I enjoyed the meal and superb service. It is a shame that bookings are down due to the local lockdown. It makes the restaurant s bit soulless.

Meal was terrible Sunday roast with no taste service was good wont be having Sunday lunch there again that's for sure

They were super busy on our visit but we still received awesome service, we had to wait for the kitchen to chill out a little to order food but it was well worth the wait!

Had a lovely Sunday lunch here with my 2 children who both had the Mac & Cheese giving it a 9/10 rating (Daddy's is 10/10 obvs ). Superb location and views over the Dee, brustling with patrons yet service was friendly and didn't take too long for food to arrive. Good job Corn Mill team!

Enjoyed a nice lunch on the terrace adjacent to River on a sunny afternoon.
Good food at reasonable price and good selection of ales.
Wheelchair access to terrace was difficult. Whilst there was a bridge that could be lowered the kerb was too high to overcome.
A simple temporary wooden ramp would be really helpful.

Beautiful location, quite over priced for the quality. I had slow roasted belly pork, the meat was very tender, the crackle was rubbery. It was supposed to be dauphinois potatoes but it was like mash with firmer slices of potatoes mixed in. More

Only had a couple of drinks and a pot of tea there but it was fine. Good range of beers, friendly staff

Amazing views of the river. We ate in the bar as the restaraunt was fully booked. We were told the menu was the same in both the bar and restaurant. We had a sweet potato and spinach masaman curry with Jasmine rice and slow roasted lamb with seasonal vegetables. Both meals were good and service was quick.

Been here a few times now, and love it. Food is fab, and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Large stone built former watermill now a bar and restaurant by the riverside in the centre of Llangollen. Several different dining areas on various levels so lots of steps. Extensive outdoor drinking and dining area right next to the river so with good views across the rapids to the railway station on the other bank. Good chance of seeing canoeists or rubber boats going over the falls. Friendly staff but service can naturally be a bit slow when the weather is sunny and the place is busy.

Always good atmosphere, service & food here, but disappointed with the game suet pudding, not a bit gamey and bland. I guess a bit of red wine marinade would have lifted the meats flavour and converted it into a gamey dish.

Crowded pub, popular. We only had a drink so couldn't comment about food. They need to keep notice board up to date as the ales on it were no longer available . Photo is view across river from on the outside decking.

Lovely food, varied menu, relaxed dining atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location on the river. Highly recommended to us by the locals, which is always a plus.
