Stopped in on Saturday to look at a vehicle. Worked with Andy in Sales and what a breath of fresh air. Andy took the time to explain even the smallest details of the whole process of purchasing a car. He listened to our needs and got us into what we needed. I would RECOMMEND ANDY M. Update from prior review: so I had bought a used truck from this dealership, and some issues came up with the vehicle in the first few days. I wasn't happy. As of now it is in the shop, and it will be for a few days. Luckily, John and Chad have been working with me to get it solved. Thusfar, the dealership is doing everything right to resolve my issues and I appreciate it. We will see how it ends.

Think twice before having a car serviced here. Worst dealership to deal with. Service department has no idea what is going on and the customer relations department is not much better. After weeks of dealing with a faulty transmission in a Ford Fiesta we were told to pay up $700 for an item that was on a recall list. Seriously.....Was told to be grateful that they fixed what they did and be on our way. Was also told to go to another dealership if we didn't like it. Wow. This dealership really needs to treat the customer with more respect.

The technician and I exchanged a few notes by text to help complete the process in an even more efficient manner! The service was completed before the expected deadline, so I was on my way faster than expected!

Barry and the service staff at Tenvoorde Ford are wonderful. They communicate well and often go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I no longer live in the St. Cloud area but am willing to take time off of work to bring my vehicle to Tenvoorde for service because they are just that much better than any other dealership I have worked with. Brought my truck in to get service done. Told them of the issues i was having and what i would like done. they told me they would have to do a diagnostic test. I figured, ok, i ll let them confirm what my tester told me. Well not only did i have that issue, apparently i had an additional $3,000 worth of repairs needed done that had to be done. They pressured me into fixing it. I told them no and i paid for the diagnostic test but now my truck is running worse when i left than when i brought it in. Never taking another one of my vehicles back to this place again

Tenvoorde was Great! I was expecting to have a car shoved down my throat like they do at Kia of St. Cloud but that is not what happened. Darin Ennen was my salesman and he is awesome! Darin made the experience for me. He showed me the car I wanted to see and for the price I wanted it for. He didn't try to show me a car that was more expensive with more features he just showed me the car I wanted. I really felt like Darin was there for me, he did what he could to get me the best deal and did everything he could to ensure I was happy with the car and happy with my experience. He was very patient with me and he understood that it was a huge decision in my life. The whole staff that I talked to was knowledgeable and kind. Coleen and everyone else I talked to were very professional, and I wasn't just a sold car to them I was a person who they wanted to get the best deals and features for. I will come back to Tenvoorde because of their staff! At the end of the day at Tenvoorde it is just a bunch of people that love cars and love building long lasting relationships. Thank you Tenvoorde for getting me my dream car!

John Murray is an outstanding asset to your organization. Everytime I have utilized your service department he has gone above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. He remembers every detail and articulates the plan of action very well. He is the primary reason I continue to drive the 60+ miles to utilize the Tenvoorde Service department for my F-150.

I said ok and then paid for the work. when I got the car back it had its original joints and the steering problem still persisted. Don't waste you're time or money here, drive down to north country

Where do I begin... The best part of making a big purchase is being able to say and review how Awesome my purchasing experience was today . I was in need of another vehicle and having owned a car and suv I really wanted to try my hands at owning my own truck. After realizing how I just couldn t afford a new truck right now my salesperson Hayden guided me into what he thought would fit what I was looking for and in my price range. He was not pushy and gave me room to think and decide also what I needed. He even went as far as telling me how his customers are like family and he doesn t want them to get into something they would feel indifferent about later. I was able to pick out not just a truck that fit my price range but something I really wanted not just that I could afford. I fell in love with a truck he helped me pick out and I told him that s the one. I then worked with one of the best finance managers ever, Mike Da Man Warren! Now this man understood my financing needs and put together a plan that made me feel comfortable purchasing the truck. What really made my day, after it was all said and done he asked me about getting an extended warranty. I tend to rush through things but he pumped the brakes a little and presented me with an extended warranty I could mix in and afford with my payments. I went from buying a used truck I wanted to buying a used truck with a killer warranty. BAM!!!

Some of the employees treat you like dirt, while others seemed to butter you up with small talk. Honestly I would rather take my new car to be serviced at Yarmon Ford in Paynesville.

