I love this part of Manhattan and the Flatiron Building is certainly a landmark and classic building in the area. This iconic triangular shape building, resembling a cast-iron clothes iron and hence from which it gets its name, has been used in many movies, series, television commercials and documentaries including Godzilla, the Spider-Man trilogy and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series. With Broadway on one side, 5th Avenue on the other, and Madison Square and the park in front of it, it's in a great location and a must see when you're in New York City.

Viewed through the roof of the NY BIG BUS TOUR, the Fuller Building known popularly as the Flatiron building is an urban Juxtaposition, an architectural intervention responding to the triangular format of the site at 175 5th Avenue... The architectural massing of this urban icon is a breathtaking sight... my aim is to experience this mesmerizing view on foot during my next visit

NYC iconic building that s a must see when I m the city. Be sure to check out Eataly while here as this is a fantastic spot to see where locals shop, while sipping on a glass of wine. The rooftop patio is also a great spot to grab a drink and a bite to eat while enjoying a cool NYC spot for trendsetters.

Cool historical building next to an event-busy Park. So many food and other must-sees in the area that I highly recommend a stop by. The building reminded me of many that I would see in Europe and the sight of which made me feel at home. The buildings nearby are also pretty.

It was the last day of our short vacation in New York City, and for whatever reason, amongst all the other things that we had managed to see and do, this building always seemed to elude us! So we made the special trip to see it, even although it was a horrid day with a mixture of snow, sleet and rain!
Having seen photographs, and even a jigsaw puzzle of the Flatiron, it was great just to see this very unusual and unique building up close with our own eyes.

I gave a review last Christmas about Madison Sq park, I should have included the Flatiron bldg just across the street. One of the first industrial age skyscrapers in the world. This building is under renovation, all floors. The exterior is still just as photogenic

A nice building atypical in a fairly nice neighborhood.
In the end we only come to see him, and take pictures. But the little square makes you want to settle down alone. It can also be the starting point for nice ballads

An iconic New York building located in a commercial district with a large plaza. The Flatiron building is generally less busy than other NYC landmarks, although the crowds are still bustling on the weekends. There isn't a whole lot to do at the building itself, but it you can get some nice photos and enjoy the surrounding shops or plaza. The cool part about the Flatiron building is you can see the whole structure (unlike say with the Empire State Building) and it's probably worth the trip for tourists.

Epic!!
