Thousands of dollars spent with ZERO return. From our experience they basically call people and badger them to have a meeting with you, then its up to you to take the customer, build a relationship and maybe one day you'll get to sell them something.
It got so bad for us the end that we started receiving emails from potential customers who were already mad at us for the badgering phone calls that we had to tell Abstrakt to stop all calling. So they basically got their last two months charges for doing nothing then still hit us with a early termination fee or they would sue us. Yes, others results may vary but notice how the majority of positive comments are from the employees and not customers...
