Wonderful hotel. Have stayed here a few times. Rooms are comfortably appointed. Prices are reasonable. They'll sell you a mattress and credit you a night's stay. Staff always quite friendly. Safari Bar & Grill is a great place for a meal or a nosh. Happy hour is great if you drink - half price ALL drinks. Very convenient to everything downtown and Riverfront Park.

Didnt live up to the hype. Was told by front desk rooms were not going to be ready, it's there busiest weekend and they were sold out. As a customer I don't want to hear about how busy they are or that even though I check in days in advance (because the app kept asking) that my room isn't ready, and no one felt it was important enough to call me and ask me to delay my arrival or let me know there was a change. Rooms are okay. Not at all what I expected. No fridge or microwave. They are actually on the small side.

Shuttles from Spokane Arena back to hotel were very disorganized. Had to wait for 3rd shuttle in very cold conditions. Hotel could have used limos or couple of cars to assist getting customers back in a timely manner. Or, issue tickets for those who actually showed in time.

Very comfortable beds, good staff, and excellent breakfast in the lobby. Great experience for an overnight guest. It's worthwhile to take a short walk to the Historic Davenport to see its history while you're here.

Since Marriott has taken over customer service has gone down the drain. Reservations used to be clear and easy. Now it is a real pain in the caboose...We will be staying this weekend we will find out what else has been sacrificed.

We had a great stay. My wife and I were celebrating our 9th anniversary. The honeymoon suite was spacious and intimate.
The staff was friendly and professional. The food was of the best quality. I recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

Wonderful time, stayed on the 19th floor for our honeymoon. The honeymoon suite is a choice room for anyone looking to feel treated like it's your first evening together, even if it's not. Great views, romantic setting, absolutely classy throughout, professional staff. Definitely coming back for our anniversary.

I gave this 3 stars rather than 5..they lost our garment bag! A few hours later, it did manage to turn up. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been, there were hairs in the sink..I love staying at the towers, but it's lost some of its luxury...I will chalk this up to someone having a bad day and will give it another try..but be aware:they add on an amenity fee daily..why?? I don't understand that..

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before the wedding. The room was super clean. Extra towels were delivered fast. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet environment. The first floor is just absolutely gorgeous which made our first look pictures look amazing from the wedding morning. We re extremely happy with this hotel!

I stayed at The Davenport Tower in Spokane, WA wit...

I stayed at The Davenport Tower in Spokane, WA with my bridal party the night before my wedding. I had booked two rooms months in advance and had given information to the reservation services that I will have a dog, need a steamer in the room, need a late check-out, need extra towels, and discussed transportation services.

My frustration stems from the inconsistency of the staff and their lack of knowledge about specific details. For example, I originally had been quoted $30.00 for my dog to stay the night. Day of arrival I was told it is now $50.00...not to mention the staff didn t even know I had a dog staying with me even though I had discussed this during reservations.

Thirdly, when the steamer was brought up to our room, I was suddenly told there will be $16.00 fee to have the steamer stay in our room. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they have never heard that before and and there has never been a fee associated with the steamer.

The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was subpar. We had showered the morning of my wedding and by the time my photographer showed up at noon, our feet were black and had to be washed! I had housekeeping come in and mop the room before I put my white dress on!

Lastly, the day of my wedding I called down to ensure I had a late check-out time in one of the rooms. The front desk told me I could not have a late check-out even if I paid the extra $25.00 to check-out at 3p.m. After arguing with the front desk they finally Allowed my bridal party and I to stay until 3p.m. but I would be charged $25.00...then they hung up the phone on me. This was just one last thing to show how rude the staff was...the late check-out was also discussed months before the actual reservation and the fact that the front desk was suddenly saying they wouldn t accommodate it was so inconsistent with everything I had been told prior!

Unfortunately, with so many issues and such poor customer service, I can defiantly say I will not recommend anyone to stay here again. I only have bad memories of the hotel now...I feel maybe since The Marriot has taken over it has caused a major decline in customer service. I hope the hotel will read this and learn how they can better educate their staff and improve overall customer service.

My husband and I spent our wedding night at the tower and we had an excellent stay. The showers are amazing, the room is very clean, the design and decor are spot on, and the bed is so comfortable, it feels like you are being hugged by a cloud!

I was in Spokane for one night on business and stayed here. It was a thoroughly pleasant and satisfactory experience. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the faux hardwood floors which made me feel I was in a truly clean environment. More hotels should follow and trash the carpeting which is hard to clean and harbors dirt, germs and who knows what else. The lobby bar was simply great. My only gripe is that they don't give you a bar of soap. I was forced to use their orange fragrance body wash which is mounted on the wall in the shower. I would have preferred a bar of regular soap.

Visually it is very pleasant. We had trouble even hearing the desk clerk and we were the only ones there. The room was great. Both the lobby and the room were noisy though. Place needs some source of insulation

One of the best Happy Hours in town combined with an absolutely amazing staff! Love staying here whenever we're in Spokane. The pool area downstairs needs a help, but it's nothing a little attention can't fix or it may cause some other guest I spoke with to go elsewhere.

Love the Safari Room. Not as lavish as the Historic Davenport Hotel (kitty-corner), but more than adequately appointed rooms and amenities. Breakfast not included with room and was ridiculously over-priced.

We have been staying in downtown hotels for years and The Davenport Tower has risen to the top of our list for the great rooms and fair price. The Safari Room happy hour is packed from 4 to 6
Having the Davenport right across the street is a great feature.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I wish that the parking fee and amenities fee was more clearly presented at booking. Better yet, I would rather have those fees included with the room even if the cost of the room reflected the increase.

Safari themed hotel in downtown Spokane, Washington. The self park lot is across the street. I had no difficulty finding a spot on or below the 4th floor. Room size was comfortable. USB and traditional outlets are all plentiful.
