I love this particular location. I mean, it's Cheesecake Factory. What's not to love? But in this case, there's almost never a wait, no matter what night you visit. The best.

There's a huge selection you can hardly read the whole thing but I'm sure you can find your favorite there and the cheesecakes are the best that's what's called cheesecake factory

Love the food and atmosphere! I ve been to ones in NY and LA. It s one of the places that I would definitely visit if it s in the town.

Worst service possible, they cooked (knowingly) old and non consumable nachos. They removed it from the bill but after having the worse experience in a restaurant I'm a while.

It's still the Cheesecake Factory (same menu and everything) but is has that extra degree of class because it's in Beverly Hills!

I am Asian I got what I like style. My friends family from France. They say very very nice. We also get soup for 12 month baby. It s really good, the price is reasonable, you can choose the taste you like from different countries, like it, I will frequent it.

Chesscake Factory always has what you want in the sugar department to help all the depressions of life.

Amazing meals at very reasonable prices. Couldn't fault anything about my experience. Surprisingly this restaurant is considered one of the smaller Cheesecake Factory's which means the menu is missing a few items. Not to worry though, there are still plenty of items to choose from!

Always worth a visit. There is not only great Cheescake (rather a main course than a dessert, also great to take away) and a large menu of main courses.

It's overrated it's not that great it's OK I'll never Eat here again

Have been here many times. Enjoyed almost every time. Went today. Ordered wings, they still had blood in them, made waiter aware, they took them off the menu and still charged full price. Spoke with management and she said something like miscommunication .

Though I like this place other than this visit, I probably won t be back. I don t recommend.

There are many other restaurants by rodeo drive that probably do a better job at ensuring customer satisfaction.

Always love going to the Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills. Great to sit outside and watch all the nice cars go by.

Second time and here and again absolutely great service! While they were serving us they were also training. The trainee was super nice and even ran to us as we were leaving to return a phone we had left. I believe the trainees name was ryan or brian, great guy.

They never brought our soup. They don t wash water mugs. It still have somebody lips sticks on it!

I had the steak...it was delicious...great place but could take an upgrade seeing it's in Beverly Hills...

Great location off Rodeo Dr. Excellent food. All lunch portions were sharing size. Crowded on a summer Saturday and waiting area congested.

My first time at a cheesecake factory, but didn't actually make the cheesecake!! Service was good, the menu was extensive almost too much to choose from, however I chose a chicken dish with mash potatoes and it was delicious, so cant really fault it. Lots of choice for everyone

We are very disappointed, extremely bad service, obviously the same menu but the quality of the food it s not the same with other branches.

This restaurant is not as concerned with menus and cooking methods as it was previously unfortunately

I love the Cheescake Factory, because it's quality food from all around the world, a very warm, clean, romantic atmosphere, but affordable! And the food is sooo tasty and amazing! (Well, most of the meals, I haven't tried them all cause there is sooo much choice!)
And the actual cheescakes?... OMG don't even get me started!
Quick tip: Try the "avocado eggrolls". Thank me later.

A Cheesecake factory, duh. It isnt as scenic as the Santa Monica location, but still serves amazing food.

Very slow service. Even the cheesecake took forever and the waitress didn't provide forks. Mediocre food.

DID THE BEST WITH WHAT THEY HAD- I believe this is the original Cheesecake Factory. I have been to many Cheesecake Factory locations amd this site is impacted by the outdated, small size. We were seated near the food pickup location, and we were able to observe the entire process for 45 minutes ( area is out in open). There appeared to be 4 people preparing ALL the food - which amazed us. To be fair, maybe this is a typical amount of chefs, and I've just never realized this because they are normally behind closed doors. The servers and chefs were doing a great job with trying to keep up with all the orders. Our server was Tiffany, and she was excellent. Our food was good and overall, we had a very good experience

When ever I am hungry and have a big appetite the Cheesecake Factory is defiantly one of my top picks! The food is all ways consistent, and you all ways now exactly what you are going to get! I love the selection of appetizers and salads! Plus most of the main dishes are large enough to share. And of course with a name like cheese cake factory the selection of cheesecakes is parallel to none! Trust me the desserts here will keep you coming for more and more. One of my favorites is the Godiva cheesecake.

Nice place to have lunch whilst in Beverly Hills. Good menu choices for a wide range of diners. Waiter was very good. We even saw a sort-of celebrity :-)

Upscale Cheesecake , better than your regular cheesecake factory!

As always we eat well and at reasonable prices, except for cocktails .. 15 dollars each, as a cheese burger. The excellent cheese cakes !!!

Tiffany was her name she was very respectful and helpful and always made sure that we didn't want for anything in our food was on time in it was hot So a big thanks to Tiffany. Great customer service skills we need more like her

I have very good customer services, the cheese cake and burgers are great! I wonder if they would enroll to the states program to accept EBT card. I would like to continue enjoying there delicious cakes and food. I hope you would!

Great experience. The food was really good. We both had burgers, really good and juicy, some of the best burgers I've tasted. The portions were huge. The waiter we had was phenomenal and really observant. The rest of the personnel seemed to be equally observant.
I highly recommend this place and I will definitely try more of the Cheesecake Factory's places.

Consistently quality food and atmosphere with insane amount of options.
