I loved it not only that, but also the whole city of New York , I've been in love with this city.
Beautiful building and plenty of restaurants ands bars close by.
Wonderful, New York's first skyscraper. Ironic, take your time and have a coffee in the square that is on Broadway and 5th avenue, you will have an incredible view of the Flatiron Building and the Empire State Building behind you
Great building! It's really awesome to take pictures and to admire different architecture!
If u have time and are walking around mid town, you can drop by flatiron building . I m not sure if u can go in , but it is very pretty and an interesting building .. it s also close to Madison park. If you have a wide angled camera , u can get some good shots . Empire is in the other side .. photographers will love this spot. Open up ur imagination and u can capture so many pics here .. good spot for things to do in NYC ..
The triangular Flatiron Building, so named because of its resemblance to a cast-iron clothes iron, is one of the world s most iconic skyscrapers as well as one of the most photographed.
there are a few really good angles at the street crossings. We love the close up shots for impact.
I wasn't interested on watching this, but I really liked it. I would recommend to be added in anyone's list of sights in NYC.
The Flatiron Building is a very interesting building and worth a visit for a selfie, even because it is practically at the junction of Broadway and Quinta and the chance of you passing by is very great.
A historic building, built in 1902, being one of the first of today's hundreds of New York City skyscrapers and, they say, the oldest today as the others would all have been demolished.
It has a peculiar shape due to the terrain on which it was built, requiring, at the time, new engineering techniques.
As if that wasn't enough, it is still the building where Spiderman works (or worked ...) since it appears in one of the films as the address of the Daily Bugle newspaper where Peter Parker was a photographer.
Very recommended !!!
Think of your expectations and I have a large group of volunteers that you have the product or I still pack a number of all the time who are in effe what you need 10 more from it is free and without obligation make an appointment when making it too we receive an error message when staying in and the training memes come to you and they go 10 more and I am a real world of possibilities of sending there are no results for Hyves or log in the night
Very nice building in the city. I recommend going to see it, I was surprised!
Very cool to see how New York comes up with different ways to maximize every square inch of land...
Definitely one of the most unique building ever built by man.
Public Community chairs, small tables on the closed street, local food services, cafe
Amazing architecture and vibe around the Flatiron building. South of Manhattan downtown. This 22 story building is a delight for photographers. One can spend hours capturing this building. There are cafe around it that one can enjoy.
This is one of the most iconic structures in Manhattan NYC
One of the most curious buildings in New York for its narrowness
Cool architecture and nice dog park nearby to sit and people watch.
A historic place in the city of New York and also very cozy for space to observe in tranquility and the modern area of 5th Avenue in Manhattan.
Didn t do much but take a look at it and a picture. I always seem to catch buildings when they re under construction.
Cool building with no tourist access to the interior. Has been photographed more than any other single object in the universe.
This iconic building is a must-see for all New York visitors. There is a food market right in front of the building, where you can get different types of food for reasonable prices.
This is one of famous spots in New York City! Fifth Ave.! When I stood around it the Flatiron, I felt it is remarkable. There were a lot of constructions at that area, but this one stands out a lot!
An emblematic street and building. In front of him you can be resting, having a coffee or whatever. There are quite a few shops around. I liked the area.
A very pretty building full of history (see wikipedia). To have.
Currently being renovated October 2019
Otherwise one of the most beautiful sights in Manhattan
This is an iconic building and a must place to visit if you love architecture.
Flat iron building the first skyscraper built in New York today called the iron and is no longer one of the highest
Tuesday 18th June 2019 New York Holiday - Last day and having checked out of the hotel we make our way to 5th Avenue and the Flat Iron Building and Washington Square Park. Travelling between 50th Street Station and 23rd Street Station. There were 3 different routes and Stations on 23rd Street and ours was the furthest away from the Flat Iron Building. We then made our way by foot up 5th Avenue, soaking up the atmosphere and as ever in NY looking up at the buildings and facades. We had passed the building earlier in the week on the Hop-On/Hop-Off Bus Mid Town Red Route and this time just took time in the intersection seated area opposite to take a pew and take in the view. Not a destination in itself unless you are stopping off as part of a longer walk/tour.
It's strange and a little funny .. haha I'm just passing by on the way to eat a hamburger at Madison Square Park.
If you are close it is to see, but you do not miss much if you leave New York without having seen it.
I loved. Curious architecture Considering when it was built
Love this area of the city. The park is amazing and the views are too.
One of the icons of New York, visit more than obligatory.
Beautiful beautiful and place. The views are great from everywhere. Make sure to check the Lego store it's a nice one !
A historic place that you should not miss when you visit New York City
Part of the must-see NYC!
#Flatiron Building
Flat Iron building is a very iconic sight, with a great view of the Empire State Building, tons of amazing places to eat or grab coffee in a few block radius it is a must if you are sight seeing in NYC
One of my absolute favorite buildings - worldwide. This building just has something special about it and if you stand directly in front of it, it is all the more impressive.
This is a beautiful skyscraper one of the city's oldest. I love taking pictures of it.
Flatiron building finally seen!
New York appears in overseas dramas of the stage and scenes as scenes as you can definitely say with movies
That slender building.
It is this flat iron building
Pictures from the sky,
It was taken from the Empire.
Great architecture for the student to study about. It was a great trip and wonderful place to visit. I would like to visit again.
If you go to New York, it is the place to take pictures. Strand Books Store or Soho goes by. I walk out of Broadway.
The Flatiron Building, originally the Fuller Building, is a triangular 22-story, 285-foot (86.9 m) tall steel-framed landmarked building located at 175 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District neighborhood of the borough of Manhattan, New York City. Designed by Daniel Burnham and Frederick Dinkelberg, it was one of the tallest buildings in the city upon its 1902 completion, at 20 floors high, and one of only two "skyscrapers" north of 14th Street the other being the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower, one block east. The building sits on a triangular block formed by Fifth Avenue, Broadway, and East 22nd Street where the building's 87-foot (27 m) back end is located with East 23rd Street grazing the triangle's northern (uptown) peak. As with numerous other wedge-shaped buildings, the name "Flatiron" derives from its resemblance to a cast-iron clothes iron.
Excellent plan to do any day of the week, the picture that you can not miss!
Great old building. The subway stops right below. From here you also have a great view of the Empire.
