Striking building. Built in 1903 it was the first tall building in Manhattan. Of unique beauty, it is an attraction in the Big Apple.

Located in the southern part of Madison Square park, it cannot go unnoticed that you arrive from 5th or Broadway. More than a building or the first skyscraper, it is a real monument

Really iconic architecture. Not loud or boisterous but elegant and stunning. Really worth visiting at sunrise or sunset and taking some time to spend at Madison Square Park. There s a lot to do in the area but just getting to take a look at the building is a highlight.

The perfect place to have a coffee and relax with the New York atmosphere in the middle of Manhattan .. has a good number of chairs and tables to accommodate a summer afternoon. Nearby you have many options, Starbucks, Mc Donald's or SevenEleven to buy something and spend the afternoon looking at the city. It has a metro station in the park, and in this there is a market.

This iconic building has a small park in front of it with chairs and tables. It's a perfect spot for tourists to rest and get pictures

Nice to see, especially from Flatiron Public Plaza where is possible to take a break. Not far away there is Madison Square Park also.

IMPRESSIVE MAJESTIC WORK MADE BY MAN'S HAND WITHOUT DOUBT A CLASSIC NEW YORK SKYSCRAPER FOR ITS ARCHITECTURE AND SHAPE OF THE BUILDING BUT THE ONLY BAD IS THAT IT IS UNDER RESTORATION AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO SEE IT IN ITS INTERIOR AND IT IS LOCATED IN A POPULAR NEIGHBORHOOD !!

Very nice old building. If you stand in front of it you have a good view of how it is built. Unfortunately, it is not lit at night, but you have to see it.

Architecturally beautiful and iconic building in NYC that stands as a monument to be enjoyed by all.

Very nice building typical of New York. It's on 5th Avenue with Broadway and 23rd Street. It appears in movies like Spiderman or Godzilla. Afterwards you can eat at Eataly right in front. Mandatory visit!

A lot of history here! Art space in front offers free views of rotating art exhibits.

23- Skidoo! What can I say? This building is the shining symbol of a district that stretches between itself and the Empire State. Flatiron District is how I describe to clients where my office is; how to find me. And though I've been in New York City for 22 years (as of July 2019), I still get a thrill out of having a Broadway office address, and claiming the Flatiron as my professional home! I here, and this building in many ways symbolizes here.

A symbol of gangster films and prohibition, the "Toblerone" or iron is always pleasant and surprising to look at because of its aesthetics. The presence of the nearby park allows to rest and enjoy the site: visit to make for memories.
