They are the ABSOLUTE worst of city employees. These people are receiving paychecks for nothing. I was told that my paperwork went to processing on April 16th. I am still waiting

I'm currently at almost an hour and a half on hold, have yet to speak to anyone. This is a joke right???
If I can give a negative 10 I would. Worst service ever
Don't know why they have a phone number because they never pick up.
The WORST! When I retired two years ago, they incorrectly canceled my health insurance without letting me know they were doing it - I only found out when a maintenance drug I take ran out and I tried to get a refill.
Their website had no email address, and only one phone number, which kept me on hold for THREE HOURS one day, and two hours the next. It took a nasty email to the Deputy Mayor in charge of this agency in order for me to get action to reinstate my insurance.
This agency is exactly the nightmare that people think of when they think of "civil servants".
I know we are in a pandemic, but I have been in touch with this agency since end of March regarding a refund from money that I put into my flexible spending. I have been told for months to wait. Every time I contacted them, they found I was missing something and never told me until I contacted them. Now 7 months later, I am still waiting for my refund. I think I will just sue for that amount and NEVER use this service again. Lousy and lousy with a lot of unnecessary run around, what a waste of a division and tax payers money on employees who DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON REFUNDS.
They absolute worst communication I've ever experienced in my life... And I'm a NYC cop. Figure that out
You wait for ever and some of the employees are abrupt. Theyvdong listen. I am a nurse and I was trained to listen to what my patients have to say. In doing so you are more able to address their needs
I have called and called but no one picks up. The phone rings but then the call is DROPPED!! Why have a phone number and no one picks up??!! I just have one simply question regarding the copy I sent of my Medicare Card. I am retired and will be 65 in December.
