It's a goood place to come with your family and it...
It's a goood place to come with your family and it's free parking! Outdoor swimming pool!
It's a goood place to come with your family and it's free parking! Outdoor swimming pool!
Clean pool not too much chlorine. Family oriented facility.
Clean with a healthy balance of dog/ kid /beach all with the industrial oceanic seaside as a backdrop
Crisp Clear Waters, Very Clean Park. Would definitely come back, cleanest area I've seen in a bit. The dog park is spacious and has a very scenic industrial view of North Vancouver.
It has an awesome view!totally coming back and it has such a nice park!
It is an awesome place to sit back and watch your kids have fun in the pool
Great spot! Busy in the summer, perfect after labour day:)
great parks for children lots of things to play on nice grass very clean
Great place to have a beach fire, and watch the gulls fish for crabs, cool view, not for a good sunset though
Difficult to find parking but possible once u drop off your occupants near where u want to be and then locate a spot in the area. Great location for family and enjoying the coastal air and views
Best and biggest fenced dog park in East Vancouver. Bring a big jug just to fill up the water bowls provided ( no water tap in sight).
* remember dog owners just because it's a "dog park" doesn't mean you don't have to pick up the poop. A few careless owners ruin it for everyone.
It has pretty decent view or North Vancouver and the water. It doesn't have a lot of trees but it does have a manicured vibe. Decent outdoor pool and useful dog park.
It's a cool place to hang out, in the summer time there's an outdoor pool, but it's in a heavy industrial area.
Beautiful sea side view. Good for walk and playing kidzy games and swimming (online pass), parking, public toilets available by 8 pm pst.
Big dog offleash enclosure. Little beach area (no dogs allowed here). Upclose views of Ironworkers Memorial Bridge over the Burrard Inlet. Playground for the kiddies.
A bit weird to access and Maps won't take you to the parking lot. Turn onto Commissioner St and make the first left. There is a parking lot here.
From the parking lot, you can either cross Commissioner for the dog park or you can follow the sidewalk on the other side of the lot for the rest of the park.
Great spot for dogs to run around off lease. Only down side is when it rains it turns into a giant mud pit, the dogs love it but my car doesn't!
Love it! Best kept secret. Swim, BBQ, stroll, photos of ships in the inlet, and Van's best dog park.
a great place for dogs at the enclosure. a number of different walkways for people and their dogs.
Always a wonderful spot to spend some time with someone you care about.
No swimming at the beach, has a big pool in replacement (at a few). Perfect place to bbq in the summer. Be wary of park rangers handing out tickets for public drinking. Has a very big and decent dog park (not split small/big it s all in one)
They should clean up a bit as it's really industrial
Great park to visit in the warmer months. Great pool and playground
Big open spaces with unique waterfront views. We watched tom tugboats at work while playing bocce ball with friends. A very enjoyable place to relax in.
Love this park, beautiful views of the north shore. Only complaint is the lack of available parking.
A lovely park with lots of space and facilities - amazing views of mountains, water and boats. The parking can be difficult when the weather is nice or the pool is open.
Close to home. Dog park. Swimming pool. But swimming is poor due to rocks and barnacles. Plus no swimming sign
My favourite park in the city. Great view straight through Lynn Valley on the other side of the water, and there's a dog park nearby so you have many opportunities to make some new furry friends.
We are so lucky to have endless amounts of parks in Vancouver and the Tri Cities. It is a nice park. Check out Barnet Marine one of the best in Burnaby
Nice to go during week days, too hard to find parking on weekends. There's a off leash enclosure for dogs. It's nice because they are updating the park right now. There's also a small beach area.
This is a good nature park for kids. They can see quite a lot at low tide and enjoy scrambling around on the rocks. Good groomed walking paths for those who are less agile.
A great park in the summer especially for picnics and it also has an outdoor pool.
Excellent place to spend in family very clean pool for 6 dollars adults, before you play for children, beach green areas
Love going for walks here with the dogs, they love it to
Gorgeous view over the inlet and towards North Van Super Natural British Columbia
Awesome off leash dog park on the west side of the park. Nice trail running along the water. There's a dog beach on the east side of the park as well.
Outdoor pool and soccer field are well looked after.
Uncrowded on the long weekend in July! A hidden jewel in Vancouver. What a great Park.
Beautiful day, not too crowded, enjoyable picnic with family. Great to have a very pleasant change of scenery.
Love the accessible pathway for people in wheelchairs and Strollers. The off leash area is like a big bog it is awful.
Very small parking lot. This parking lot is terrible.. Park itself is ok.
If you want to talk to God you better visit Brighton Park. Best ocean view of Second narrow bridge, North Van. Q market also Lion gate bridge. You should visit early before sunrise' or after sunset..
You can experience different view from hours of the days. Enjoy
New off leash park is great, but you will need to wash your dogo afterwards
It's a park, in a kinda weird spot. But I'll remember it fondly.
A scenic park with lots of space to run or sit by the ocean. Often busy, so come early.
Great outdoor pool, spacious picnic area and beach.
Nice to walk around but noisy due to construction and development
Great park. Absolutely no parking infrastructure. Don't park in the no-stopping areas like everyone else does, unless you want a minimum $60 ticket.
A nice park, however the small size of the dog off leash area was disappointing.
Lovely spacious park, excellent place to eat and watch the comings and goings in the harbor, and to see the North Van mountains
Not too busy and just right for a neighborhood park, has playground, sand beach, Rocky beach, little deck to walk out on, outdoor pool, off leash dog area, bit of everything you would want.
This is quite a large park with lots to offer. There is a couple of beaches and a fenched off lease dog park. There is sports fields and a swimming pool. There is a descent playground and a restored salt marsh. There is great views of Burrard inlet, the port activities and the bridges. There is newer picnic tables designed for BBQ.
Decent park with a jungle gym and pool here. Get here early for a bench to have a bbq or picnic at as the tables and parking spots go very quickly. There is also an off leash dog area close to the water.
A great place for a family to travel and vacation...
Great view, great picnic area and pool. Great little gem in east vancouver
Nice waterside park in busy port. Off leash dog area.
Has changed a lot since I was there last. But for the better
Took granddaughter to Brighton Pool, a little apprehensive due the Covid-19 rules. Turned out to be an amazing experience as we now had way less people in and around the pool and the parking was convenient. On a beautiful day, this is such a lovely setting to bring the family. My husband likes to go there to swim lengths but I prefer the public swim for taking the grandchildren. Both have to be pre-booked the day before, for now.
Extocellent place to relax and enjoy the surrounds relax at the swimming pool meander around the park n conservatory too bad the dogs unable to enjoy
