Great partner for lead generation. Abstrakt has been a very valuable resource for our business!

The IT company I work for has partnered with Abstrakt for the last 4 years. We are a Canadian company and they understand what we do and market us very well. We have Abstrakt managing our entire marketing program with great success. We have seen a managed steady growth over the last 4 years. Yes we have had some hiccups along the way (like any partnership) but overall it has been an excellent partnership and we continue to refer them.

The culture in Abstrakt is something other companies should strive for! Everybody loves working here because they take care if their employees. It's a fun, friendly atmosphere that keeps everyone motivated to give their best!

If you value your marketing dollars, do not hire Abstrakt. At $3750 per month and only putting out 550 dials is unacceptable. Absolutely do not take any responsibility for lack of results.

I can't say enough about my team over at Abstrakt. They are very professional and work like a well oiled machine. They have great processes that make things easy for me to manage ALL of my incoming leads. They represent my company in a great light and I am always proud of my team when I listen to the recorded calls with my prospects! I don't write a lot of reviews, so you know this is a good catch!

I am in my second contract year with Abstrakt, and my business continues to grow and develop further based off the leads they have provided. They have great sales people making calls on my behalf and getting my company message to the correct people. If there are ever any issues they will work with you to make sure the right thing gets done. You need to put the time in to develop the sales pitch, emails, and stay on top of your company portal- the time you put in will determine how successful you are with the leads they provide. Plain and simple, I have new customers and am generating additional revenue because of this company and their services.

These folks are the worst kind of "partner". They don't listen to anything you tell them. Spread miss information about the industry they are pretending to be experts and represent. Their process is painful from the setup to the implementation. You get passed around from one rep to the next non of which listen to your ask's or needs. In the end I tried to cancel after 3-4 months of absolutely terrible leads. They are currently holding me to a contract for another 45 days so that they can try to get another few grand. We run an honest company and if any of our customers are not willing to continue we cut our losses and learn from our mistakes and don't try to tell them how this was just a glitch, or what have you. Lot's of excuses and zero results, next! If you want to know all you need to about these guys see attached threats I got form these jokers when I called them out for not delivering qualified appointments.

Great company! Has really helped us quite a bit in our marketing efforts. I highly recommend checking them out.

We are in the commercial heating and cooling business and have been with Abstrakt now for about 9 months. The business model and the people we work with at Abstrakt are very good and produce surprising results. After a year and a half of partnering with Abstrakt, we have finally started to get some traction on the B2B appointments that have been set. For anyone considering working with Abstrakt, there are a few things that you have to understand and be prepared for. Otherwise you may be disappointed as some of the folks who have left 1 star reviews.
1. This is a partnership that requires your full attention. The folks at Abstrakt have a great process and are good at what they do, but they are not necessarily experts in your particular industry or local business environment. You have to stay actively involved to make tweaks to the messaging, strategy, and ultimately the success of the campaign.
2. Like all marketing and outbound sales efforts, this process will take time to produce profitability. You need to be in a position to sustain monthly payments for as long as your sales cycle really takes. In some cases that can be a full year (give or take).
3. You have to have a good sales process to be able to close these deals! Know your target well and know how to close the deal. Abstrakt will get you appointments with the targets you specify, so pay attention and adjust as needed. In my experience, our B2B sales process needed some work and it took time to tailor the messaging, pitch, and closing tactics to make this work well.
After seeing some success this year, we have now started a 2nd campaign with Abstrakt and will continue to partner with them to grow our commercial client list.

Disappointingly wasteful. A multi-million dollar company with nearly three hundred employees doesn't recycle anything besides paper because they are too frugal to pay for the service.

I don't understand how Abstrakt can get awards and honors for being the #1 advertising agency in St. Louis when they pollute the city and the planet so much with their wastefulness. To be considered the best you should be ethical and considerate of your carbon footprint too.

Over 30 years in business, I ve struggled with consistency in marketing and sales. I tried different programs and have relied on myself to get work. They tend to focus more on meeting their internal objectives of appointments rather than being a true outsource partner. It could just be my team, but we are considering canceling our service with them as a result.

My company has worked with Abstrakt for the past year and they have been everything they promised. We are a small MSP, they have gotten us more sales meetings than we can handle. We (like many businesses) have a great product but if no one knows about it then they can't buy it. I HATE cold calling, they do it for us. I rarely remember to follow up with lukewarm leads, they do that for us. They keep us on the top of mind for potential customers so when they have a falling out with their IT people, we are there to pick up the pieces. Our account rep (Josh) keeps on top of everything sales related so I don't have to. I just show up at the meetings and sell our product.

I have used other marketing companies in the past, and each time it has been a horrible experience. One after another until finally I found Abstrakt. Abstrakt has put together a team for my company that I can rely on. Since starting with Abstrakt my company has grown tremendously. They have had their growing pains and it is a regular occurrence that one member of the team you are working with gets promoted or moves position but they do a good job of training the replacement.

