The coolest hotel is close to the Dubai Mall, a Premier room with a balcony.

The service can be improved. The Japanese restaurant is a disaster (food and service, waitress can hardly speak English) and so expensive. Galliard which is not managed by the hotel itself is fantastic, great food and service.

The place is posh. Valet service was fast and responsive.

It's classic with a serene view of the burj Khalifa.

Very nice ambiance and great lobby with all precautions. It was good to see disinfectant hate spraying at the entrance. The valet service seriously needs improvement.

Beautiful and lively area full of markets, restaurants and cafes

Very bad valet parking service. I received my car fully scratched because of their bad drivers.

The address downtown Dubai is a five star hotel. I love the restudantz next to the pool. BIG Variety of food very nice atmosphere. Location is excellent. M AZ NY things too there.

A luxurious, breath taking hotel. Another beauty to beautiful Dubai by Emaar. Loved the hotel and everything about it. The location is perfect, in the heart of downtown. Quite close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, in walking distance. If you are staying here, also try Neos lounge.

Over priced hotel. There r many better places you can visit for the same price.
