been at cheaper hotels with better wifi, TV, beds and rooms. Wifi spotty and slow, bed with a soft spot in the middle and firm on the sides, TV did not work one night, room had poor water pressure, and construction started outside at 4am. Otherwise nice historic grounds and service, just none of the things I care about in a relaxing hotel stay.
Great downtown location close to shopping, restaurants and several cellars with wine tastings. The room was beautiful and luxurious with lots of nice tounches like a huge marble shower and amazingly comfortable linens. The service is top notch as well. We had a terrific stay.
This place is Awsome! Especially during december!!!
Really buetiful. Has an old charm while still staying new and modern
Nice, but a bit noisy. Should not have been surprised given it was NYE.
Accurate historic renovation, relaxing, luxurious, extremely comfortable. Slept well (although, the 2AM train horn woke my spouse ). Don't hear our neighbors. Staff is on point. Many ways to be pampered, including my 5AM workout in the middle of downtown
One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever had joy of exploring.
This place is awesome... I can't put a high enough recommendation on it.
Stayed in the Davenport suite, very nice! Lots to look at on lobby floor and 2nd floor balcony! Hot tub was nice and hot!
The staff were incredible (Madison, especially)! My favorite thing, though, was that this was a beautiful girl in all ways! Elegant, appropriately appointed for us historic nature and autograph status. It was a delightful few days!
Great stay. Allow pets. Drinks at the peacock lounge are amazing. Some of the most amazing ball rooms Ive ever seen. Check in process could use a boost, a bit more information when checking in would be nice. Pool could seriously use an update.
The woodwork to the finery! I stayed in penthouse was amazing ordered dinner in
Now we're talking... historic, bar, Starbucks, downtown near great restaurants! Happy hour is 4:00-6:00pm - 1/2 off ALL cocktails, even topshelf!
Beautiful place. The bed is amazing. And that's an understatement.
A distinctly Grand hotel with first class service and a plethora of history scattered about the walls of the hotel.
I love the history of this place. Keeping the historic charm makes it romantic and beautiful.. They have the best beds out of any place I've stayed. The menu has everything from vegetarian options to teriyaki steak and crab cakes. Amazing wine selection and the best omelets.
The food was delicious. Loved the ornate and historic interior.
Clean room, unique decor, friendly staff. Only complaint: no mini fridge in the room!
Friendly helpful staff fill a beautiful property. The detail is everywhere and history is proudly displayed, transporting you back to a different time. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a strong sense of luxury.
We went to the hotel to eat in their Safari Room Resteraunt. Really good meal portions and full of flavor. Waiter wasn't super friendly, however he had a big section by himself and I thought otherwise did a good job. Extremely clean and the safari theme made it a fun atmosphere.
