Fantastic meal. I had crispiest cod and chips I've had in a long while. Although it was very busy the staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and will certainly revisit when visiting the area in the future.

This is an excellent place to settle for a few hours for something to eat and drink
It's nice homely the setting besides the river is excellent too comfortable inside and out
The staff are pleasant and helpful
Unfortunately all this doesn't help to get served quickly maybe its a victim of it's own success
This is our first visit and certainly will not be our last

I've never seen a bad Brunning and Price pub. The location is superb, situated right over a white water section of the river Dee, and the outdoor terrace and dining room takes full advantage of it. The drink selection- beers, wines and spirits is extensive, with a good range of hand pulled ales. The cooked food is of a high standard and the portions are fairly generous (i think the sandwiches look a bit dull, but maybe that's just me...). You'll be hard pressed to find a better watering hole in Llangollen.

Great selection of ales, good food and an unbelievable view. A great place to while away the hours watching kayakers perform the impossible. Always 4 or 5 traditional ales and reasonable prices too

Great venue, great food, great service, I visited with my siblings for a special occasion and we could not have been treated better - my compliments to our waitress Katrine, she was brilliant and ever so patient and our meals were of the best quality - go and visit, I cannot see you being disappointed

Great pub food with a really good atmosphere. The views are gorgeous over the river and out in to the town. I used to go a lot when I was younger around 15 years ago and it's still as good as it was back then. I can see why they are still going! If they have the elderflower still cider on draught get it as it's gorgeous

Very nice Pub next to the river. If you sit outside on the decking you can watch the water rushing by over the rocks and watch Thomas the Tank engine taking regular short rides up and down the track over the other side of the river. Stunning!

Great atmosphere and a superb location overlooking the river.

Spacious bar and seating areas which are warm and welcoming.

The menu offers a variety of fresh, tasty food, and the vegan options are excellent.

With a visit, if you can get in.

This is a charming pub, it is well decorated and has a wonderful feel.

The food is wonderful; we actually had most of our meals here while in Llangollen. Each other place we ate we just said it is not The Corn Mill quality.

With the good weather, it was lovely to sit outside on the decking with the view across the river to the station is lovely, as you can see white water rapid boats, wildlife or a steam train or even all of them.

Wonderful historical ambiance in location of a water wheel corn grinder on the river. Grain mill tho not working is still on display. Also great regional dishes. The best fudgy dark chocolate brownie I've ever had.

Had some trouble with the wasps outside but we were relocated quickly thanks to an observant waitress so you either want a reservation inside or go when its quiet. Food is great and they have a nice selection of drinks. A friendly happy place and great scenery.

We are recently arrived "locals " who migrated from Australia 18 months ago. Overall we have been fairly disappointed by the food and prices of eating out around this part of Denbighshire and have really missed the cuisine delights of home town Melbourne.
So it was with sheer delight that we dined at The Corn Mill last night. The meals were delicious and full of flavour and very reasonably priced in terms of quality and creative cooking.
Unfortunately my husband was feeling quite unwell and with embarrassment we had to cancel his meal just before serving. The gentleman I spoke to shown great professionalism and kindness by just refunding me in cash and wishing us well -no hassels - which meant so much to us at the time. ( Dining with visiting friends from the antipodes and so much wanting to show off our new locality).
The staff were friendly and despite the full number of diners very efficient and responsive.
And so we would highly recommend The Corn Mill to anyone who wants a a lovely dining experience and who is missing style and quality in going out for a meal. Thankyou !

We always have to stop at the corn mill on a trip to north wales, excellent food - great beer selection all kept well. The setting is really interesting, and you can still see the waterworks in action.

Off set from the main road, beautiful views of the river. Amazing food and drink. We had fish and chips and a burger. The food was hot, served quickly and with a smile. The pub is dog friendly and without asking water was provided for the dogs. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Good food and atmosphere. Price is a little more but you pay for the good food. Nice setting. No place to park close but a small walk from local car park. Great in the summer as the balcony has amazing views.
