Food was nice,lovy place to catch up with family and have a bite to eat.great at.osphere for a night out.

Great atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Food came quickly and was delicious. Very cosy restaurant.

Very vibrant and great place to watch sports. Food however was only average. Service was ok not bad but a bit rushed.

Had a wonderful evening at Soho! I had great company, the atmosphere was welcoming, the food was tasteful and satisfying and lastly the service was excellent. One thing tough, it was bar food at restaurant price....but the portions are big. Will surely reccomend!

Very slow service, waiting almost an hour for 3 burgers. Then our food order got mixed up so we had to send it back. Food wasn't cooked how we asked. Barely an apology from our server. Definitely won't be coming back here.

Food wasn't good, ordered a burger & Spanish fries (Burger was not cooked fresh, was cold in the middle and the Spanish fries was more cheese than fries) over priced and over rated . Never again!

Amazing bar and restaurant in the core of Cork City. Food is superb. You MUST visit Soho because of its glamorous style and great atmosphere!

The wings and Spanish fries are still good but maybe not as good as they used to be. Place starting to feel a little jaded. Has looked the same for 20 years now.

asked for a Caesar salad with chicken. I got a head of lettuce cut in half and the town on a plate, with no chicken. I was fairly sickened and disappointed

I was charged for two bottles of wine when my husband and I ordered two glasses from two different waiters.

Friends visiting Cork on business decided to go to SoHo.
Sadly the specials board was rather culturally tone deaf and racist featuring Cajun Spiced Chicken Wings using the Confederate Flag.
Now I can fully understand the cultural divide between the US and Europe. Same words have different meanings.

However, the confederate flag by and large is seen as a symbol of slavery and oppression and has been going through years of removal from state flags, monuments, and such because it IS a symbol of racism.
My friends brought this to the attention of management and apparently the owner refused to erase the flag nor modify the special in any way.
This is odd because in my visits to Cork, I have enjoyed the multinational ethnicity of the city and walking down the street hearing everything from Gaelic to Ukrainian, French to German, and even Swahili.
Next visit to Cork, SoHo will NOT be on my list.
They don t even know the difference between Cajun and Southern.
In case you are wondering, I was born and bred in Austin, Texas and have worked and managed in chef driven restaurants for almost 30 years ... so ... yes... I DO know of what I speak.

Favourite Bar in Cork. Cocktails are yum and staff soooo friendly.

Popular bar for over 25s with relatively expensive prices. Also serve nice food

Coctails tasted like water (we had the frozen strawberry daiquiri & smokey old fashion) - very little level of alcohol and poor mixture of ingredients and very little taste. We also ordered two beyond meat burgers and where startled by how dry the sesame bread was. 16 for the burger with fries and had to ask for ketchup as an extra (I suppose they don t know the dish is dry) and last i found myself constantly shaking salt into every bite of the burger (but maybe thats just me and my salty a**) . Music was outdated from 2016 and playlist repeated itself within an hour. Not worth its pricing, only recommend if you want to waste your money. Lighting was perfect, design also enjoyable, everything else - hard and too dry to enjoy.

The service was very slow despite almost no one around the time we went to eat.
I ordered some chicken quesadillas with vegetables that turned out to be a lot of vegetables and a very thin slice of chicken.
My husband ordered a burger which was fine but we expected more for the price.
I asked for a glass of water that I had to ask several times because the waitress forgot it.
Pretty disappointed the truth

I brought my 9 yr old son in for his favourite a hot chocolate but it was not hot and neither was my cappuccino but he had told me not to complain and let's just drink them and leave so I said I need to pay first. When I went to pay then they did not have my bill on the screen on the table we were sitting at so as I waited for literally five mins as the teller was searching a few of the table bills she turned around to me and said that she will have to just charge me and I can leave then. Not real organisation in there I think

Brilliant customer service from the staff. The food was delicious and the cocktails we equally incredible. Great place for a date night or a night out.

Bar is ok. As for restaurant we ordered couple of medium reare steaks, all of them came well done.

Nice place ... But food needs to be hot .. starter prawns was cold plus my main of pork belly was warm ... Lots of style but no substance

Best sports bar ever to watch a match and watch the beautiful people afterwards.

I have been a couple times for drinks at night. It's just another Cork bar with decent cocktails. However, we went in today for brunch and were super excited about using their rooftop as our summer brunch place. Apparently they do not serve brunch upstairs. It's a bit weird considering how beautiful the weather is and the fact that they have the best deck in the heart of Cork City. We ended up going elsewhere where we could enjoy the weather and didn't have to sit in the dark watching the royal wedding. It's really a shame, and I wish they'd reconsider their policy.

21.12.2020 we had a great time here tonight for my birthday. Sinead the waitress was so sweet & kind & friendly. Even tho a mistake was made the manager handled it really well. We're very grateful for the wonderful service. And kind gesture. Will absolutely return again. Wish ye all the best for 2021.

With Soho, new menu, there is a great selection foods, and there staff are so friendly.

Fab atmosphere.. all age groups. Perfect for watching sports. Live bands.. big and spacious

Had food for work night out. Great staff. Not all beers on second floor not do good.

Got the wings and the gourmet burger. The wings were delicious but I thought the burger would be better. Our waiter was very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff But they have very loud music and it's hard to have a conversation. We ordered the chicken boxes and they stung a horror. They could not eat and nowhere they were spicy or special !!!

Hi. I recently visited Soho on bank holiday Monday with my friend. We got a seat at the bar and waited to be served. The place wasn't that busy at all and there was 5/6 people behind the bar, it took them at least 10 minutes to even catch our eyes and finally get served. there was no please or thank you. We got our drinks and then decided to order food. We waited again to catch someone's attention as they passed up and down (some were free to serve but passed us by), finally got our menus and ordered food. My friends food was served first, mine 20mins later after I called one of the waitresses and she went and got it. The food was stone cold, I got the quesadillas and they were so soggy they were stuck to the plate, I had to pick the tiny amount of chicken out from them and eat it. Spanish fries were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. I'm from Cork and I would go there maybe once a month with friends, the service is always bad, no manners at all. The only reason it's getting 1 star from me is for the entertainment they had on that day. I'll be avoiding Soho from now on.

Really need more people serving at the bar. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink when it's not at all busy is not great.

The nachos used to be great here standards dropped, ordered with beef didn't come out with beef and had to ask for extra sour cream salsa as fairly dry.... A chip came in the extra sour cream container... Off putting
