This is one of the best located pubs in Ireland, right across from a small pier and with a lovely view. The staff are lovely and the selection of drinks excellent. What's not to like? Nothing, that's what.

Stopped for a beer and a chat on a recent sunny day. The Murphy's Red was nice, the staff are friendly, the space outside is limited but what a view if you get a seat!

We decided against eating, the food didn't look too good.

Floorstarf are awful, actually rude. Asked for bill 4 times over 15 minutes. A blonde girl using foul language and talking s*ite about customers in the open & the foreign guy with spikey hair just ignoring everyone. V

We visited on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch and sat outside. The service was slow but very friendly/helpful. The atmosphere was unparalleled a gorgeous view of the water. The food was decent, though a bit underwhelming given the price tag. The caprese salad had fabulous cheese and plenty of pine nuts, but the tomatoes were a bit mealy and there was a ton of liquid in the salad bowl. The biggest offense, in my mind, was the salmon dish. It was mostly just strange, a bean chili with a piece of pan fried salmon on top, with broccolini on top of that... just a bit odd. I would recommend ordering one dish at a time and probably skip the salmon dish altogether.
