I really was pleasantly surprised by this place. Before this I never visited TCF, but the service and food quality was really good. The sandwich was of a good portion and the staff was really nice. Would come back here

Great restaurant, I was very well attended, food at a good price and well served ...... I highly recommend it !!

Good food. They have fantastic employees & The best Cheesecake. The food was great and filling. Amazing atmosphere and great ambience. I'll be back again..My first time here at the cheesecake factory was with my mother in the 80's.. I'll have to bring my mother back here for lunch again.. I'll let you guys know how it went later.

It a very quaint and cozy restaurant. It's smaller than the others and it offers a warm and comfortable dinning experience.

Got sat down immediately which was good. However after 10mins of sitting down, no one came to greet nor serve us. We eventually had to ask someone to serve us but she didn't sound very willing at all. I understand if it's busy you don't really want to be running about too much but google suggested the restaurant was 'not too busy', so i don't know why she gave us attitude. First bad restaurant service in America, I just hope I never see her again.

Rood nasty food and employees and manager . Dont take familly in there grossest place in the world i ever been

Avoid this location at all costs. They got my order wrong 2 times AND both of the tables next to me had to send their food back too because it wasn t what they asked for. I asked to eliminate dairy (allergy) and green beans from the salad (because gross) and they kept including both. I showed the manager after the 3rd try and she said the green bean was asparagus. Not only does that affect her lack of intelligence, but it weakens the Cheesecake Factory brand to hire rude and incompetent staff. While all of this was happening, my friend was finishing her food. We will never eat at the Cheesecake Factory again.

Good food and service. I like the fact that this is the first Cheesecake Factory restaurant in the US, and that it still keeps the old time feel. However, bathrooms need an upgrade!

We visited twice this week while staying in Beverly Hills. The staff is very friendly, the service was quick both times, and the food was excellent at reasonable prices. The first time we sat outside in the patio area; heaters overhead took the edge of the chilly late winter evening. I'd recommend reading the menu through before coming, since there are a LOT of options!

We love this place !! From the TBBT series we always wanted to eat there. It is well worth it, the portions are quite large and match their price, and the seasoning is delicious. The bar manager served us perfect, we even saw him happy to practice our language and made cheesecake recommendations

We had a waiter name David and he was very neglectful of not just us but all of his tables. The drinks were water down and the bread was forgotten. When I tried to get the Manager s attention, he only stepped over to the side towards me like he really didn t want to come and see what my concern was. I felt like I was imposing just to stop him from his time at the computer monitor. Horrible experience.

Had an absolutely terrible experience here tonight. We had already come from the Cheesecake factory at The Grove because that was 1 hour 10 minutes wait...so I phoned ahead to this one asking the wait and was told 10-15 minutes....after 30 minutes we were finally seated in a cramped row of tables, my husband was literally touching the person next to him. So we asked to move tables which they did. We then proceeded to wait 50 minutes for our food to arrive...both tables next to us had ordered after us and received their food and one table had left before ours was even out. The excuse was the enchiladas take longer than normal...don't believe it. Finally the food came out mine was cold which just topped it off. Absolutely bad service, we always leave a good tip...not tonight and most definitely will not be returning.

Go here if you fancy queuing for an insipid, heavy, cloying cheesecake with an unspeakably soggy bottom. The caramel pecan turtle cheesecake had four quarter excuses for pecans, no caramel taste, and a sickly chocolate ganache that would be a safety hazard if dropped from a height. Equally criminal was the price: $8.50. You're clearly paying in correlation with the calorie count rather than taste.

The smores cheesecake was amazing. Service was friendly

Our waiter Cade was amazing! But another waitress blonde pony tail was rude and abrupt. As she was bussing a table I tried to catch her attention, she rudely replied, "I'm busy with serving this table. (She was not, just cleaning an empty table) Blew us off. Later she said "can I help you ?" I said no, and so sorry I interrupted you...sarcastically. I give her a - stars* for her people skills. 5*stars for Cade.

The atmosphere was good. The food was good and the place is busy. They staff all want to help you as much as possible

Celebrities everywhere oh my goodness but they have to live a life I took some pictures here and there snuck the man but I love the food here. Once I go back to my country in South Korea I will definitely show my cousins of all the celebrity pictures I took of people walking around people in the restaurant really popular people love this place.

Good quality food for a reasonable price in this suburb

I went to eat cheesecake only and had lunch. The atmosphere is good and the food is delicious! If it's not hot, eating outside will be nice and relaxing. Cheese cake is really delicious !! I didn't know the other flavors, but I really don't know the original cheesecake ...

This is a very small cheesecake factory. It took far too long to get our food and once we did the order was incorrect. Once we finally received the correct food it was as tasty as ever!

Great menu for affordable prices in Beverly Hills. However, decoration is terrible and depressive. It needs to be renovated.

My Cheesecake Factory experience was destroyed by the lady that told me that my ID is not valid because it's not US ID (I'm polish and they accept only US docs)and mocked me and my friend that we can always show her military ID if we have one. Not sure what the law is here but I was told by the manager that their policy is tha they can sell alcohol to people with US documents. Just wanted to have a beer to my dinner but was patronized and discriminated as I'm not from US. Food was good though and waiter saved the day bringing us what we wanted in the end.

Amazing for cheesecake lovers enjoyed the salted caramel even took some home it was that good. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

You can't go wrong with this place. The menu still fantastic. Many tasty choc s for everyone. Quality and quantity same as 30 years ago. Service same. Mixed drinks could be a little bit more generous with alcohol. Otherwise....no complaints, only compliments.

Note: As a European, you can easily order the cheapest / smallest here and will definitely be super full. Perfect

Easy stop while shopping, fairly friendly service with good collection of food and drinks, big potion with reasonable price.

Got seated fast and very nice server. The food came very quick and the server asked multiple times if the food was good. Would definitly eat her again!

We went for the cake itself. Tasted great. Service was a bit too formal/upscale/tight for our taste. Being a foreigner: surprised that 90% of the served food was not cake, but normal restaurant fare. Business decision, I guess.

Large selection of cheesecakes. Expensive. Okay but not a must.

Had some time to kill so we stopped in for an appetizer and some dessert. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was delicious, as was this Strawberry Cheesecake! I'm always impressed with Cheesecake Factory, but this location was exceptional. Parking was easy, right out on the street, and the service was awesome

Always dependable and great value. The Beverly hills Cheesecake factory has a little je ne sais quoi atmosphee wise. Very large portions and don't read the calorie count if you're weight conscious

There are a number of locations in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, but for first time dining here, excellent choice to eat at the original location in Beverly Hills. The menu includes a selection of seafood, pasta, salads, chicken and steak. And of course, a one page list of the specialty cheesecakes - so many flavours hard to choose just one! Nice evening ambience - dimmed lighting. There is charm and a wordly feel. Definitely place will return to try other dishes. Courteous and prompt service. Patio or indoor seating. Alcohol served. Valet or street parking.

Our family loves this restaurant. We have been here many time. The menu offeres so many items. You can' go wrong with anything here. Great food and great atmosphere!

Unfortunately the food today was very average. The only good thing about our experience here was the service. For a restaurant in this location the food needs to be of a much higher standard.

Exquisite, unfortunately I did not try the cheesecake but I did eat a cesar salad that was to lick your fingers.
