I swallowed 2 gallons of water going down the cliff but it was worth it

The Beach Waterpark is a pretty good waterpark. Adults and kids should be able to find something fun that they like, even if you don't like the slides.

Wasn t any slides open but one and the customer service from the food department were terrible they were slow and food still came up cold and it wasn t packed or many people there at all. Not worth the price.

Very enjoyable water park! Not super crowded and lines moved quickly. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. We had a cabanna rental and were not disappointed! Very friendly and accommodating staff! Clean waterpark and excellent choice of slides! We will definitely be back!

Needs a major update for the price to get in. But, the double cheeseburger was worth the trip

Long lines. High prices. The food took way to long. The ice cream was melting when they handed it to us.

Paid 70$ to come here none of the slides was open and then the "pool" went up to my chest and that's it was verry disappointing and. Upset about it. I should have just paid the. 70$ and went to kings island

You literally catch air on the huge water slide, pretty awesome!

It sucked.....it was closed on March 23 in Ohio.... tune up your tracking device google nut.

Amazing peaceful nice getaway for couples and families

One gets the feeling that the Beach may be struggling to keep it's doors open. That's unfortunate too because my 3 grandkids love it there. It's cheaper than Kings Island's water park, and not nearly as crowded. But the facility seems clean and the slides are fun. Their favorite is the wave pool though. Renting one of the cabanas is great for a b-day party. Hope they figure out a way to remain open.

I like this place but it took 45 min to get a damn beer

Not happy about how dirty the park was! Half of the waterpark rides were shut down. The Arcade was horrible almost all of the games were out of order. They did give us rain vouchers after going back into the park twice. The vouchers are for night swim. At least that's something! The water in the lazy river was so dirty! I would not recommend it. Save your money and go down the road to King's Island!!!

More fun than it should have been. Given three stars due to a ton of slides being closed.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN BRINGING OUR FAMILY HERE FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS. NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT ALWAYS A GREAT TIME. THE LINES ARE NEVER LONG, THE FOOD IS VERY AFFORDABL . AND THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT AND LOVE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE PLENTY OF LIFE GUARDS AT ALL TIMES. WE WILL CONTINUE TO BRING OUR FAMILY HERE EVERY YEAR. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE.

Thought it was ok. Groupon was a good deal. Had fun for the day. Zoombeezie bay is way better.

This was the worst water park I have ever been too. The park is filthy, the changing rooms/restrooms were disgusting, and the staff is rude. All of the lifeguards were on their phones, and one of the people in charge of sending people down the slides was busy texting until I asked her a question then she got rude with me for interrupting her and told me my 7 yr old wasn t allowed to wear a life vest on the slide. Why would a water park ever not allow a child to wear a life vest? Their was black mold growing on the mats that people were using to go down one of the slides. This place was beyond gross and bordering on being hazardous to people s health.

We had a blast last year we are going again in June 2017 luv the updates the food is priced good luv the lockers it's just a fun experience .always went when I was growing up 20 years ago !keep up the great work on the Waterpark thank u

great for a family.. groupon always offers discounts and small and compact for easy walking .. shady and the zip line is a blast. If you are expecting a Kings Island not for you.. family type entertainment and listen to a live band the whole day!

Pools are filthy, and half the park is closed. Rapids were supposed to open at noon, that still hasn't happened

8/12 waterslides were closed due to only having 4 lifeguards to work them. They really should be giving people half their money back when well over half the slide are closed. Not sure what the deal is but I doubt I d ever comeback unless somebody told me everything would be open. I m very disappointed and so were many other people.

Our experience was HORRIBLE!!! We rented a cabana for the day for $107. There was suppose to be 2 lounge chairs, 4 other chairs, a table, 6 bottles of water on ice and service from waitstaff for other food and drink We arrived and there was one chair which was filthy, a small table with garbage on it, never received the water or any service the entire day...........................We asked several employees to help us but none of them did. So, I went to the guest services area and spoke to Allie, the director of client services who promised a refund..............................LOL. It's been 2 weeks and no refund has been received. After a week of leaving several VM's for her which she never responded to, I was able to get a person to answer the phone and transfer me to her. I gave her my credit card information so she could apply the credit but, again she's done nothing................This is the most horrible service I've ever encountered. I would not recommend this place and I think Allie should do what she promised to do ASAP. Theresa Miller

Great wait times and helpful. But gross. I found 4 bandaids near me in the wavepool

The showers and bathroom were deplorable. Please renovate. We left the park and got a hotel room just to shower. We bought $40 in tokens and then found out that most of the games in the arcade was broken. Paying $120 for 4 people was too much. When you update the bathroom and fix the games, we might visit again. Otherwise the slides were plentiful.

