The address downtown hotel was my favorite hotel in Dubai and still until now.
Friendly staff and excellent location and atmosphere.
Rooms are very comfortable.

A luxurious location with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are great albeit on the smaller side, the staff are great and service is exemplary.

It was great experience with all staff and location was wonderful.

Neos on the 63rd floor was just amazing. Phenomenal views, great service and food.

Hallelujah and Mashallah Dubai is the best city in the world

One of the best views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. If you like to sit in the front row, then you are right here.

Hotel was amazing and was my birthday when O stayed there..amazing view from the balcony i can watch the dubai mall fountain. And good services and a complimentary services on special occasion.I highly recommended this hotel.

Worst reception staff you will find in this hotel leave you standing waiting for them and not turn to you even if I called on them they work they do not see you and there is no respect and smile for the customer and this hurts the group of address hotels

NEOS.. go there for the ambience and happy hours... but not for its music.. very garish and doesnt go with the profile.. else.. a must visit.

Fantastic hotel - decent but excellently furnished, no oriental bells and whistles, but still country typical modern. Also good: the apartments as an alternative to the hotel. A dream: The brunch buffet on Fridays - opulenter is not. Disadvantage: To the beach by car or taxi (cheap). Advantage: gigantic shopping center next door (you do not hear), tower opposite. Nice bar upstairs. Also good: even local guests (especially on Fridays)

Absolutely stunning and spectacular hotel in the heart of Dubai Downtown. The view of the Burj Khalifa is outstanding.
The Rooms are stunning and of top class. Very big difference to when i stayed there of the night of when the fire took place in 2015. The decor and interior of the hotel is stunning.

Love this hotel. Great location. Great lobby. Great service. But you probably wouldn't expect any different from an Address Hotel.

So your choices are. Downtown or Dubai Mall. Or Boulevard. Difficult. But all are good. Can't really go wrong.

Being a frontliner, I got a complimentary one night stay from this luxurious hotel. However, I felt like a VIP since all of the staff treated me like one. There was no hint of even the slightest discrimination because of my free stay or my race, unlike my experience from The Skyview branch!

Although I just had to note the biggest difference from The Address Downtown and The Address Skyview which is the pool staff/rules. Firstly, the former had no problem with using cameras on the pool at all while the latter made a lot of fuss about it! Secondly, upon entrance The Skyview pool staff rudely asked "Are you staying here?" While the pool staff in Downtown named Arup greeted me with a warm smile and politely asked me to just write my name and room number on their list.

Overall, my experience was definitely first class!
