Excellent service, and very well kept beer (the Ubu in particular). Disappointing starters were followed by very good mains - the veggie risotto was surprisingly fragrant and the beef casserole was good, but would have benefited from having More

Wonderful. The room was wonderfully decorated as was the restaurant and the bar. The food was very good and the bar has a wide selection of ales and ciders. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Good location for exploring Stratford-Upon-Avon, the accomodation was very good as well as very clean and of high quality. The staff were very friendly and professional and we were made to feel very welcome. Nice restaurant with a good selection on the menu for dinner and a very good breakfast selection. All in all I would recommend The Bell and we would stay there again

We spent 3 nights at The Bell for a last minute getaway, after our holiday abroad was cancelled. We had never visited this part of the country before but the location was ideal for visiting Stratford upon Avon and The Cotswolds. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The room was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The pub served a large variety of drinks and great food, the chef was very accommodating with any changes to the menu we asked for. The puddings were particularly delicious and so were the pancakes for breakfast! The garden was beautiful, it was so lovely to sit comfortably outside with a drink. The manager Rachel was an absolutely lovely woman, the best of personalities for her position and you could tell she really loved her job! We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

One of the best places I have been to. Quote from my dad: "even the broccoli tastes good here!" Food and surroundings were excellent, and the staff were so lovely and helpful. I'll definitely be coming here again

We called in at The Bell for a mid week lunch, was only really expecting a bar meal but was given a nice table and after seeing the menu went for the special 2 course offer they have on. We were not dissapointed as the food was spot on and nice big portions too. The atmosphere was great as was the service and despite being surprisingly busy for a mid week the service was nice and fast too. Hopefully be making it our monthly meet up place.

Stay frequently - always made to feel so welcome and nothing too much trouble. Food great, accommodation great (sometime a little too warm however better than being cold!) Highly recommend a visit whether for dining or a night away. Perfect in every way!

Called in for breakfast, expecting great things as a birthday treat for my partner. We were told we could eat in the tired looking bar, although the beautiful dining room was open and had other guests eating. My partners breakfast consisted More

Great service. Staff super friendly and die everything to make visit an enjoyable one. The garden is a sun trap. If you want a prime table, get there early. Sunday lunch is very good quality and atmosphere is relaxed whilst still being classy

Smart, friendly, good food, excellent service, allow dogs in the bar. Great place to eat. The Bell reopened in February 2020 under new owners and management after being extended and refurbished. It is now more spacious with larger bar and dining areas. The staff are polite and attentive. There is a good choice of food and drinks. Easy access and plenty of parking space.Prices are similar to most good eating places in the area. Just be careful when you leave in a car in case anyone is speeding along the A3400.

Great to see The Bell open again. Had a lovely late Sunday lunch in the garden. Safety procedures are reassuring, but not intrusive and unlike many other places, you can see they have given this a lot of thought. Drinks and Food service were both seamless and quick. A shame that more people were not enjoying the sunshine in the garden and the pub tables were very quiet, but hopefully people will soon return. Only negative was the roast potatoes were pretty tepid - no excuse for that, chef. The rest of the food was exceptionally good.

My daughter and son in law booked here for the wedding party and we stayed two nights . What can we say , superb quality, great location and friendly and professional staff . We filled the place but every room was superb and different . I have stayed in many top hotels but this was special , food excellent and views and gardens superb and helped us get into the right mood for the wedding. Full marks to all . Will definitely stay again

Accomodating, understanding, friendly, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quirky, seems expensive but you really do get value for money, everything's top quality, lovely dinner & an excellent breakfast - love it one of the best places we've stayed in. We will be back.

Very pleasant mid-week lunch for five of us. Staff friendly, food generally very good, although my 'fitness bowl' was smaller than anticipated. The dessert (pictured) was particularly tasty.

Really nice pub with a good atmosphere. Car park was attended to make sure that you could find a space. Called in on Sunday but they couldn't accommodate us in the restaurant and weren't accepting walk ins. Unfortunately the Baby Bell BBQ didn't start until 2.30 which was a 2 hr wait from when we arrived (which seems a bit late as they lose the business that couldn't get in the restaurant). Had a drink instead and enjoyed the atmosphere in there. Will go back and try the food but will be sure to book next time!