Had a wonderful time with the family and everyone was able to ride something and enjoy themselves! Great family water park! plus got a great deal on Groupon!

Great place great fun train for a hr but was still fun

We went to a couple of diffrent water parks this year in diffrent states and nothing could compare to this one we loved it so much we go every weekend now :)

A really fun place to go. It's not the biggest or best, but it's not as busy as King's Island. The lines are short, u slide quickly, and the staff is on point. Groupon always has a deal for The Beach every year.

This waterpark has a great atmosphere, with palm trees scattered around the park. There are some great rides however some are not open on a regular basis. Staff are friendly and park is clean. Overall a nice park, just don t expect lots of large rides.

Decided to take my nieces down to this water park yesterday. Granted it was the last day of the water park and we are from Chillicothe. We drove almost 2hrs out to find out the watermark closed early at 4! Not only that, they closed off EVERY section of the water park due to an event called "dog day" So our family trip was sharing a wave pool with about 50+ dogs.. to make matters even more uncomfortable, our family and a few other guests watched a dog actually pee in the wave pool and at that point we decided to take matters in our own hands and get ahold of management. After to speaking to over 5 people we were told it was basically our faults we waited this long to use our tickets and we would have to go ahead and stay until four and they wasn't any resolution. From working in customer service I felt as if they could of done something from the management position just because of the inconvenience of having everything closed off and closed early. We went home disappointed with the out turn of our trip.

Bought 2 tickets online to go to The Beach yesterday. Was almost there but then website added an update saying closed due to inclement weather. Been calling to get a refund but nobody picks up then call disconnects. I realize they can't control the weather but at least they should improve their customer service.

In general, this is a good waterpark, not a great waterpark. We had a season membership this year because it's a good option with a child under 4 (he's free) and more cost effective than joining a swim club. The whole park needs a bit more attention. The rides are decent, but need a little more care. The kids area with the tipping buckets is a welcomed improvement and probably the nicest feature at the park. The concession situation is atrocious. The parking situation and associated car line upon entry is atrocious. Still, overall it's a pretty good value at $80 for an annual pass with parking.

Some of the rides were closed and the lazy river and the wave pool were really dirty and had sand and leaves in them the water slides were great though. I would recommend going here if you are okay with a bunch of sand and leaves in the lazy river and wave pool.

I would rather go to kings island where there is a bigger water park and it also has a great amusement park

The beach had a rough reopening last year, but they seem to have finally returned to their former glory. As you enter the park, you are greeted by possibly the friendliest people in the Midwest. As many happy people enjoying their time around you, you may find yourself overcome with overwhelming since of comfort when you realize... your fun hasn't even started yet. Isn't that exciting? The thrilling attraction the beach offers, mostly in the form of slides and water, are fascinating provokers of an enthusiasm unknown to mankind. For child and adult alike, there will be somewhere to relax and have fun at The Beach. If you think you're just too cool for "real sand, real surf, and real fun" then you had better think again. It's not all sand and surf. There's a zipline. Oh yeah. I bet you just can't even fathom the adventure you'll be having with the wind flowing through your hair. Not to mention the teen "Club Splash" night on Fridays. Oh boy are those just a blast. I mean wow. And of course, how could Reggae Sundays slip my mind? Wait... they didn't because they're so hype. Ladies and gentlemen, The Beach Waterpark is the place to be in 2016. It's much cheaper than other water amusement attractions in the area as well. Now this is a lot to take in. I'm sure you have plenty of questions. What if I don't want to be hype? What if I'm just a chill dude? Two words: Lazy. River. Goodness gracious you can just take a load off after a hard day at work on there. What a place. Oh, you're worried you may get hungry? There's a ton of *fine* dining establishments. You didn't get with the beach life fast enough and you are reading this review in the winter? Beach mountain snow tubing. It's rad. So don't be lame. Do yourself, your family, and your friends a favor but coming to the beach this year and let all your stresses slide away.

