Building manager Hristo Nikolov is awful and not responsible. He didn t tell tenant useful information or reply email timely. Waste tenant time, we request move out process and inspection, he didn t tell us all , called several times to book elevator , hey did not get everything ready, after we moved out, he replied email say we didn t sign key release form. We didn t do that or this.

TFC apartment is good, but building manager is awful. Don t rent this location. Choose another TFC one.
