Very bad experience with customer service while checking in.
I had long drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and when is reach the hotel they made me wait for more than 25 minutes and there excuse was the room is not ready I reached the hotel 7 pm and I already have reservation.
Despite all of that, I didn t receive any verbal apology, they didn t give me the wifi password, they didn t tell me about my breakfast that it s already included, and afternoon tea.
