Emblematic building in midtown Manhattan, much appreciated by tourists and famous for being the building where the spiderman offices are located. You should definitely visit it.

Iconic on outside and very dated on inside but so lovable

The Flatiron Building, originally the Fuller Building, is a triangular 22-story, 285-foot (86.9 m) tall steel-framed landmarked building located at 175 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District neighborhood of borough of Manhattan, New York City. Upon completion in 1902, it was one of the tallest buildings in the city at 20 floors high and one of only two "skyscrapers" north of 14th Street the other being the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower, one block east. The building sits on a triangular block formed by Fifth Avenue, Broadway, and East 22nd Street where the building's 87-foot (27 m) back end is located with East 23rd Street grazing the triangle's northern (uptown) peak. As with numerous other wedge-shaped buildings, the name "Flatiron" derives from its resemblance to a cast-iron clothes iron.

We didnt go in, our hotel was around the corner so we saw it everyday. Love it xx

Nothing special about the building apart the unique look... liked the park across the street ( often can listen to life music played by streets artists, nice especially in the evening)

It is a building that has been used for many things, and an attraction as far as its design is concerned, at the time it was built it was a breakthrough.

Wow... its a living breathing Icon. Perhaps the subject of more photographs than the Statue of Liberty. Well, maybe not Lady Liberty. But those cameras keep on clicking. There is a pleasant little Park across the street, known as Madison Square Park. The Shake Shack located in the park is a good place to grab a quick burger and malt.

One of the most beautiful buildings in New York. There's free Wi-Fi and a plaza just in front of the building with public tables and chairs.

New York Manhattan is one of the oldest buildings and one of New York's landmarks.

Came here but it was under construction so entire building was in scaffolding. Very cool regardless.

If it s your first time in NYC, this is a must see. Look up the history of this building. It s one of the iconic buildings in Manhattan. Nearby Eataly is a good place for Italian food but pricey. Convenient subway station nearby as well.

Very worth seeing building with historical significance for New York City and the skyscraper construction in general. Incredible photogenic spot at any time of the day. You should take the time to look at it.

Masterpiece park is good place for post card pictures must visit

Iconic building, an architectural jewel. The only criticism is that at night it is not possible to take pictures because it is not illuminated, it is eclipsed by other beautifully lit domes that are in the area.
