A beautiful, historic hotel with all the charm of any 5 star in the world.

We didn't stay at the Broadmoor, but we toured the grounds. The beauty is hard to describe. The staff were all friendly, and each one that we passed, greeted us with a smile.

The Broadmoor is a stunning resort with impeccable staff and service. The rooms are luxurious with all the expected amenities. I would recommend staying at the Broadmoor for anyone.

It's a great place to go and take in the sights. Can't wait to see it when it's full Christmas splendor is on display

Truly a five star, five diamond resort with amazing spa services, gorgeous mountain views, and plenty of activities! We were there when they had the annual holiday lighting event, and the decorations did not disappoint. I'm looking forward to going back in the summer to enjoy the large outdoor pool and water activities!

Delightful meal and staff were very efficient at serving our large event.

Service is always amazing, this is the place I dress up and go to to be treated like royalty. Seriously, this is a amazing place, I could spend hours just touring the grounds and looking at all the historic placards and photographs. A must visit of the springs.

Lovely historic hotel. Note: I was not a hotel guest. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Ginormous gingerbread house. It's a family favorite for the holidays. My favorite experience was two doormen open the doors for you just like the Titanic.

One star off due to the tired atmosphere. We went for brunch in the atrium and the expensive menu offerings were also tired. It seems like they are coasting on their laurels and zero innovation.

Attended a wedding and reception, and everything was wonderful. Beautiful scenery, fantabulous service, and delicious food.

impeccable service. Over the top amenities. Nicest staff I've ever experienced. Hard to sneak past an employee without receiving a greeting and asking how the stay could be improved. Just not enough nice things to say about this incredible hotel.

We enjoyed The Broadmoor Holiday Show immensely! Spectacular performances! And the cuisine was delicious and the service superb!

Super not impressed. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows and sheets were so obviously cheap quality. Parking is nowhere near the rooms. Hotel kitchen didn't remotely come close to providing a good meal. Staff were friendly but their customer service attitude was really just a time waster. Just tell me where my room is, don't make me wait for a bellhop. Don't make me wait for a valet, don't make me wait for a door to be opened. I felt that everything there took longer than it needed to because of all the staff in my way. I'll be perfectly happy to never return.

Best hotel in Colorado. The service is incomparable.
Make reservations for Sunday Brunch, or any of their other 7 restaurants. For high adventure check out the stables or The Fins zip line and rope bridge experience. Some much to do, so little time.

Broadmoor was an exceptional establishment with a refined atmosphere and supportive staff. The golf course view was impeccable and the tennis courts may not be clay but remained upscale.

We love going to see the gingerbread creation every year and to look at all the lights around the lake. The employees are so friendly even if you're just there browsing the grounds and aren't staying as a guest.

Awesome valet service. Went to just walk the grounds and enjoy the lights. An amazing experience would recommend.

I made reservations and I later found out about all their renovations. This is extremely unethical to have not let me know about them when I booked. Yes they need the renovations bad but it limited what I had to do and is VERY poor customer service!!!!

We went to the golden bee! Always great drinks, great cheese and crackers, and great entertainment!

Excellent quality and facilities and service was wonderful. I had spa treatment for deep tissue massage was not good but the spa have great Ambiance. Massage was not good massage. I will NOT get the massage there if I go the next time.

Triple A gives them 5 stars. I give them 4. I give 5 stars to the Gaylord Resort in Nashville, Tennessee. I believe the ambiance is much better at the Gaylord Resort in Nashville.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND! I had the best room keeper. I tipped her 60$ and wrote a note saying "for housekeeping" I came back to the room because i forgot my coat and the room keeper is there, here name was Christina, I asked her if she got her tip and she said no. Someone stole her money and since there are no cameras anywhere the theif has gotten away with it.
Its also come to my attention that the Broadmoor does NOT treat their staff fairly.

I've never actually been to the broadmoor, for some strange reason google thinks that I've been there for the past three days.

Mandatory 20% tip and they have the nerve to add another tip line called complimentary tip.

Cozy, charming, and exceptionally friendly staff. Csnt wait to stay again.

I spoke to same employees .been working in these hotel for long ! I find out there hard workin & most of them come from deferent country . Sadely managers or supervisor's there taking advence of that great hard worker ? Bc there English not good ...

I loved this place. My husband used to buy me packages here for a spa day!! It was wonderful wondering around in my robe all afternoon sipping on water with fresh fruit in it and snacks while watching the snow fall outside.

I actually didn't stay here, but took the opportunity given by the super moon that night for a stroll ( I live nearby). Perhaps someday I'll be fortunate enough to have a room at this beautiful, historical hotel.

It's a beautiful resort with excellent service. The room I have is spacious and comfortable.

Duh, five stars for sure. Stay here if you can afford it. Besides all the great restaurants they added a bowling alley for late night fun.

It was a beautiful place, and the auto heritage museum was fascinating.

The service, rooms, and venue are impeccable. This location is hands down the best hotel I have ever been to. Deer will walk up and socialize with guests. The seven falls is a must see hike while you're a guest.

Simply outstanding and posh in every way. Top notch service, ambiance, food, decor and breath-taking surroundings. A hang out for the rich and famous for over 50 years and those of us who aren't rich or famous get the same spectacular service. Their Christmas day brunch is to die for!!

Whether it's a multiday stay at the resort or just dinner and drinks, The Broadmoor always exceeds my expectations. The restaurants offer impeccable food in a charming atmosphere and between all of them offer a wide array of cuisines at varying price points. The staff are always incredibly friendly and attentive, the grounds are immaculate, and The Broadmoor is a perfect spot for any special occasion. Make sure to visit around the holidays - whether it be for Easter brunch or to see their holiday lights, the resort goes all out and it's always a spectacle to be seen.

It was super fancy and the spa was nice, however the women's steam room had a bad odor and the massages were just mediocre, especially for the cost.

Average food! Overpriced everything! Some employees are fake due to EXTREMELY LOW PAY! This company just wants your money. Don't fall for it. You'd think a billion dollar company and owner would be more loyal to its employees therefor be even more loyal to the guests and put more effort into everything especially the food. Even if you lose your job due to the owner renting out shops, he doesn't care. Also I find it silly that you have to look 'normal' if you work there (no tats, piercings, or abnormal colored hair) because sometimes they get guests that have these looks so does that mean that they're not Broadmoor material? The Broadmoor is a joke. Money driven mad!

Nothing short of an all around professional atmosphere.

Grounds are beautiful. Haven't been in hotel but ate at the Golden Bee and would definitely recommend it.

This place is majestic. Service is impeccable. There are lots of things to do and it's our favorite place to come every year.

Dude their shampoo in the pool showers is a solid 10/10, their hot tub is so high quality I almost passed out
