I just bought a brand new bike at this shop and was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff members. They were very attentive to each person and, being a Saturday, this was their busiest day of the week. I haven't owned a bike for over 20 years, so I'm pretty much a newbie at this. I'm going to be very dependent on these folks to help me keep my new bike in good working order and I feel confident they will do very well at that.
