It has been 4,5 years since fire at TADD, they are ignoring our emails and did not compensate for our loses.

We had a very pleasant experience, the service is great, the atmosphere and decorations are amazing, 2 minutes walk to Dubai mall as it is connected to it, would highly recommend it and definitely coming back

I always stay here when I come to visit. The solo rooms are very spacious, the view is remarkable and the staff is top-notch.

This hotel bar and lounge and the best view of the Dubai skyline and an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. Come at sunset and the catch an amazing performance by the fountains while you enjoy drinks at your seat.

Ideally located downtown with a Prime view to the fountain ( request one of those rooms) . Great great great

Update: Still fantastic and beautiful with nice and very patient personell. I had problems with a reservation which their parent company screwed up and they reacted very professionally and found a perfect solution. Didn't like the breakfast though this time. Small and not many choices.

Great view of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa and close to the Dubai Mall

One evening I visited the Lounge at Address Downtown for Bijou Afternoon Tea. It was a windy day and hence I chose to sit indoors. The views from the restaurant were overlooking the Burj Khalifa. The staff made sure I settled well and then got my afternoon tea platter with my choice of drink. I chose Cappuccino for my drink. Bijou Afternoon Tea at the Lounge is a delightful treat of savoury and sweet delicacies, presented over a silver stand. The savoury and the sweet treats were delicious. I loved their variety of scones with the best quality clotted cream and jam. The sandwiches were yummy and the desserts were lip smacking. The afternoon tea is totally worth the price. The ambiance is lovely.

Price per person: AED 150 per person including a choice of TWG tea blends, coffee or soft beverages

Visited the address downtown first time after the renovation!! Had a light food in the outdoor cafe shop but the service wasn t as expected. You have to call the waiter many times to get the food or anything we need.

Amazing and fast costumer service with warm greeting, great great quality in everything literally. one of the best hotel for sure and you will feel sweetness with the stuff.

I went to the lounge for afternoon tea and their selection of bites was delicious as the service as well, very friendly and helpful staff specially Bradley

Absolut stunning hotel with a nice view on the Dubai fountains (we booked a fountain view room) and a stunning view on the Burj Khalifa. The service was very good and the food in the restaurant as well. If you want to be directly in downtown Dubai this is the perfect place to be!

I want to say thank you to Mr. Waleed , he is in the reception , my room had a not wotking A/C , he helped us and gave us an upgraded suite . Mr. Waleed is a cooperative, ethical and dedicated man who helps customers, solve their problems and compensate them with the best. I want to thank him, he deserves the best and deserves excellence in his work.

All stars deserve .. but unfortunately because the receptionist Egyptian nationality, the fifth star flew ... issued an act upon departure by adding drinks that were used from the minibar in the room and I did not use any of that .. but Chloe bird emulated you what I walked for him

My stay was amazing! And what made it better is everyone had a positive attitude and was very friendly specially Ms.Hawra Lari.

Overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the fountain, the staff were helpful especially the reception Nabil and Zubair and in the pool Jack and Kim.

Again an unreal place to stay right next door to Dubai Mall Burj Khalifa and the wonderful fountain. Make sure you understand that you will be paying a premium but for that the service is excellent
