Was the rudest realtor I ve ever come across in my life. I purchased a house in which she represented the seller. This lady made it so difficult and dragged her feet so much that it almost didn t happen. After the closing she came by the pick up her sign from my property and was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I m repulsed to know that I ve done any kind of business with this person. I almost walked away from the house which would have cost the seller in the end because of her. Proceed with caution.

They kept my information from a previous realtor I worked with in 2014/2015. I asked to be removed from their email list a year or two back. Suddenly, a few weeks ago, they started emailing me again under the guise of the realtor I originally worked with.

1. That realtor is no longer with Ashton Real Estate Group and hasn't been for over a year.
2. I have asked kindly for the emails to cease twice now.

I find it unprofessional and uncomfortable for the emails to randomly start back up. I am not looking for a home with Gary Ashton or anyone on his team, so I can't fathom what prompted these unwarranted emails.

I called over the weekend to get information on rental properties. I told the gentleman was I was moving to the area in a few weeks and that I was in town for the weekend and was intrested in speaking with someone. He took all of my information and I was told someone would be reaching out to me. Never heard from anyone by phone and email. I guess they didn't want my business.

I bought a house through Jude Watts. He was extremely good at communicating, and explaining everything to me, as it was my first time. His negotiation was strong, and he provided plenty of contacts and inspectors so I could be sure about things. The customer service team is great here, and the website they set me up with was better than some of the others like Zillow or Trulia. They also gave me a lender that helped me find an uncommon, but very beneficial loan for my situation since I didn't have much cash up front. I would trust Jude, and Gary's staff for future transactions as well!
