Believe me fake interviews r going on in sykes. Requesting everyone don't waste your time by attending the sykes interview..I can't even give 1 star to this, 0 star from me.

People who come to attend for interview should wait for 2 to 3 hrs standing at lift lobby, they don't even provide chairs to sit, if you want a job you have to stand in front of the reception door.

Interview is really long time taking.. I waited for almost 8 hours , rest all might be more. Cafeteria is really bad, need lots of improvement. Very long from city.. Ambience is not that super cool. Not too classic.... Okay okay... .people are not too professional too.. .

Worst Interview experience to correct english grammer test they have taken approx.2hours. They can conduct english grammer test or any other interview round online so that they can save their & candidates time.

The HR Farooq was a Nonsense Guy

That HR Finney Babu conducted 1st Round for a Name sake .. he made all candidates stand in a circle and was asking what's your name and experience ... he asked same question for all candidates and forwarded all for 2 Round

2nd round ( Email Test ) started at 6:00 PM and ended at 8:15 PM Note - sufficient systems were available .. The chat test was over within 20 minutes only

Their so called MANAGER was not responding to the calls of Senior HR - Farooq

suddenly when all candidates reached HR Cabin Manager lifted call ( this is stupidity at it's Peak ) and said he 3 selected out of 10

3 of them were said you are selected and will have operations round over the call .... it's been 1 week and they didn't call

worst company don't go.waste of your time and money

Washroom is in Basement for Visitors, Worst arrangement, arrogant HRs, Full of Monopoly

Worst experience I had ever faced. They are asking to stand outside and not even providing basic needs like washrooms to candidates.

12 rounds of interview (5 operation rounds). This is too much they advertise saying 9 lakhs as CTC and offer 4 lakhs. After 4th rounds, the HRs will keep you trolling for another 5 rounds of interview with 5 different operations manager. So poor recruitment process. I think even google will not do so. Complete night shifts till you resign which can cause serious damage to health. Don't fall for free food, it is not a benefit, as we know home food is much healthier and how much you will eat? At some point you realize that you need rotational shift with good bucks.

One of the worst company in mindspace.1st they call for freshers for interview after completion of 1st or 2nd round they will say you are not selected.At the end of the day they will only recruit for experienced candidates.So,guys before going to this company please think and attend for the interview.(This review is especially for Fresher's.....)

Worst place to attend for interview. After clearing all the rounds they will say they will call you but will not call you for joining . place.

Top Most Worst company in Hyderabad.. conducting fake interviews and not shortlisting the candidates. They conducting 5 rounds of interview to every one and wasting time for more than 9 hrs for a single interview. I went recently to sykes interview @Hyderabad mind space hitech city location. I went to interview @ 10 30 AM and returned @ 8 30 PM. Even though attended candidates are not more than 25 but they taking too much time. And one more worst thing is i have not seen anyone got selected on that day. Absolutely fake. I wasted my whole day there. if i am wrong, they atleast even not selected a single candidate also. Also everyone is telling that they are not providing offer letters for the selected candidates. I dont know whether it is right or wrong. Sangeetha Jayakumar is the HR person there, a very special candidate conducting some online test and judging the candidates skills by scores. Very funny. Waste of time for attending the interview there. They just playing with candidates time. Sykes and their HR employees cant even deserve a 1* rating also. Top Most Worst company ever seen in Hyderabad.

No manners to the Hr department.The way of conducting Interviews are not upto the mark

Are you conducting interviews for time pass. Hrs play with phones while conducting interviews. It says how much serious you are. Just a bunch of unsophisticated juveniles conduct interview here. They don't have any work ethics nor professionalism. They said I got selected. But whenI call them they give random bs answers. One month passed still no offer letter. Don't walkin blindly. Go through reviews before waking in.
Even Amazon allows you to use their washroom but this piss poor company won't let you use their wash room you gotta go all the way down to the cellar to use the wash room. Nice way to treat potential employees.

One of worst interview process I ever have attend in my life, they kept me 5 hours for interview and done only one round then said come Tomorrow for next round, I was came back very next day they simply said you are rejected

Attended an interview there, staff seemed to be nice. but interview format is too long hours and interview ill be 8 to 9 rounds for voice & non voice, its too bad*..

Interview process is too long full time waste and no response from their side. On the day of interview we waited till evening after selecting in every round last they will say sorry. Totally they will waste our time. It's realre a genuine review.

guys don't go for interview.. they will cheat u. and you need to wait for long time.. finally they said.. you can leave for the day. if you are talented and perform well also...

