Malcolm was our agent and he was very patient with me as a first time home buyer in explaining the terminology that I didn't understand and making sure that I knew what we were doing. He was all about us being comfortable with what we were doing which made the entire home buying process and the selling of my GF's condo a lot less stressful. He's now handled the transactions of a few of our close friends and family this year and I wouldn't hesitate to use him as my agent again in the future.
