It's a very good platform for freshers to start their career.only problem is with recruites of the company very rude and no proper response as if they owned the company.leadership should take a proper action.no intimation of interview calls on the day of interview if we missed they will shout on us.

Such a Worst experience I am an experienced candidate I Have cleared first Two rounds for voice process international, in the end the HR took one more round which was through hangout chat and after one hour they told me I did not go through, the worst part is if your applying for voice they should take a vercent test or mock call , but the HR over there are very rest less they only concentrate on freshers who will work in regional lang and 2lakhs per annum, they won't care experienced candidates. Worst experience ever, wasted my whole day...!Chillar company and staff... and no place for sitting LoL

There are like a zillion openings for Sykes on the job board and I have applied for quite a few but the sad part is the contact person on each of them (Mr. Abdulla) neither responds to emails nor calls or messages. Why would Sykes hire such a dummy for an HR who is no good. I am so sick and tired of trying to get in touch with the HR. So, my rating is solely based on this HR guy. Please change him or atleast have someone who would be more responsive atleast after someone has sent them a zillion texts.

The time they gave for interview was not correct the office itself opens at 12 and the management don't even allow u to go in even there is 1 mins to open the office u have weight on the road under the sun
After we enter they will ask full the details and tell to wait . After an hour they will give a paper and tell u to write on a topic mine was 'a sport u r good at'
Minimum 30 to 40 lines this was done at 1 later with in 30 mins HR round was held at 1:30 approximately then told to sit till 8o clock and had a chat with a person related to the company for 1 hr through mail till 8:30 they told to sit and told u r not selected u can't clear with the chat n u can leave
The whole management is irresponsible about the interview

Worst experience ever... They provide 2weeks of communication training before the process training. Whts this? We have the communication skill thts y we get selected.. Wasted 2weeks and at the end of 2nd week got an unfair result tht havint cleared commcommunicat certification. Those who were unable to speak proper they got selected..

M.Laxmi My recruiter in Sykes is one of the best person I came across. I was a bit nervous but she made me really comfortable and attain much more confidence. She is a very friendly & amazing person. Although during this covid-19 its high time for them but they did it with ease. My interview was quite tough ( Four rounds of interview) even though I'm selected for this organisation.

One of the worst organization I have ever seen in my life. I applied for a Quality & Training Manager position and had a small discussion with the HR (Abdulla) over whatsapp. Out of blue some so called Hiring Manager (Sumith Kumar) called me for a round of discussion over phone. The so called hiring manager doesn't even know how to speak english. Within 7 minutes of the call while I was explaining my profile he abruptly stopped me and told I am not a fit. How does an organization have a senior manager who doesnt even know how to speak english and form a complete sentence. I am happy that I don't have to work for some company with poor management and unprofessional people work.

I was interview @ matri COSMOS,Nanakramguda by HR-Farooq..He'll screen you by giving a general topic on the spot..You are quiet a HR..I wish him all the best 2 his career !!

Very bad experience. They can't even write a interview call post properly. They only hire the people who stay with in a radius of 30kms. And they don't even know that they need to mention this in the interview call post.

I Begin With Email Chat @4:29pm And End Up @5:19pm, those 50 Minutes Wasted With 'ZAHED ALI'.
I Can Genuinely Say That He Don't Have Ability To Judge, Command Or Find The Best & Good candidate.
I was Just Shocked On Listening That I 'Rejected' In 4th Round i.e., Didn't Cleared The 4th Round With Manager....

When I visited here.. they asked to stand out side.. due to the lack of setting

I attended interview two months ago.
I stayed till 11pm they took quite a long time between interview rounds. But despite such inconvenience and late night journey to my home which is in outskirts (I had to take a cab that day and reached home at 1 am) I felt jubilated. After the last round the hr shook my hand and congratulated me he told me, "You're in we'll contact you with further details". But alas he hadn't contacted me since April. They won't reply to me properly. They give vague replies. They won't even confirm.

They should at least have decency to tell me if they had changed their mind. I don't know what happened. It's one thing to reject candidates and another thing to select them and not giving the chance.

Please don't waste our time.

The HR Farooq was a Nonsense Guy

That HR Finney Babu conducted 1st Round for a Name sake .. he made all candidates stand in a circle and was asking what's your name and experience ... he asked same question for all candidates and forwarded all for 2 Round

2nd round ( Email Test ) started at 6:00 PM and ended at 8:15 PM Note - sufficient systems were available .. The chat test was over within 20 minutes only

Their so called MANAGER was not responding to the calls of Senior HR - Farooq

suddenly when all candidates reached HR Cabin Manager lifted call ( this is stupidity at it's Peak ) and said he 3 selected out of 10

3 of them were said you are selected and will have operations round over the call .... it's been 1 week and they didn't call

The recruiting management is decent and the HR laxmi is very patient and optimist.She makes sure that she is selecting the best candidate for the company.If your looking for a job in Sykes I would recommend HR laxmi mam........

You have growth opportunities. After 6 month you are eligible for IJP.Where you have the chances to move yourself to next level.

It is on the 11th floor(if I remember right) of 12B. It is compact but maintained very well.

Detailed review of my interview process for customer service representative(non-voice, day shift)
Mine was a mixed experience. I got to know about the company from a friend in consultancy, they told me to go by 1 PM and not before that as interview starts at 12 PM, even if you go early security won't let you in. After waiting for an hour or so they called us in for passage writing they verified for any mistakes and process us for next round. After waiting for more than 3 hrs they called us for chat round(non-voice)95% of the candidates will be filtered in this round, it is mostly about grammatical mistakes and time management then asked us to wait for the results by the time results announced the time is around 8PM in night then waited for hour more and they asked me to leave for the day and Ops round will be conducted over phone. After 2 days I got my interview call and no feedback about the results. I waited for a week and went to office again for details after waiting for hour they said I got selected and within a week I got my offer letter as well. Be patient and confident

Suggestions:
Do not go before 12PM as guards won't allow you inside.
If you don't stay in 30KMs radius then you'll not be selected.
Communication is the key, focus mainly on your vocabulary and grammar.

Ps : I'm a fresher(equal chances for everyone)