There was no way to get to this point without giving a star. I would not Give you one star. You are not what you claim to be. You do not stand behind your product, you sell people junk, you don't disclose work that is nothing to do with original equipment. You lie about what was done to the vehicle, which gives me the impression you never did anything related to dealer prep, which you charged for, and then you say it is our fault when something goes wrong. Obviously you only care about making your money and the heck with the people who are unfortunate enough to buy your product. It is my goal to make someone else the oldest Ford dealer in the United States. Stick to oil changes which apparently you are good at, and providing coffee and food as one of your customers said

We had an appointment to test driver a vehicle for our daughter. We were running late because the weather was bad. We informed our sales rep, Darron, that we were running late and he said that was fine. When we get there he tells us he gave the keys to someone else that wanted to test drive it. They didn t have an appointment. We were VERY UNHAPPY to say the least. We drove 45 miles in bad weather to not test drive a vehicle, that we had an appointment for. They lost customers that day. We had cash to buy the vehicle if our daughter liked it. We were also prepared to buy a new truck and I m looking for a new vehicle now too, but we won t be going to Tenvoorde for them. My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We liked the selection at Tenvoorde Ford and decided to give them a try. We are so glad we did! Angie Johnson made sure we had directions to get to the dealership and put us in touch with Zach Stumpf. He made our entire experience enjoyable. He made us feel like family and did an outstanding job making us comfortable with our new vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and offered to help with any questions we had in the days to come. That meant a lot since you may not think of every possible question and scenario on the spot. While we were waiting to meet with the financial rep, Zach chatted with us about everything from the history of Tenvoorde Ford, which is quite impressive by the way, to some of his personal hobbies. He offered us coffee, water, and snacks while we were working with him. Next, we worked with Chris Cuhlane in Finance. He also was wonderful to work with. He made the financing of our vehicle a seamless process. He was prepared and ready for us when we arrived, so we were in and out of his office in a flash. Zach had our new vehicle ready for us when we were done with financing and he walked us out to show us some additional bells and whistles. He even synced my phone to the vehicle. He never made us feel like once the sale was done, he was ready to wash his hands of us. In fact, it was quite the opposite. He reached out to me the next day to see if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Tenvoorde Ford and definitely Angie, Zach, and Chris! It clearly isn t just about the sale to them. They want you to have a great experience and make sure you re comfortable with everything. I know that I can reach out to them with any questions I may have. Great experience all the way around!!

Went here to look at a Super Duty. Terrible place. Low ball trade in offer way below KBB and Edmunds and other dealerships. Salesman (Jim) is not worth even dealing with. If you're not ready to make the deal then and there, he has no interest in talking to you. I asked them to lock my truck when they were done looking at it, do you think they did? Nope and left the windows down! Go to Holt in Cokato or Lundeen in Annandale. They appreciate your business a lot more than these scammers do!

The service department wanted to charge me $750 for a repair that will cost me less than $300 to have done elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment online (after calling TEN days prior and getting absolutely no response - I was told that the line I called was an "automated line" that they don't deal with - even though it is the phone number directly listed under the service department on their website), and was asked if I could move my appointment to next week, as they may not have time to deal with my vehicle that day. I said no, as the issue seemed like it could be somewhat serious. They checked over my car, I got a call describing the problem, along with the ridiculous cost to repair. The service person said that he would "look into other pricing options and get back to me." He did not call me back, and I needed my car back for work the next day before they closed their service department for the day. Very unprofessional. I ended up having to bike over to Tenvoorde to pick my car up, and was charged $79 for just the diagnosis. They did not tell me ahead of time that this charge was JUST to get the problem diagnosed, and I am very disappointed with their lack of clarity. This is not the first time that I've had issues with this repair department, even though I purchased my vehicle one year ago from Tenvoorde. I told them about the issue from last time as well, and they said "oh, well that guy doesn't even work here anymore." What kind of turnover rate must they have? The service department has completely lost me as a customer and I will not be going back. They are unprofessional, unclear, and charge significantly higher than anywhere else, even if you purchased your car from them. DO NOT go to Tenvoorde for your service - it is absolutely not worth the money and stress that it will cause!

Did not feel pressured into anything, and he was very knowledgeable about the truck (you can tell he has put in a lot of effort and hard work to learn the vehicles, given his young age). I took a truck in that I was considering buying from another dealer for a pre buy inspection. The scheduling was accomodating and the inspection was thorough. I was quite happy with the results. They not only gave me a list of items that needed attention or would soon need attention, they also gave me service cost estimates for each on the list. Both the service writer and the tech that inspected the truck seemed very knowledgable and familiar with the F250 truck series. I would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat.

