Exceeded Expectations..... Best in Class Company. Highly professional. No issues at all; any questions or concerns I had were met with a prompt a and helpful response.

Building manager Hristo Nikolov is awful and not responsible. He didn t tell tenant useful information or reply email timely. Waste tenant time, we request move out process and inspection, he didn t tell us all , called several times to book elevator , hey did not get everything ready, after we moved out, he replied email say we didn t sign key release form. We didn t do that or this. TFC apartment is good, but building manager is awful. Don t rent this location. Choose another TFC one.

Center Blvd is great. Building staff are attentive/response. I thought my rent increases were fair. Said to be moving on. Will miss the people and the view.
