Best view of the fountain and Burj Khalifa, friendly and helpful staffs

Worst check in experience ever. No doorman attended to us at the entrance. Seems now self parking is the norm because of the Covid situation, but there should be a sign. Yet the doorman attended to the car behind us to open the door for them!!!! And to suggest that I go park it myself. At the check in counter she acted arrogant and unfriendly as we were disappointed and frustrated once we found out the Emaar worthless voucher room type. If they have mentioned it on the voucher would not have even bothered.

To make it worse they will write the guest name in the review response in public without permission to show how inconsiderate they are.

Speaking about an excellent customer experience! Away from the advanced digital technology in the room, I was so much taken about the interior design of the front desk!

I had a wonderful time with my spouse and it's actually amazing place to stay.

We had a nice time at Address Downtown and the staff were very friendly

Although my room was very small as I payed more than my sister which had a larger room with the same fountain view

Try not to get room 918 it s very small

When I tried to explain it to the front desk staff upon checkout that my room was very small although I booked the room for two kids and two adults she was rude

Very bad experience with customer service while checking in.
I had long drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and when is reach the hotel they made me wait for more than 25 minutes and there excuse was the room is not ready I reached the hotel 7 pm and I already have reservation.
Despite all of that, I didn t receive any verbal apology, they didn t give me the wifi password, they didn t tell me about my breakfast that it s already included, and afternoon tea.

unbelievable view of the Burj Khalifa especially from club fountain view and deluxe rooms, delicious foods at the restaurants, amazing swimming pool and very well trained staff.

A very cool hotel overlooking the Khalifa Tower and Dubai Mall, but you have to make sure of the ruins before you live, it may be placed in inappropriate ruins. Try to live after the 25th floor. The view at night is imaginative and a second world.

It's been a wonderful experience,first time but surely not the last. Everything at the address Downtown is truly amazing, the staff, the services, the rooms, the food, the facilities and swimming pool all 7 star quality. Bravo the address

The place is very beautiful Naziev, there was a problem and it was resolved very elegantly, the breakfast is beautiful and varied especially for white lovers, Hadi is suitable for families, businessmen and businesswomen

The hotel impressed me, luxury right from the doorway, the rooms are bright, the bed is clean, soft. The view from the window got into my room. Itself in the city for the first time, but really a majestic city, and how I liked the water park, I stayed there for half a day. Well, all organized tour company "SHAN TOURS"

The Adresse Downtown is in my opinion the best hotel (I have been in about thirty 5 * hotels which I particularly liked). I leave you with the suite. The decoration is very chic, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the cleanliness is irreproachable by the slightest flaw.The hotel is very well placed, it is 60 meters from the Burj Khalifa and practically in the Dubai Mall.The view from the rooms is breathtaking on the fountains and the skyscrapers that are all around. The price per hour may be expensive for some but it is well worth it. The breakfast buffet is so big it can accommodate all the gastronomy you can imagine. I really recommend it.