Noticed my antifreeze level was quite low, and needed to make a service appointment for my truck's regular service, so i just stopped in to do these 2 things. Helped right away, and the service coordinator (can't remember his name!??!) came out to check my truck, personally brought it to the quick lane, where the antifreeze was filled and the system checked for any possible leaks. Always leave there with my expectations gone over and above (I was just hoping to buy some antifreeze and fill it myself!!) Thank you! :)

Between Zach Stumpf and Angie, the experience of getting a new truck was excellent. I am from the chicago area and I was looking for a used Expedition. They had the perfect one. Zach took videos of it and sent them to me. I put a deposit on it and they held it for me for one week. The truck was everything he said it was. Also Angie kept in contact with me. Between Zach, Angie and finance, it was a great experience with hard working professionals. I will make the drive again for my next new vehicle.

Had a great experience buying a truck from Tenvoorde Ford. From the very beginning there was great communication, they made the whole experience very easy since I was traveling from 6 hours away. I really want to love tenvordee Ford, but while trading in my vehicle, and buying a new 2013 f150, my experience was absolutely miserable! The jerked me around for 2 days wasted several hours of my time. After hours of working with these guys we made the deal happen, which honestly I regret. I should have just went elsewhere.

My main issue was going in there to buy a particular truck, I knew what I wanted. I knew the price range I wanted to be in, and I knew what my trade was actually worth (I was even being conservative on my trade value.) They offered my $4500 for a trade that booked out on KBB, and nada at $10,500 under acceptable condition. It's was even a lower milage desirable vehicle that needed no work done to it (2008 Ford explorer sport Trac.) I
They even brought me a KBB page they printed out in another room showing me the $4500 price. When I asked them to bring up the value in front of me on there computer, they acted like they were going to but changed the subject a minute later, and never did.

They then couldn't the monthly payment range I wanted, so they stated to talk about a lease for a completely different truch than what I came in for. At this point we had been at it for hours and they were closing for the night. I said that would likely work, they told me to take the truck home for the night and come back the next day to sign the paperwork. While sleeping on it I decided that this is not the route I wanted to go.

I called them immediately the next morning and told them that I did not want to go through with the lease, and I was going to bring the truck back, and take mine home. The salesman was quite, and actually said word for word, "you know I spent the entire night with you last night, time that could have been spent selling a vehicle to someone else." I was mad, insulted and could not believe this is how a customer was being treated.

When I arrived to pick my vehicle back up, of course my keys were not easily accessible. A sales Manager then came out and what they could do to make this deal happen. I told them to give me a respectable trade value and get my monthly payments close to were I wanted them to be. They seriously went back several times talking to there trade manager each time raising what they would give me for my trade $1000 at a time until we agreed on $9500. At this point we were working on the deal for over 6hrs across 2 days.

We did finally make the deal happen, I never did report the horrible experience I had with my salesman though I don't know why I didn't. They were able to make the deal happen the entire time, they were just simply trying to nickle wland dime me as much as they possibly could, and had no issue waisting my time while doing so. At the end of the day I'd suggest just going elsewhere, I wanted to support my local dealership, but it was simply not worth it in the end. I don't know that I'd ever go back to buy another new vehicle from them.

Zach was the best salesmen I could have asked for....

Zach was the best salesmen I could have asked for. He was very laid back but still to the point. He wants honesty so that he doesn't accidentally waste anyone's time by test driving vehicles the customer knows they aren't interested in. Not only was he efficient, he was also genuinely fun to work with. It didn't seem scripted and he was always down to make jokes; but could also accept the light teasing that I gave back. Overall I would totally recommend my friends to go buy a car from him and the company.

Recently purchased an F150 XLT through this dealership. I had very specific requirements and the folks at Tenvoorde were BY FAR the most helpful of several dealerships. Angela Fries (Internet Business Office) and Erik Faue (Sales) went the extra mile in locating and obtaining the perfect match for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Kris the salesman that was helping us didn't introduce himself or shake our hands, was rude and barely made eye contact with us. Noticed all the other salesman greeting introducing themselves to there customers and here we are with a salesman who was simply trying to make a sale and that was it. Now they keep calling and harassing my girlfriend after we simply told them to leave us alone and weren't interested anymore. Made the drive out to Morrie's Ford in Buffalo and was worth the trip 1000%. Never going back to Tenvoorde.

