This place overcharges, and they didn t add me to the deed. So now I have to pay another 350$ they nvr answer my calls or call me back. They are rude and unprofessional and they need better customer service more training. But they were real nice when I closed and they took my money when I bought the house

Sold a property recently and had a terrible experience. We were not seen until one and half hours later. The person there is rushing through the whole process. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Staff (I won t name names and speak of the business in general) is slow and unresponsive. They never even recorded that the home had been sold to the county clerk. These people should be shut down. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Just check the ratings. :/

One of the worst title companies I've ever had to deal with. They put in the closing papers that they sent to us, (we live out of town) that it was our responsibility to notify CAD that our property had changed ownerships which I tried to do after the closing. When I contacted CAD, they told me that they couldn't make the change without the Document number that was assigned by the County for the recording. I called the lady at Texas Title and had to leave a voice mail, she never bothered to return my call, I called again and left another voice mail, still no call back. I called again and they told me she was in but she wouldn't answer her phone, so I called on more than one occasion at different times but she still didn't answer her phone so I asked to speak to a manager, this lady was not only rude, she told me that CAD would pick it up when they received the paperwork from the county. She obviously didn't want to help, I think they were just to LAZY to give me the number.
If you're looking for a Title Company, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, they're not a good company to deal with. Don't waste your time and money.
