I really recommend this place. When I went out was sunny and extreemly busy but service was fast and food was really great. I'll definately go back.

Game pie very tasty indeed. Cheese and potato pie needed longer in the oven, the pastry was a bit flabby.

After being served a markably smaller meal than my son and husband who ordered the same meal as me, at the end of the meal, we were TOLD to keep our puppy on the floor despite having him on our knee and for most of the evening and all other customers having their dogs on their knees. Don't go there, believe me!!! The manager was patronising and rude when I questioned him!!

Beautiful setting and fantastic food, the seabass was amazing, will be back.

Always brilliant food and friendly service. Allow dogs in bar area and outside on decking.

First rate gastropub with spectacular views over the Dee from its outside deck . Go when the river is in spate and watch the white water with a pint.

A lovely place to eat,although a bit inconsistent on their attitude to people today21 may 2017 by turning people away by saying they stopped serving food at 1.45pm but more people coming in and being able to order food whilst we were eating our dinner

If you want a good view, I suggest you book. But the staff will always try to find you a table, food good but cheese pie lacked veg, not like the steak pie where there was loads.

. Good food good service. My wife and I often stop here for food on our way through Llangollen. It was really nice to be able to have a hot meal on a Sunday evening

Highly recommended for your stay in llangollen. Great views, great choice of ales, great staff and locals. Food brilliant. Went every day on my visit.

Had a really nice meal on new years eve. Table for 20ish people. Good service. Everyone enjoyed their meals and after it was free to go to the dance area on the ground floor. Was impressed by the standard on such a busy night.

Eaten here 2 nights on the trot. Recommend booking a table to get lovely view of the river. Food is excellent and staff are very helpful.

Excellent food served by friendly staff, well worth the visit, pre booking a table is advisable at peak times

Delicious food, while the food took some time to arrive we didn't mind because of the lovely views. Also the service was great!!

While the steaks came out slightly over-done Matt was extremely professional and accommodating. Can t compliment the staff here enough.

Lovely lunch at the Corn Mill today. We had the sweet potato and butternut squash soup was yummy although a little too salty. My granddaughter age 5 was super impressed with kids Mac cheese it was delicious and such a nice change being homemade. Kids sausages were quite strong although my 3 yr old grandson actually liked them which was surprising.

Great place for drinks and a meal with fantastic views.

Amazing setting perched on the river bed, rather busy so ideal to book.
Scenery, food, drink selection and service were all spot on here. Lovely variety of food on offer,and very tasty too.
Would defiantly recommend this place to dine or just meet up with friends for a social drink.

Good atmosphere, reasonable prices, attentive service and not too noisy. The waitresses were chatty and interested. The drinking part is cleverly segregated from dining hence the noise levels were good and conversation easy. Great views over the Dee and the Market St long stay car park is 2 minutes walk.

A very nice building with some great history and character. The menu is good, plenty of choice but the food doesn't live up to its surroundings or the prices. It's a bit "Weatherspoony" food in a gastro pub building.

Very friendly staff, food was very nice and to yop it off a beautiful view of the Dee.
