Great team! They communicate well on repairs, I was in the loop on everything. Plus the pricing is very reasonable. Opened Sundays is huge as well. I will continue to use their services.

Best road and mountain bikes selection. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable . This is hands down best bike shop in Salem. I bought 2 bikes from them and will return again if need another one. I had issue with installing different pedals on my bike, they fixed it for me for free and had me on way in minutes. Wow what a customer service, thank you Bike Peddler.

My bike was making some sounds it shouldn't, so I brought it in for repair. Great customer service, they didn't overcharge me and they only repaired what needed to be fixed. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, which really help me out. I'll be using their services in the future.

Didnt pressure me into buying a new bike I couldn't afford, just showed me options and talked about just fixing my 15yo bike. Ended up fixing it and replacing the whole crank and front sprockets and they picked out what worked best for my riding style.
Very knowledgeable, gave me great advice. GREAT service. I dont remember a time my bike road this great. Just all amazing!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help. During my multiple visits to the bike peddler, the staff have always provided a warm greeting, listened to me, and provided guidance and suggestions to help keep me safely commuting with my bike. Certainly recommend and will return.

This is my favorite bike shop in the Salem area and I've been to a lot of them. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently my wife rented a very nice Specialized road bike from this location for our annual McKenize Pass ride. Once my wife is ready to purchase a new road bike we will be returning to this location.

The guys were great. I rented a 2018 Specialized Enduro from them. They did an excellent job with the bike setup and gave me great advice for my day trip to Black Rock.

Great rental service! They had a full suspension Specialized StumpJumper ready for me when I got there and I had a blast out at Black Rock.

I didnt buy my bike here, but they service the one I have. They always do a great job for a reasonable price. I also had Eric fit me to my bike which is a great service. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it's fun to just chat with them about rides and routes in the area. I highly recommend the Bike Peddler for all you bike needs. Best shop in Salem.

If anyone needs any bike related items, repairs or want to buy a new ride, this is definitely the place to go. Everybody s treated like they are the most important customer they ve had that day and it shows. I m sure other shops do great work, but this is where I continue to see daily groups of people gathered and keeping distance outside during this time. Professional, safe, friendly and awesome service!

I had my sons old bike brakes done, new brakes and a new seat put on for my grandson. When I got home, the brakes didn't work well at all. I took it back and they fixed right away and gave me a discount on a helmet. I appreciated that. Plus, they were were humorous

They have a lot of bikes to choose from, from basic to very experienced. The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable, I would trust their suggestions every time. They also have a lot of accessories for your bike at a fair price. More than likely I will buy my next bike from these guys :-)

I just bought a brand new bike at this shop and was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff members. They were very attentive to each person and, being a Saturday, this was their busiest day of the week. I haven't owned a bike for over 20 years, so I'm pretty much a newbie at this. I'm going to be very dependent on these folks to help me keep my new bike in good working order and I feel confident they will do very well at that.

This is the best bike shop I have ever been to ! They do not try to push a bicycle on you in any way and are willing to let you try anything they have. It's amazing how helpful they were without actually trying to sell me a bike. They are just concerned that if you do buy a bike that you get the bike that fits you perfectly and is right for the type of riding you will be doing. These people love bicycles and just want everyone to have a great experience when it comes to cycling. Robin was amazing I ended up ordering a bike and can't wait to get it. Thank you Robin for your patience and all your help and making sure I ended up with the perfect bike.

Awesome bike and customer service. The Bike Peddler has top notch mountain bike rental bike offerings. And, they are all about customer service. I needed to return the bike a little before their opening time and the team opened the store an hour early so I could return the bike early.

Awesome young lady helped me today with info on bikes and shoes.

I don t often leave reviews of businesses , but the Bike Peddler staff is the friendliest and most helpful staff at any bike shop in town. I haven t purchased a bike there, but often purchase parts/ accessories and bring my wheels in for maintenance. They never treat me like I am an inconvenience and always like to chat.

I can t say I ve had the same experiences in the other bike stores in Salem.

Best service I've ever had from a bike shop! Before I took my bike in, I called a ton of different shops around oregon, and the bike peddler was the most helpful and knowledgeable. Kalan in the shop did an awesome job of assessing and fixing my bike.

They service was affordable and the staff were great.

I have my ride in for two annuals; both times the work was top-notch and VERY reasonably priced. The most recent time they helped me work through some color-change indecision, and worked with me bringing in my own parts. The staff is knowledgeable, but not pretentious; I'm a only a serious rec rider, and they make me feel like a champ whenever I go in.

I purchased a used Stumpjumper from a private seller in Oregon and Kalan at the Bike Peddler was able to coordinate a full pack & ship. The packaging was excellent, the pricing reasonable, and the staff was extremely friendly. Thanks again!!

I just picked a bike up in Portland and am now heading back to California, hitting every bike store in Oregon. Everyone I've gone too is out of everything, but that doesn't stop me from having a good store experience. The lady that helped me here was very cheerful and nice. She checked the computer to see if she had any of the parts I needed, but didn't believe it when it said there was nothing and went digging around in he basement just to make sure. She even recommended some places down in Corvallis that I could go to. Thank you lady!! (Wish I got your name)

The staff there were very low key and friendly and adjusted my touring bike for comfort on the spot. The mechanic brought me back to show me how to adjust my derailers and helped me find a comfortable riding position for me saddle, beyond what I expected. Prompt, excellent customer service, and great.

This place rocks, I didn't have enough money this month for the bike but they let me put one on hold and pay a little for it now, the rest latter. Life saver! I had a great time there, they sized a bike up for me and got me all the gear I would need.

Husband came in for 2 tires and the owner argued with him over whether he needed tubes or tires. He clearly asked for tires, as he knows the difference between tires and tubes. DON'T assume that ALL people don't know the difference! It looses business when you are condensending to your customers.

I haven't purchased anything from them yet, but I will as soon as I need any bike work/parts. They were very courteous and nice when answering my questions. I came in looking for mtn bike group ride info. It's always nice when a bike shop has happy employees. While the bar is low, some shops have horrible customer service, these guys exceeded it by a lot. I definitely recommend if your in the Salem area. Big clean shop with all the right tools for accurate bike fitting etc. Support your local businesses!

They tailor a bike to your needs and preferences. They dont force a particular model on you. They expertly assemble to order and free tweaks to make the bike just right for you! Hi quality specialized brand bikes, on the expensive side but better value through longevity! Staff is very easy to work with, friendly, and they do layaway

I bought a bike from these fellows 12 years ago and I am still riding. The staff is usually helpful although there have been a couple boogers over the years. If you are in a jam and really need you bike fixed and that is your only mode of transportation they will rush you through, if you beg. Wink wink.