Its a nice water park. Theres not too many rides so the wait for each one is pretty long. everyone working here was really nice when i came here. The rides are pretty nice though even with how few there are. I would come back here again.

We went yesterday and paid full admission; however, half the park was not open! Only one food concession stand was operating, and at lunch hour, the line for (crappy) food took 1/2 hour! They opened the Lazy River for a short while, but only a portion, so everyone had to line up to get in at one entry, then immediately get out at the next exit. (stupid). No ice cream!

Worst place ever everything was shut down they were sounderstaffed it was like 2 hours awake just to get food and everything I wanted a ride was closed

Great fun. Weekday visit with few lines. Bought season pass and it is we'll worth it.

If I could of given no stars I would have! Between 3 families that went together in early July we spent roughly $500 on tickets, parking, and a cabana. It poured down rain so we got rain tickets thank goodness because we live an hour away. They were nice enough to give us rain tickets for the cabana but we had to purchase the deluxe cabana due to what was available the day we went. Our admission rain checks can be used any day but our cabana has to be used on a weekday unless we want to pay $50 upgrade fee for the shore line cabanas or $80 for the deluxe one that we already paid almost $200 for!!! When I called to figure out what the deal was it took me calling about 10 times, leaving messages, talking to about 3 different people that had no idea what to do.

My fave place to grab a beer and relax in the water after work!

From slide to slide the measurement sticks are different for measuring kids. One minute they will let a kid ride a slide the next they say to short. Won t be spending my money here again!

Very expensive plus pay for parking. Might as well go to kings island for what you pay. Long lines. Expensive food. And not all the rides were going

Alot of the slides & restaurants were down,the mini store could have been way better& the alcoholic beverages could have been wayyyy better.add some more stuff to the the park & this could be a gold mine!

Water nice except for lazy river. Bucket beer worth it. Bar keep awesome. Kids (teens) loved it. Many slides not running because they are understaffed. Seen a girl dressed in pants t-shirt sweeping up stuff. She looked so unhappy to be at work. Let them dip in! It was almost 90 degrees. Pay them more than and maybe all your slides can run
We came for specific slide. Didn't happen.

Spent an enjoyable day here with six kids. Pricing is affordable. My only issue is I am a adrenaline junkie but at times, I felt like I was going to fly out of some of the water slides there and I see nothing to ensure that doesn't happen. I feel like they are fine for kids but if you have any weight on you at all, this is what creates the issues.

Was there from 10am til 4pm was fun besides alot of of slides are down as well as the main ride the water coaster has been down for 2yrs now smh they need to update as well could be a really great place for family fun but feels like its heading in the same direction as americana

It's good for the price. Especially if you get a coupon. However it is very run down. The maintenance is not what it should be.

Eh I had fun but I get where all the bad reviews are coming from lol. Everyone working there doesn't care AT ALL haha. The bathrooms are nasty, certain rides aren't open, they're under staffed, every single line in that place moves sooooo slow, just bad management and the overall layout of the park is hilariously horrible, you have to walk SO far to get a tube to its ride. No maps, no directories. I like the volleyball courts though

Not a lot of rides and not that big. Still had fun and the wave pool was pretty cool. They serve alcohol and play music. Lockers are coded when you rent one. You create your own code. Would recommend.

Bring your own food and drinks leave them in your car in the cooler they are expensive

My family came a couple days ago and we had a blast. They were understaffed but the employees were efficient and nice. The kids loved the Clift water slide and I enjoyed the heated pool. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend!

This is an amazing water park. So many fun things to do there. The water park itself is much better than Kings Islands Soak City, that said if you are going for the water park go to the beach and if you're going for amusment park go to Ki. But if you chose this place you wont be dissapointed because the layout is perfect. The staff was very friendly and patient. You will have a great time here!

I thought this place was great for the family. We did a half day after 3 p.m. . Very short lines lots of rides for the kids. Perfect! I would definitely go back and recommend this!
