Too expensive. Not so fun. We make you wait in a cage to put you in the mood from the beginning. You are asked to turn off your phone which is understandable. On the other hand, the animation is in English. But for the price paid, it's not worth it. I seem to have paid about twenty euros. While it's worth 5 .

We had loads of fun. We laughed more then being scared.
Great fun. Interactive and not for those with a nervous disposition. The staff were very good. I walk with the aid of a stuck and they were very good in directing me to let's say the easier option (don't want to spoil it for anyone). Would definitely recommend, and was pleasantly surprised by a small treat at the end of the experience.
Cute attraction ... You can buy a shared ticket with Madame Tussauds and save about 30%. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed. Children under the age of 15 were also frightened at some of the stations. In any case, worth a try.
Fun activity! You have to love interaction, because the actors occasionally pick people up. Very funny and scary at the same time, recommended!

Really enjoyed this, felt it was better than the (original) London Dungeon under London Bridge station. The actors spoke perfect English and were talented and professional, as well as involving the audience.
If you are claustrophobic there are parts which are not ideal, but for anyone who likes a laugh and being a bit scared it's good fun.

Such a great experience. You can feel the actors doing their jobs with passion and havin fun at it. It was funny, bit scary and we've had a great time. I can highly recommend this to everybody whos gonna visiting Amsterdam.

Fun and invested atmosphere. The experience is dependent on tge group ypu are with. Online tickets are cheaper, the pictures cost more than the pictures which is a bit disappointing.
It is a very nice, fascinating and interactive show, very nice to visit once.
100% would recommend doing this whilst in Amsterdam. Don't do it high though!!

Not so scary, the shows are nice but it's not scary, I think it's okay for the kids as long as you know English, otherwise it's useless to go there
Good service good food, however, I think the steak is too small. I had the expectation that an Argentinian steak is something bigger.

not bad, the visit is entirely in English, with some actors quite involved in the role. If you don't know English, directly pass by. at the entrance they try to put you through the noses photos so that you later pay them.

I'm not really sure how this is one of Amsterdam's most popular tourist attractions. It's decent; you will learn some interesting facts from the ride, but other than that it's just a money grab in my opinion.
It honestly shocks me that anyone would give this a positive rating. You are herded around in a massive group. It's expensive. The guides pick on people who can't speak English. It is in NO WAY historical. I can see small children and dogs being entertained by this, but they won't learn anything. Unless it is to learn that they should avoid this chain tourist trap in every other city they go to.

This was a fantastic experience , all the staff where great and the tour was superb. Here for my sister's 21st birthday and she had a great time. Great scare fest with fun throughout. Would definitely recommend to all .. :)
It is not as scary as the London Dungeons expected better
From the moment you step in till you walk out it's a full on experience! The actors did a wonderful job! It was so fully immersed! I don't get scared easily but there I did! I was so sad when it ended! I wanted more! But well done to all the actors and well done us for surviving! (If you are worried about actors touching you they aren't allowed and the same rule applies to you )

Amazing experience here at the dungeon! All of the actors were well immersed into their respective roles. The scares were also amazing, with the usage of lights and sounds. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Amsterdam!!

The actors were great, the program was not my thing at all. For 20 ecks I would have expected a lot more. The hoped-for shock moment did not materialize and somehow I found the English in the group funnier than the program.
Actors were really great, there can also be the best seller in the junkyard, junk sticks to junk.
The money makes 1000x more sense in a canal trip or what invests in delicious food than being bored for 45 minutes

Absolutely amazing fun.
I didn't know what this was going to entail nor had I heard anything about it but this is definitely a must if you're in Amsterdam. Performances by the staff were really good as well as the atmosphere and the different rooms. If you like jumpy things you'll like this, just make sure you've already been to the toilet incase you get too scared!
Fear is a funny thing says it quite well. Scary in a very funny way. I was there twice and I would go there again.
The staff are great fun and very good at what they do. Just be prepared to crawl through the dark on your hands and knees

The scariest thing about this place is the amount of time people have wasted here. The actors are really good (full credit to them), but it is not scary and the jokes are pretty lame. There was one bit at the end which was mildly scary, but that s only 5 minutes out of 1 hour. If you re easily frightened by loud noises you might find it enjoyable.
Disappointing, the price / quality ratio is hard to find, I expected more.
