Very pet-friendly, quirky and comfortable. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Within minutes of arriving in my room I'd received a text from Ashley at the front desk to make sure everything was okay. No pet fee, which is a huge plus.

Loved this place! My wife and I stayed recently and really enjoy our stay. The place is walkable to most all of Savannah...it's a classy botique style hotel that has a trendy edge. It's really cool! The rooms are very nice, the staff is really friendly.honestly...i wish all hotels were like this place.btw...whoever the cleaning lady was that day is the hardest worker there...the entire day (may 8th) we saw her cleaning rooms, sweeping floors and busing tables all by herself. She did a great job! Kudus to her. They do a Great job at the Brice.

We love staying at the Kimpton Hotels. Each and every one is unique to the location. The Brice is the perfect blend of upscale and classic southern. Spacious rooms, excellent customer service, and great location for exploring all that Savannah has to offer.

Modern, chic hotel located 15 minutes walk from Savanah Harbor. The hotel is very nice with an upscale atmosphere. The service is very friendly and quick. The rooms are clean and very modern and nicely decorated. The food, however, leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion - it tastes warmed up and not freshly prepared. Therefore not the full number of stars. It's a shame there is still room for improvement. Parking spaces are available for a fee and are not cheap. The hotel is suitable for wheelchair users.
If the recession helped you, then I would be happy about a like your Sina

Super dog friendly, i couldnt believe that there were no size/breed/or number restrictions and we even got a bag of treats at check in. The staff seem to genuinely like dogs, always greeting our dogs. We enjoyed the coffee in the morning and wine hour; unfortunately we missed the hot cocoa hour. The refrigerator in our room didnt seem to work and the drain in the shower was clogged (which they fixed). The bed and pillows werent very comfortable but honestly im just so happy about how dog friendly they are.

We were so excited to stay here, and spent the extra money to get a full suite. So it was especially disappointing to have the experience we did. The room heat didn't work the first night, so we had an engineer in our room till 11pm, and finally ended up with a space heater. No one at the hotel offered any apology, or recompense, which I found disappointing. And while the hotel is older/quaint, our room was just unclean. I found a french fry on the floor (not ours), an empty medicine bottle near the bed (also not ours) and the linens were torn, sills dusty, etc. Such a LETDOWN.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Let me preface this by saying I've stayed at Kimpton hotels before and have had incredible experiences. Choosing this hotel for my husband and I's anniversary weekend was a no-brainer. Until it really wasn't. We moved rooms twice for a total of 3 rooms in less than 24 hours. We even tried to leave, but couldn't find anything under $350/night for that weekend. We were told our first night would be comped due to the number of issues we had, but I have yet to hear anything about that.

Here's some of the key takeaways, since I don't have enough room to write about our situation:
- Dirty rooms
- Lack of linens/pillows
- Concierge request unfulfilled
- Noise in Room 1
- No AC in Room 2
- Unhelpful staff (we had to ask for things that are normal common courtesy)
- Clearly the rooms are not maintained

Overall, for a high-end or boutique hotel. This was a waste of our money. It wasn t clean, there were places on the ceiling falling apart, sinks wouldn t drain properly, and more. The lack of an actual concierge was disappointing. I was thrilled when I called to make a reservation that there was a purchase two nights, get a third free. But even with that promo, I could have stayed in a motel for a better experience and not waste any money. For almost $400, I wish we would have made a different choice.

Great staff. Great location. Like other IHG brands, did not have all day coffee. Microwave in room would have been nice. Pet friendly. And accomadating with comfortable room. Within the historic district.

Good location and tasteful, but not worthy of the luxury or 4 star level. The rooms are small and lack hotel fundamentals. It seems many corners are cut to lower the cost. There is no ventilation in the tiny bathroom (ew). There is no drinking water or coffee/tea maker or microwave in the room, not even a laundry bag. No breakfast included, unlike many other hotels in the area. Parking costs $28. Would be great if both are clearly disclosed.

We experienced PURE Savannah hospitality at Brice...when we met Maurice Mo at the front door! He went over and beyond to get us settled, offered a cool drink of water to our dog, Gracie...even brought her wonderful treats...He was our first encounter at the hotel...His warm smile and kind southern charm will remain with us, long after we leave Savannah! Thank you Mo for your kindness and exceptional service! Kind regards, The Holding s & Gracie

The hotel staff was great! I came from out of town and they found a room for me in time for a wedding. The hotel sure close enough to the river to take a walk and then see all the historic areas of Savannah. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom flooded, we never received housekeeping, our comforter was not very clean, the room was dusty, and they charged me items for the minibar that I never took; in addition, the woman who checked us in was not helpful and did not seem like she wanted to be there. I received a confirmation email before the wedding at the hotel stating my total price for the weekend would be $252.69 (since we were there for a wedding we received the wedding rate). They charged my card $634 dollars (this would go down to 480 since the difference of 150 is for incidentals). I went back to the front desk and showed them the confirmation email, which they said would be the correct price on my credit card, and the 634 would be taken off. After checking out, and receiving my receipt for 252.69, they charged my card another 231 to bring my total stay to 480 again. At this point, my credit card has over $1,000 scheduled to come out (but the 634 would be funded in 48 hours). I sent the confirmation email, a picture of the correct amount, and a direct link to the page to the assistant general manage. The Assistant General Manager is very kind and helpful. Then, this morning, I have two more charges totaling $30 on my card. When I asked what they were for, they stated that they were charges from the minibar because we took items from it while we stayed. Which is not true. The assistant general manager has said he will refund the minibar charges immediately, but I am more concerned about the $231 dollars that they charged me AFTER i checked out.

This was honestly the best service of any type of business I've experienced, not just hotels. The staff was all very helpful, very positive, and very nice. They upgraded us from two beds to a king-size for free, gave us over night parking for free bc it was my first time in savannah, and let us check out late with zero issues. The location is good, and it's very pet friendly. I highly recommend this hotel on service alone.

They priced gouged their guests, during Hurricane Irma. So Awful, that we had to drive all the way from Florida, to Savanna and then be evacuated out the very next morning. And like that was not enough stress, they jacked up their normal rates to 319.20 for one night, during the hurricane. And wow 29.00 a night to park my car. The only pos experience was the nice bellhop man, named MO. He was very accommodating and sweet. Oh and NO Microwave or Fridge in the room and one outlet for all of our electronic items. The Red roof I stayed at next, was 100.00 a night and it had a fridge and a microwave and was a larger room.

LOVE this hotel.

LOVE this hotel.
Was searching for a hotel in Savannah that would take my dog. Most of OTHER hotels charge a $75 or $100 flat, non refundable, pet fee. THIS hotel had ZERO pet fee. It was reasonably priced. CLEAN. Friendly staff. Conveniently located.
HIGHLY recommend.