This company charged us $14500 and never delivered a single new customer or delivered a single video. Do Not use this company. Be sure to read your contract really good. They are still trying to get us to pay even though they failed to deliver any of the promised products.

My name is Chris Smith and i wanna say friday will make 2 weeks ive worked here.. Absolutely A1 honest company.. 5 star training staff. Atmosphere, everything about this company is 5 star! Plan to work here a very long time!

We have had mixed success (mostly disappointment) with trying to maintain an internal telemarketing team. Abstrakt has delivered on their promise to become our outsourced telemarketing team and set appointments. (Once we have appointments, our close ratio for sales is quite good. Getting the appointments has always been the challenge.) Out of the gate, Abstrakt has had success with setting appointments in our marketplace. With a few tweaks based on information gleaned from conference calls with our sales team, Abstrakt has been able to increase the number of appointments set with the right prospects - namely, the decision makers of companies that fit our desired demographic.

They will assign you some cold callers that really don't care about making your business succeed. The sales reps are clearly there for a paycheck, they get lousy appointments but they claim to be such a great and grand company. Avoid this place. Overpriced and the college kids they hire don't care about your business.

Wow. What a disappointing experience. After a couple years of being a client and continued broken promises from Abstrakt, I wanted to terminate the contract, they convinced to stay a few months longer and did not deliver.. then they enforced their 45 day termination notice in the contract (though I had tried to cancel previously). I refused to pay and they threatened to sue. What a way to treat a customer in which they failed to deliver for! So I paid in full but warn all others of their broken promises and very heavy handed contract and penalties. Very unprofessional sales team that make the calls. Avoid for sure.

We've been using Abstrakt's pipeline product for over a year now and are impressed with the results. Their process is efficient and has been productive beyond expectations. Their services are recommended for any business needing to prospect a large volume of B2B contacts.

I've used numerous B2B lead generation companies in the past but have not had the success that Abstrakt has provided. They have a well defined process and although we had to make some difficult business decisions during COVID-19, this is one business expense we did not eliminate. I have been in varying roles in sales to sales management over the last 25 years. Abstrakt really hits it out of the park with outstandiing lead generation. From the beginning of the process, to the ongoing management, they have helped us secure many opportunities we wouldn't have had the time or resources to do it. I've had lead gen companies in the past that have failed miserably, Abstrakt is the true success among a crowded market of lead gen companies. There are those that promise and there are those that deliver, Abstrakt is both!

These guys are professionals. They clearly have the process of making appointments down to a science. I am an engineer by nature and simply do not have the inspirational drive these guys have to motivate their employees to do the hard work of making calls to get appointments. Our rep, Brad sounds as if he is in the next office to me to prospects when in reality he's 300 miles away. They have (more importantly, they use) advanced call metrics and offer an easy to use web portal that allows me to check in on all movement and listen and rate all of Brad's calls. I would recommended them.

We have been relying on Abstrakt the past year or so to set quality in person appointments with the key decision makers of local businesses we'd love to have as clients. They've happily taken the thankless job of telemarketing and made it so much more than cold calling... and appointments are just one result of their efforts. I now have better insight into my market's demographic & where my competition is concentrated. I once thought sales was an art... Abstrakt has proven that it is process, process, process. And theirs is one proven to work time and again.

Thousands of dollars spent with ZERO return. From our experience they basically call people and badger them to have a meeting with you, then its up to you to take the customer, build a relationship and maybe one day you'll get to sell them something.
It got so bad for us the end that we started receiving emails from potential customers who were already mad at us for the badgering phone calls that we had to tell Abstrakt to stop all calling. So they basically got their last two months charges for doing nothing then still hit us with a early termination fee or they would sue us. Yes, others results may vary but notice how the majority of positive comments are from the employees and not customers...

I have used Abstrakt services for around 4 yrs.. they have been a great partner to work with and I would highly recommend using them for any marketing inbound or outbound as well as copy to use like sales slicks etc...

Hiring Abstrakt Marketing Group was the worst decision I have made in my 10 years of being a business owner. Over 6 months, the company delivered only 2 qualified leads. The few other leads they provided either didn t show up, canceled the meeting, or didn t meet our guidelines. The sales reps use high pressure tactics to set bogus appointments purely to meet their internal goals, not to benefit the end client.

To top it off, we had a very specific set of people to call (qualified decision makers), which were all C-level and included in the contract. Yet during one of our monthly meetings, they admitted that calling C-level would not produce the appointment numbers that were promised in the contract and suggested we switch to an activity-based agreement.

In our initial meetings, one of their selling points was If we don t meet the specified goals, we work for free until they are met . They continually say that they will work extra hard to keep your business. This is total BS. Once you cancel for lack of results, they absolutely stop working. In addition to the appointments guarantee, we had a minimum dial requirement of 500 per month. In the final month after we canceled, they made less than 250. I would not call this working hard to keep a client or make good on broken promises.

