If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had written a review a few weeks ago about this Ford dealership, but I took it down, because John from the service department had contacted me after I wrote it. I just needed an admin key made for my car, and the MyKey to be reset. I spent an hour and a half there, and all they got done was making me a basic key (not with a fab), which is not what I wanted. John told me that the mechanic working on my car couldn't do the job, and that he'd call me the next day to make another appt with somebody else that can do the job. I ended up paying for the basic key and leaving. The next day came and went, no call. No call for the next couple of days after that, so I finally just took my car into Holt Motors in Cokato, and they reset my MyKey in a half hour. I don't know why that was so hard for Tenvoorde Ford to figure out. Anyway, that was my experience with them, and I wrote a review. Then john called me the next day apologizing and he said that he'll make me the fab key for free, and that he's going to refund me my money for the other basic key that was made. I was hesitant, but I went in anyway. Everything seemed to go well, and I walked out with my fab key. Before I left, john told me that I'll be getting the refund as well, and to email him the receipt from Holt Motors, and he was going to try to get that refunded as well. I left feeling better about Tenvoorde ford, they really seemed to be sorry for their mistakes, and willing to fix them. Fast forward a few weeks, and I still don't have a refund. I emailed john a couple times, as well as left him messages, all with no response from him. Finally, I talked to Barry, and told him what was going on, he said he'd call me back on Monday (today) to let me know what the manager said. Barry called me back, and said that the manager is not going to do a refund, but will set up an acct for credit. I said no, john told me I was getting a refund. Why would I take my car back to this service center that I don't trust? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...that's not going to happen. He said sorry, but that's what the manager said. So I told him to have John call me, because he said that I was getting a refund. He said ok, and that was it. I'm beyond frustrated! They are all liars at Tenvoorde Ford, and I am never taking my car back there again! They really don't care about customer service, and will try to rip you off in any way possible. They made me a key I didn't want, and they won't refund me the money. That's horrible! Holt motors is my new Ford dealership. They actually know what they're doing, and don't lie.
