Very nicely done, just a little expensive. It is best not to buy the tickets on site but at a ticket shop
Felt good at the beginning. But, for some reason, it got bored after a while. May be it's just for me. It was like a drama and they made us feel like we were in on it. Nonetheless, actors did pretty good job by jump-scaring the audience time to time. It would take like 40 minutes and taking photographs and using mobiles are not permitted inside the dungeon.
A great experience, the actors were awesome they take you in to whole new world , whats amazing is the english experience. Just was a bit pricey,but most recommended.
We entered without knowing English and we had a good time, I do not know if it is so scary, because when they told the stories that seemed very good and terrifying we did not understand anything but I would go back! I would not go back to Madame Tussauds is not worth it
Wondered past this place while heading the dinner. In summary it's a fun and funny about 80mins for the family. They walk you through several 'scary sets' in a group of about 25 people. Each on has an actor play a role that part 'scary and part funny. The scares are not haunted house level, and it's safe for most kids. The humor is also family friendly. It was more funny than scary imho. Recommend!!! Fun way to spend some time.

Tickets via Ticket Auction for little scored, therefore an extra fun outing. And the experience was very nice and spooky. Also very well played by the actors. Especially the latter room is really a good bouncer in terms of shock effects. Laughed a lot and was allowed to participate a number of times with the actors. Worth the effort to do once. We enjoyed this special attraction.
It was hilarious and scary at the same time, at times. The people who work there do an amazing job.
Despite the limitations of the covid 19, it was a really fun experience. If you like a bit of excitement you should definitely do this.

Anyone who is in Amsterdam should definitely go there. We were there on a Friday 13 we enjoyed it very much.
It was very fun. I only expected it to be longer, but otherwise nice and sometimes funny.
I don't really have a bad thing to say about this place. The actors all absolutely love their jobs, or are great actors. The crowd is involved at every step of the show as you progress through their actual dungeon. The show is pretty funny and very entertaining. Please go if you get the chance. I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised.
Really neat place, good acting and scares. I recommend eating some magic mushrooms beforehand.

To sum up, it was okay. Some rooms were nice but the overall experience is not worth a 5 star rating.

My Girlfriend and me visited the Dungeon, it was very cool and scary. We enjoyed the tour and it was a very cool experience! When we visit Amsterdam again, we hope theres a new Show in 2020!! Worth the Money! :-)
No photos allowed. International quality site with top class facilities and professional staff. The course was unpredictable and due to our large size group, we filled all the seats and benches in the various dungeon caverns the group stopped. We liked the interaction with customers. That was the best part. So if you were afraid to be called on in school, then look out here!
Learning tge history of Amsterdam in a mix of a scary and funny way
The actress at the maze was very unkind and simply insufferable. In addition, a great experience but she really ruined it for me.
It is creepy and interesting to hear the stories and habits and to experience the old Amsterdam

Adventurous experience and really fun. Don't go if you have any heart diseases as it gets a a bit scarry with sudden moves or scenarios. I really enjoyed it and I suggest you all to visit them. You won't regret it :)

Yeah it's touristy & cheesy but a heck of a lot of fun. Guides interact with tour group in costume and tell horrible jokes/puns. Tour is in English-language. A very fun surprise and worth the time and $$.
Very entertaining and enjoyable, be prepared to be pulled out of the crowd to participate.
The Dungeon's theatre was very delightful! The one story about the girl, the boy, and the mother was my favorite! Although, I was very devastated about the tragic death of Porky the pig.

Expect a haunted house, with many shock moments. Unfortunately not gone as expected. Poor finish in terms of shows and clothing. A nice photo was made on arrival, but it was taken for 8.- (and was also some nice)
Really a super experience was with my girlfriend and son, very exciting I had my daughter who found it scary because she was locked in the cell, and then again was chosen out of the staff was very understanding that she found it scary and took this into account. Can not say anything other than that I am very satisfied with how the staff deal with it, and afterwards they came to ask if it went with her.
A unique and strange experience, which is an old prison in which prisoners were tormented and now a house of terror in which painful memories are retrieved in a distinctive and somewhat terrifying way

I've been to a couple of these in the UK (London/York) and this is on par. The actors/actresses were scary and funny. There were some fun maze-type activities within it, some jump scares and good laughs. Then at the end, refreshments (including beer!). I really enjoyed learning about ye olde Amsterdam in this setting.
Overall the dungeon is fun but waiting for it to start is a bit long

There were four of us here today and we really enjoyed it. If you book via the Internet, you can also save a lot. The actors are great, they play their roles very well. Recommendable despite the current corona virus. Without it, the actors would probably come a little closer, which would have increased the creep factor :)
Nice, but not very good. Staff outside, at the start photo and at the checkout were exceptionally friendly. Furthermore, it is mainly a succession of small plays in a nicely made environment: Amsterdam from roughly the 17th century. Some of the actors were good and funny, others mediocre. It seemed to have had a scripted play. What is very unfortunate is that in the end little remains of history. I think the emphasis is now too much on wanting to be funny.
I think it's really setbacks. There will probably be people who like this, but I already realized after the first room that this was not for my family, and we were all happy that we could go out again. You are also continuously chosen from the audience to participate. There are some very good actors among them, such as the judge and especially the girl by the corpse. The best part of the hour: when we had to go to the toilet before the start, that's laughing when you do that.
A great experience, you should basically see a lot of things in Amsterdam. A great city
Like the Hamburg dungeon! Really, they are the same rooms with the same jokes.
Right mix of fear and fun, very nice cast, the only negative thing for which I put 4 stars instead of 5 is the high price to be able to receive photos that make you around the attraction (15 for a photo 20 for all)
