Attended the Indian Engineering Congress 2018 which was hosted at Ananta... The facilities are good.. Issues are with accessibility especially during late evenings n nights. Ola cabs are reluctant to come over as it is far from the city

Worst experience ever. The staff is mannerless. Receptionists Vikas,Vicky,the woman behind the desk and the head "Pankaj Singhania" specially are all liars. The staff has no etiquettes. Zero hospitality. Reception people are rude and do not know how to respect others. They will keep you waiting at the reception for atleast 2 hours before check in and checkout. They keep your luggage outside on road and keep you waiting outside the reception until part payment is done. Treat you like you dont deserve to be here. Staff is oversmart. They are money minded and do not even provide cab service before applying charges. Rates of room service and other services are too high. You could easily put your money to better use.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the hills and mountains and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The place is all green and you can get to be one with nature. All respect to the team of Ananta who are doing a great job here. Excellent hospitality. Waiting to come back again.

First of all I would like to thank all the staff members of Ananta udaipur including Raza, Bhanupratap Singh and everyone else. Right from our entry at the resort we felt the warmth and attention given to us. The staff members are extremely professional and take a lot of care of their guest. Oasis restaurant has some really delicious food. Room service is well above average.
Property is well maintained.
We requested for a candle light dinner and I was extremely delighted with the arrangements that were made for me. I loved the decoration, the food, the music and the ambiance that was created for us.
These people won't disappoint you. If you want to have a memorable experience of your lifetime Ananta is place to be.

It's beautiful. The view from rooms is just amazing. The only problem is that since rooms are located in a spiral fashion upway through the hill, it makes it difficult to go from one room to another by foot.u need to call cab from reception to visit the rooms, except the two rooms just next to yours.
It's an awesome resort with an amazing location and tons of variety in buffet breakfast n dinner. Would love return n highly recommend to others.

Super luxury resort designed on cottages pattern ideal destination for large size banqueting , marriage functions. All modern amenities large swimming pool ,spa, bar multicusin restaurant. It's costly but looking the location & aminites is value for money.

This is a nice place to stay. The only thing is rooms are far away from reception and restaurants. If you are planning a group booking make sure you get your rooms nearby. Though car is available for pick and drop 24*7 as per policy they actually don't pick you up in late night. A friend of mine had to walk for 30 mins to get in his room at 3 am in the morning.

Property is great and very well maintained. Hospitality is also very good. Place is little far from the city. Food is also good in taste and lot of options are available in breakfast spread. The only minor concerning issue is that hotel charges Parking fees for incoming cabs for pick up which I believe is not justfied. But the staff is really good that they suggested a work around and dropped us on the main gate. Apart from that minor issues this is a good value for money hotel.
I think it is one of the best hotels in Udaipur. but it is a bit far from the main city, so you have to book a cab to go to city. The cottages and restraunts are of very good quality. you get a free breakfast buffet. There is a swimming pool, gym, spa also available here as well as games like pool, table tennis.The scenery is good.
Spread across 95 acres this is a good property. Good food and stay amid greenery.
Rooms are a bit distance so news to call a cab even to go to restaurant or reception. They are efficient and come in 5 mins.
This is probably the first bad review I m writing but I guess I was pretty much compelled to do this by how paranoid they Ananta team has made me. In short let me just say, if you re planning to do a destination wedding here - DON T. If baffles me how rude the in room dining staff / manager are and have given me such a hard time.

This is the worst hotel with worst services ! Staff here is rude doesn't know how to speak to the guest . Writing this review at 4:29 AM because its been 25 min and the pick up hasnt arrived. They dont give you a clear answer.
