AWESOME !! the price and very correct, excellent acting. For 9 euro more you have room for Madame Tussaud instead of 22 euro on site.

It was a beautiful show and I learned things about the history of Amsterdam. For the rest, I'm not really shocked or anything

This is the definition of a tourist attraction. Do not expect a history lesson or seeing anything historical. This is purely entertainment only

The dungeons gave a really good insight into life in Amsterdam years ago in an entertaining, participatory way.

We enjoyed it, especially when other spectators were involved. Everything was great and my compliments on the acting performance. Good moments of shock, but also of all the performances there is one that is less fun. All in all worth it

Nice and we enjoyed the explanation tells the story of the history of the country and the trials that are taking place frighteningly. Suitable for families.

A nice experience for grownups too! Been here with my gf and had a blast. Not a lot of walking which was a big plus for me.

The Amsterdam Dungeon, in the city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, follows a format similar to the London Dungeon, York Dungeon, Berlin Dungeon and Hamburg Dungeon, which are owned by Merlin Entertainments, based in the United Kingdom, and tries to show history to through an interactive adventure.

I've been 3 times over the years, never disappoints. The actors are brilliant, I jump scare easily and get a good laugh every time. Heard on the grapevine you may open a dungeon in Ireland? Please do, we've lots of gruesome history you could use!

Very funny. Can be a little more scrarier. Wc is the most scrariest part.

Attraction in the form of horror coins very well decorated, with well-honed animations, to do with friends is interesting, I highly recommend

Really fun and scary enough! Me and my friend laughed out loud and we both loved the experience. Went in without expectations though, should be mentioned. I recommend this if you wanna do smtg funny, a bit scary and different!

Great set of actors and sets but no French version ... not being absolutely bilingual it was complicated to enjoy the show like the others ... the basics in English are not enough ...

To our surprise this was likely the highlight of Amsterdam for us. The dungeons were so much fun, very engaging with audience participation, staff were great although our group may have been the life of our tour as we embarrassed ourselves by walking into walls in the mirror maze.

I'm a little shit and found it very scary but also interesting at the same time. Sometimes a little too scary

Great actors and a great story. I've visited the dungeon on both of my Amsterdam visits. Definitely worth the money.

Entertaining, but a bit disappointing. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the scares were expected, and not as random as the old setup at Madamme Tussauds

Given that it is a chain of attractions scattered in all the larger cities, so the format is similar for everyone, this is well done structurally and moreover the actors have been very good both in the interpretation and in the integration with the group of visitors.
I only put 3 stars because despite being a nice attraction, it is not really among the first places I recommend to visit, especially for short stays.

Before arriving, we thought it would be very cheap and planed to have a laught....

It was a real pleasure to be that much wrong ! Actors where wonderful and we had a wonderful time !

Fun and not over scary!
Very educational in a completely unique way, similar to any other dungeon (like the one in london) but based on Amsterdam history.
The scares are often jump scares with people popping out and shouting. On the plus is that they are not allowed to touch you.
There is one part with involves you almost crawling though a cramped tunnel so if you don't like small spaces, i would avoid!

The staff are also very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs while still staying in character.

Over all very good if you are with a fun group, we did have one dude (b-tech van hellsing) who was just rude to the staff and would not play along, bit of a smart ass, but again it's better with people who play along.

Good for families and friends who are a bit older, one young kid was in there and i do not think he was having fun!

Very nice experience scary and funny at the same time.
It is worth to hang out in the package by Madame Tissos with a free boating and a dungeon ticket at 44 euros.
Also the actors are very good :)

Went a while ago, hopefully they've improved it a bit. But was very interesting and interactive.

Good fun. But a lot like the London dungeons. They use the same props.

This dungeon is super structured and always has a fun and scary part in every room.
The actors are fine. Some are less terrifying than others. On the whole, it is definitely worth visiting.

More hype. It's set of actors acting out the older century past of Holland. Not horrifying. Not that entertaining too.
Little tiring to stay standing for about an hour through the acts.
Not worth the bucks