Such a waste & worst company.. They will just do time pass with the people who came for interview. I gave interview at 12pm in the afternoon and completed all the rounds till night 9:55 and that for Ops round they have called me to come again already one day wasted and the other day too wasted. There is no cafeteria, no good interaction with the HR people. I just went for interview without the google review. So must read the review s about the company and go for it.

Worst company, i have attended interview few days back....I had very worst experience with this worst company. Nobody followed professional ethics. HR in this company even don't know how to coordinate and conduct the interviews. Main person "FINNEY" he is the worst person. He dose not know how to behave with candidates who attends to the interview. Its all waste of time and they just play with candidate patience . The Hr team MR ZAHED ALI KHAN, FINNEY and FAROOQ this guys are over smarted people . "FINNEY" this guy act like he is the professional and no one can overcome him. Its waste to attend to the interview waste of time they will take full day of ours and they finally give a negative result. They will send fake information through email to attract the candidates but after going to the company for interview the process will completely change. Hr team in this company should learn how to coordinate and behave with the candidates. Sykpe doesn't deserve even 1 /5 rating also.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Too much politics, too many school like rules. I recommend people who are planning to go for an interview to please step back. Company is filled with personal grudge and irresponsible illiterates.

Interview process may take time but everything will get sorted out once you're in. We'll have to wait for batch to form then only we'll get offer letter. HRs like Isaq, Gayatri & etc will update each and every info and do follow up calls accordingly. You can ping them via text if they dont answer call. Patience require more than what you think.

When I told them like I got the suggestion of this company through naukri and when I tried calling no response the phone were busy and then this number doesnot exist.. when I reached the Hr through WhatsApp for asking about the interview process three of them looked at message and left me on read..

They advertise free food and free cab Facilities for employees, which is absolutely incorrect, They deduct from our salary.because of their incorrect information,I came out from my previous organisation, I have directly complained them regarding this false information but there is NO use.

I have just wasted my time by attending the interview almost I have being waiting since from 4hrs they didn't even complete my 1st round of interview so just left that place out of 15members even they are not capable of handling the interview then what is the use of conducting the interview.

These people are takeing interviews for time pass. waiting is too long. i went last week @12:15pm and first they told there are 3-4 rounds.but after going there they took me 7-8 rounds.i completed my 7 rounds @9:30pm. at last they told me your rejected.

I had a bad experience with this company. I went for the interview purpose twice. 1st time I called an HR for the interview, she asked me to go for the non voice interview. When I appeared at their office for the interview n they came to know that I hv experience in healthcare domain, they suddenly rejected me as I don't hv experience on customer interaction directly. 2nd time I called one of the HR thrice b4 going for the interview but the HR didn't pick up her pH once! When I submitted my CV, Tht particular HR told tht I need to hv experience of 2 years in sales process. My question is why don't they mention all of their requirements on the job portals elaborately? Why they like to harrass PPL by calling them for the interview just by mentioning that job opening is for non voice process?

Place looks good but there is no rest rooms .rest rooms will be available only on parking

Worst experience ever,went for an interview for hr recuiter position by seeing job posting done by them on naukri, after reaching there the recuiter told that she will talk to the team and give me an update.I didn't got any call,why did they even posted advertisement if they were to behave in such manner or they don't have any requirement.wastage of time, money and energy.

Worst interview ever I had see this is the 2nd time I visit here for interview, competely fake interview process l, the HR team are over smart and over qualified specially " MR ZAHED ALI KHAN " very talented invisible person in Sykes can judge person on chat. They will take your complete day all the round sbeen process and hold uou till 8pm at last and final round of interview they score you 73 marks in there language didn't clear the round, need to get 80 score for pass the interview.

The Company is quite fine. I have been looking at most of the negative reviews over the google. Actually the Company is quite fine and Yes, I have Selected for the company in the early 2019, from my College Placement Drive-in. They do only select the candidates with a good Skill Set (i.e., The Communication, Mutuality, Accent, Confidence, Management Skills, Customer Handling Skills). The Response from the Company is really Slow. The Company took 1month approx,. to Contact me after the Interview. No, much negativity about the Company, I have been Looking at many of the buckled up reviews. People are blaming the company with their absence in good skills and the proper language.

They took me to the final round that is manager ( Waseem Akram ) round as i have gave interview as for announcing the result they took 3 months. They litterally does not care your patients.After 3 months i called them they said that we are sorry we did not gave you update and then said that we have many application pending in hyderabad.when I tried calling no response the phone were busy and then this number doesnot exist.. when I reached the manager through WhatsApp for asking about the interview result they looked at message and left me on read..

Please i request not to give interview at sykes they waste your time.
I gave 3 times interview...before lock down and after lockdown.
When you walk in with resume.they litterly does not select a single person.they only select during bulk hiring.
If you're a fresher or experience they does not care.They won select you
