Terra Corp Review

The place is wonderful. Johny Our building manager is great, very polite and he is doing big efforts for us. He keeps everything extra clean. He is making this building more comfortable to live in, Also the neighbourhood is quiet. I live in 111 baseline. I recommend this place to live in.

Contacted superintendant Ahmad about electrical problem. A short time later an electrician showed up and 15 min. later both circuits were restored and old-style fusebox updated with "breaker-style" button fuses! Excellent, efficient service!

Jennifer at your Shoreline property is amazing. I dealt with her when I rented my apartment and when it had to be reassigned. She was fantastic through both times. Always kept in contact with me. She was always kind and courteous. Any issues she was on top of. The building itself inside and out is always kept clean. I highly recommend her building as a very nice place to live.

Our leasing agent Jordan was extremely professional and took all our needs into consideration and found us the perfect place. The building manager Khal at 695 Talbot is fantastic and so friendly. We re extremely happy with our move!

I live in the 111 baseline rd w and I love it. The manager of the building we currently have is amazing. He takes good care of the common areas. He keeps everything very clean. He treats us very well all the time and is very kind. The company has helped me by solving the arrangements for my apartment very quickly. The communication with them is always easy and effective.

Terracorp is a great company and I've loved my time here at Huntington Towers (7+ years). It is a very quiet, clean building and our building manager is wonderful! She is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues that arise. We've had new windows and balcony doors installed a couple years back and the lobby has been nicely renovated. The office staff has also been great to deal with when I've called or gone in to pay rent. Thank you!

I have happily been a tenant for nearly 20yrs at Newport II Apartments located in Brantford. Our building manager, Almira, is the best. Very professional, courteous, polite and responsive to the tenants needs. Recently a leak was discovered in my bathroom and the maintenance guys that did the work were very efficient and went above and beyond. I'm very happy with outcome. Thanks again.

There was a sign in the elevator asking us to submit reviews on the building. I have lived here for 13 years now, and have not seen a building in Hanover I would prefer to live in:
-Beautiful design: stone exterior and hallways, cement slabs between floors and units, so very quiet and fire-proof (my insurance went down, when I moved in.) The new units are gorgeous and modern, and the older units are well-designed and most comfortable.
-Wonderful residents: A mix of seniors and young working people, all very friendly and socially responsible.
-Excellent Management: Jim and Tina are top-notch, can handle any emergency or work needing done, and respond immediately, to get the job done, whatever it may be.
The property is lovely and well-maintained, with beautiful flowers and well-managed lawns.
Altogether a treat to live here!

WARNING!!!! These buildings are infested with roaches, bedbugs and god knows what else!

This is the perfect place for you to live if you love bugs and sleeping with bugs daily.

But seriously, this place is a complete nightmare. I speaking specifically about Stirling Place apartments in Kitchener and I never want anyone to have to go through what I'm going through.

This place is infested with roaches. I'm dead serious and management doesn't give a damn. They look at you like you're losing your mind or that you're just giving them a headache. Everyone is nice until you move in, then they don't want to do anything to help. Why would they need to after you've signed the year lease? They have your money now which is all they care about.

The person who I emailed from TerraCorp straight up told me that "buildings are not required to tell you if they have pests" so basically oh well, who cares if you're living in a disgusting place.

I learned that there are so many health hazards and dangers to living with pests OR even spraying them, especially with an unborn baby, in which I recently learned that I'm pregnant - I'm screwed either way. I explained this situation to the company and how I fear for my unborn child's safety, but guess what? They don't care. Obviously.

So if you're thinking about renting from a building owned by Terra Corp, do yourself and your family a favor and don't. You will be miserable.

Aside from the roaches, let's talk about the other things wrong with this building. If you want a hot shower, you better turn the water on 15-20 minutes before you plan on taking a shower. And having hot water for doing your dishes rarely ever happens.

I really don't want to to waste my time writing a huge message that people won't read, but I urge you to take these factors into consideration. No matter how much they spray, these pests stick around and I doubt they will go anywhere any time soon.

Just a few words to say how pleased I am to have located a suite here.
I moved from a house in Calgary and was nervous about renting sight unseen.
It's quiet and I feel very safe.
Pat is fantastic and has been a great help to me in settling in.
She works tirelessly to keep the building clean and tidy. The foyer looked great at Christmas too!
Being happy in my home has helped me tremendously in making my transition to Owen Sound.
