One of the worst organization I have ever seen in my life. I applied for a Quality & Training Manager position and had a small discussion with the HR (Abdulla) over whatsapp. Out of blue some so called Hiring Manager (Sumith Kumar) called me for a round of discussion over phone. The so called hiring manager doesn't even know how to speak english. Within 7 minutes of the call while I was explaining my profile he abruptly stopped me and told I am not a fit. How does an organization have a senior manager who doesnt even know how to speak english and form a complete sentence. I am happy that I don't have to work for some company with poor management and unprofessional people work.