In the end, the company refused to accept any accountability for not delivering on anything they promised. We terminated the contract for a complete lack of results and they still enforced their 45-day termination notice (and threatened to sue). Avoid this company at all costs.

I have been working with Abstrakt for over six months now and I am very happy with the leads I have got so for. Abstrakt's professional team especially Scott McQuality has been a great resource for me in providing qualified leads. Scott invested time to learn more about me and my company and understood how I want to differentiate from our competitors. By keeping me updated on every action item and constant follow-up via phone, text, email is what I like working with experienced professional like Scott and the Abstrakt team. I d highly recommend the firm.

Don't waste your money with their Outbound program. My company spent over a year with them trying to make it work. They had a lot of time to prove themselves and at the end of the day never did. We had zero ROI on their program. All of the percentages of promised appointments were never met. They did not honor their contract at all and consistently walked back their promises.

I was very hesitant to sign on with Abstrakt initially . However, I can honestly say they have done everything they had promised to do. The appointments have been excellent in terms of type, size and sheer number received. My PSR (the lady who makes the calls) is highly professional, very energetic, and just plain down-right good at her job! The communication with management has been outstanding. I am fully expecting to take my company to the next level with Abstrakt as a partner!

Great group of people. You wont find a better place to work or a company that will work harder for you. A great culture built around a true team concept.

I do not recommend this company for mortgage recruiting. I have been in business for over 20 years and looking for a new way to recruit. Abstrakt over promises and under delivers. They did produce appointments but 90% were not interested in moving and in my mind not true qualified leads. They do a very poor job of preparing the client for the true purpose of the appointment, even though I discussed it with Abstrakt, in great detail, numerous times. I was a client of theirs for 10 months, plenty of time for them to prove themselves and still got very poor results, especially considering the costs. If you re like me and ready to try anything to produce results, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, not here!

I have been a customer for over two years now. Aaron, my account manager, listens and is quick to respond to any of my feedback. They have opened doors we never would have without them. Service more then pays for itself!

Huge disappointment. They sold themselves as a Porsche but under the hood delivered a moped engine. They did not deliver as promised and denied all allegations. Thank God we had in writing ALL expected results, which they guaranteed. Of course never took accountability for not delivering them. For "moped" appointments, just buy a moped and you'll be as happy.

We have been using abstrakt for about a year. They are great to work with and really stay on top of things for you so you can focus on your core business. They listen to your Feedback and are good at pinpointing opportunities that fit your business model. We feel very fortunate having Melissa represent us.

Run away, don t walk if they call. Company is built on false promises. 3+ months in and $10,000+ down the drain and haven t made a single appt that has actually showed up. Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ABSTRAKT MARKETING. I had high hopes that they would find me leads and help close sales, but after 6 months I realized their only goal was to keep me paying their invoices. They did find leads, but none who were really interested in our product.

Recently, something was brought to my attention that we felt required immediate attention. I reached out via a Google Review. With a REALLY fast turn around, John Schwepker(VP of Sales) called me and helped resolve the issue. John was extremely courteous and willing to help! If/When the need comes, John will be the first person I call for any marketing needs!

When I thought about signing a 13 month contract I was nervous. We are a small (really small) business. As time went on I could see it working. But you need to allow for that time. Outbound sales is hard but it does work. They got to people I could not. Andrew W and Tyler D have been great to work with and so has the TEAM there.

You really do get a marketing team that works together. I could never do this at the same price internally. The secret to success is to follow-up as much as they do! Without that you will fail.

Again, if you do this. It's not automatic they cannot do this alone. You have to be as dedicated as they are.

Abstrakt Marketing is an extension of our company. They lock in hard to reach POC, work with us on all verticals, and truly care about our progress and relationship. I would recommend them to anyone looking to take their company to the next level.

The Abstrakt team provided our company with a great overall experience. Our rep Brad, quickly implemented feedback to his customer engagements, easily adapted to a new call strategy, and was innovative in how he uncovered useful details that helped our company exceed our customer's expectations. Our account manager Zach, provided detailed insight into the call metrics and always exceed my expectations in regards to the response time to my voicemail and email requests.

Aaron and Evan work very hard to get qualified leads and set appointments.
They know the managed IT services industry well. Give them a try.

I haven't found an appointment setting service that works yet. AMG is no exception. No ROI after 12 months. They took our lowest common denominator for qualification and if it met that one criteria, they counted it as a qualified lead. What about the other criteria, like budget, need, authority to make decisions. Waste of money on their Outbound program.

After several discussions, I can say their senior management does fulfill their promises and meet expectations.
They strictly follow their contract , and their stipulations.

Pushy sales people and the "meetings" they set are bogus. BUYER BEWARE!!
