Worst experience which i ever had in my life! Bugs everywhere , cleaners=thiefs, (Do not let your money in your room)

Very very bad hotel relation quality price !!!!!!!! Nothing to see, the real qualification is 1 Star

Old hotel, broken air conditioning, good wifi. 4 stars are too many

Not welcoming they are racist and also stealing items in your business and scam you if you do not put the currency

If I could rate this in negative numbers I would. A wretched place, disrepair, disgusting service, an intruder trying to get into my room unsolicited at nearly midnight to give me fruits. Management didn't care or respond to security concerns. Filthy cracked bath tub. Horrible food. One of the worst 3 days of my life. Don't go there

Positive thing: good beds, good coffee maker and breakfast all the rest is bad. Do not go there if you do not have to what not: do not have lunch or dinner. Best pizza contact if you are stuck, to eat. There is nothing else to be said about this terrible place

I could've given a lot of points - minus points. Also very expensive. The rooms are cold. The toilet was dirty. Neglected. I'd write more, so ...

A large hotel, well organized, welcomes chalereux, but it is expensive if you think to stay to spend the holidays in Rabat

It's a nightmare

Very nasty rooms and the flours never been clean since the openning of this hotel i guess...

TUI round trip day 2: We don't want to stay here. You don't feel comfortable here. Very dirty: bathtub with old dirt, 1 towel for 2 people, carpet dirty, minibar empty, only 1 lamp works on the bed (also only after request). Telephone terror until someone stood in the room in the middle of the night. Seems to be common here?
Avoid wide areas.

No towel or soap in the bathroom, after asking I only had damaged towels. You can smell cigarettes in the room.
Shower damaged.
Hair dryer not cleaned.