Jim Schall was our salesman, he did an amazing job of making us feel like he was genuinely interested in our needs and wants in purchasing this vehicle. When he knew we where coming to look and test drive, he had the vehicle running and warmed by the time we got there -- and we were coming from 2+ hours away!
Tony, the finance guy, came in on his day off to get some if the paperwork in order. We feel he worked very hard to get us the financing terms we felt comfortable with.
Everyone we worked with at Tenvoorde Ford was professional, kind and polite. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone we know are car shopping!

I was browsing the Internet dreaming of buying an F-150 when I came across Tenvoorde Ford with deals too good to pass up. I had some questions so I fired off an email message which was answered by Tenvoorde's Internet Manager, Angie Johnson. We traded email messages and it became clear Angie knows her stuff. She answered all my questions. When I told Angie I was ready to buy, she connected me with Sales Associate, Zach Stumpf. Zach and I talked on the phone and I gave him the information he needed to close the deal. The whole thing took less than ten minutes. I told Zach I wanted to purchase a locking bed cover. He said he would take care of it. We made an appointment for me to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was waiting for me nice and clean and ready to go with the bed cover I wanted. I couldn't be happier. It's great truck. Thank you for the fantastic service Angie and Zach.

Had gone to the dealership recently looking at a new Ford Focus ST. I was confronted by an employee by the name of Manny I believe. I asked to test drive the vehicle because I narrowed it down to the focus and two other vehicles and wanted to get a feel for all of them. He headed right to his desk and he put us in their system and began to run numbers immediately. At this point we have still not even driven the vehicle. He had made payments options based on a question or two that he had asked m
e. I proceeded to leave and look elsewhere. I had received a call the next day from him saying I had an appointment on a blue escape, when I had never mentioned setting an appointment or looking at any escape. I've been in the industry for some time now and bought and sold a lot of cars. Lack of tact and professionalism really put me off to this dealership. Would definitely suggest going elsewhere if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

I came to Tenvoordes looking for a specific type of vehicle on the coldest day of the year. Darin was outside all bundled up, starting cars, and working hard for me to find that perfect car! He wanted to make sure that he got me exactly what I wanted. He was easy to get a hold of and even came in on his day off to wrap some things up on my car because it worked in my schedule. I would recommend Darin to anyone looking for a car.

Again I cannot Express how great customer service is at tenvoorde. Did a oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 focus. Turned out the rear tires were a little worn so they made howling noises when put on front. Also was getting rubbing noises. I returned it to quick lane and they got to it noticing they striped one of the polts. They gave me a rental car no questions asked and replaced the whole hub assembly out of cost. They were quick and efficient and only charged me for the reverse wheel swap at $11. Grant was my customer rep and was kind and courteous throughout the visit. Tenvorde keep on the good work at hiring good staff.

This is our second time dealing with Tenvoorde Ford and Darin Ennen. He took great care of us again and was patient with our trying to determine what best suited our needs and budget. We once again got a good deal on what we wanted.

First off I want to say the salesmen and customer ...

First off I want to say the salesmen and customer service at this business is exceptional and are all wonderful people inside and out and do treat their customers very well.

I am however giving one star because the treatment that some of their management gives their employees is awful. Right now, it is not an ideal company to work for and knowing that as a customer, I will no longer be supporting Tenvoorde as some management do not treat their employees with respect let alone human beings.

I took a day and a half to purchase my 2014 Focus. Much time was spent waiting while they helped other cusstomers. It was faster buying my house than this car. The finance person quoted me a higher rate than the actual rate my credit union was offering. There are some funky things going on with the trainsmission at slow speeds. It doesn't shift, it learches. I brought this to the salesman's attention and he was only concerned about his level of servive during the sale. You know the line "Anything but excellent, is a fail!" The owner's manual said this was a temporary self correcting issue with is car. At over 19,000 miles is is not temporary or self correcting. Unfortunate because other than that I really like the car. I would not recommend purchasing a Focus because it feels like the transmission is going bad and will definately affect resale value.

Tenvoorde Ford sold us a truck which had a modified engine in it. They did not disclose this to us when we purchased it in April of 2018. Since then, we have had close to $10000 our repairs done to it. The modified parts, non-Ford parts, had not been installed properly and/or did not work with the Ford parts. Repairs so far have included A/C, oil pump and regulator, water pump, cooling fan, and now the head gasket- and we haven't had it 4 months yet!. What is Tenvoorde going to do? Nothing, absolutely nothing. We are Senior Citizens, and we can't afford this. We have never had such uncaring treatment from an established business before. We are still working to get them to do the right thing by us. I cannot recommend them. Go elsewhere for your vehicle purchase, new or used.
