I had and still have a great experience with Tenant Link, this is my second year of being their client, in the first one we even received our full deposit back because we left the house in a clean state. Short version it's a great company and I highly recommend it.

Staff are always professional and helpful on branch and over the phone. Would recommend!

Your company was absolute professionals compared to most of the others always giving call backs when promised and even making viewings on time unlike most of the others.

We are a small property company with six properties in the Southampton area and have been using Tenant Link as our letting agent for over 10 years.
We have found them to be both professional and efficient. We have recently had a number of unfortunate incidents including a flood.The way their staff have responded and dealt with these situations was first class. Looking after the interests of our tenants and at the same time looking after our properties. Tenant Link come highly recommended.

Awful doesn't quite cut it. Claimed that our house would be professionally cleaned and gardened prior to moving in, which it wasn't. We had a leaking toilet, broken flush (twice), and the radiator fell off the wall which wasn't fixed until a month later. Charged my housemate's card randomly for a month's worth of rent, which is bizarre as we had a standing order set up, which meant that someone had kept her card details on file! Agency forgot about our house inspection appointment prior to moving out - incredibly disorganised. Took a couple of weeks to get the deposit back despite giving my bank details twice, which was obviously lost. Good luck to you if you decide to do business with this agency - bunch of monkeys would be more productive

I have been a contractor for Tenant Link for a few years and find them a very professional company.
I receive regular work and prompt payment of invoices. Also it is good to go to properties where the tenants are very happy with the service they receive from the company.

- Tenant Link have kept my houses full - we are equally at ease talkiing to anyone in the office - messages and communications are kept clear and precise - there is never any ambiguity over our goals and targets

I was renting with them for 1 1/2 years and the only way to get them to do anything was to get to the point of threatening them with legal action for negligence.

When I moved in there were faulty electrics, a fridge freezer in the back garden and other faults with the property, which they stated they would fix before I moved in. It took 10 months to be sorted only after threatening legal action.



I would recommend going through a different agency or to be prepared to fight for any issues to be fixed and for the deposit to be returned.

Tenant Link have been very helpful and helped me find a great property to rent in the area I wanted to live. I would highly recommend them.

They deduct huge amount of deposit because they say your oven was not clean when it was like that before I moved in. They show fake photos even I had prove of the oven that was not clean before i moved in to the house and I sent email to them with those photos after two days and they said that we didn t recieved any email.
Therefore, do not rent/buy flat or house with them.

Have gone through tenant link for my second year uni accommodation and I am really happy with their service. After being with a letting agent which I will not name for my first year I was very doubtful of this but Tenant link have been friendly and helpful right from the beginning, helping me first to choose which houses I would really be interested in and were within budget. The service I received on the viewing was very friendly and any questions I asked were answered. Their fees are very affordable for students and the payment plan really helps to take the pressure off students. We moved in just over a week ago from now and the house was in very good condition and we were provided with all the necessary information to move in. Since moving in we have had one issue with the property but this has been resolved quickly and effectively. Overall very pleased we have chosen to rent through this agent this year, already a better service than last years whole experience.

The whorst agency ever.
Exactly how everybody sais,very bad management,the Agent Sunday very bad,forgot about my renewal,after three weeks i give up.
I notice them that i will leave and request to check the property in my presence Sunday said that its not need.
I drop the keys in the agency and after 4 days they send my that deduct all my deposit for cleaning and condensation problems.
I clean up before to leave the property.
But the condesation its not my problem.
Its bicoze the house is not well ventilated.
I don't recomand.
Very bad.
Stay away from them.

Very disappointed, waiting a week for decision about a flat. Calling agency and did not get any answer. Not recommeded at all.

So disorganised. Literally tells us there are contract or payment issues and gives us a day or two to solve them ..... Also complete chaos during move in day. Tenant link doesn t let you pick up the house keys till 1/7 (move in day) after 12:00 pm. Wouldn t recommend tenant link for prospective tenants.

Used tenant link for advice when first renting in Southampton and was useful but at the time didn't have a property I was interested in. When looking again following year rented via Tenant Link after having a lot of problems with my agency that year. Stayed at the property for 3 years which the staff were all brilliant, in particular Jon. No problem to small. Upon leaving Tenant Link advised they would look at property and sort deposit out within 10 days, however heard 2 days later and was only some minor bits which to be fair I missed and was charged 1 hours labour to rectify - very fair. Highly recommend.

I didn't even want to give them 1 star, if you're a potential tenant and you're looking for a property DO NOT rent a property through Tenantlink. They are without a shadow of a doubt the worst estate agents I have ever used and they are con-men.

If you're happy to lose all of your deposit to them go ahead, they charged me and my friends 800 pounds cleaning fees for a property that wasn't clean when we moved in. The house was cleaned by ourselves and left in good condition.

I wouldn't put it down to one staff member either, I've heard lies and been conned out by two agents there, one past and one present. It's as if they are trained to be bad.

Sincerely do not reccomend these agents, they are helpful in person but getting anything done over email etc is very hard. They've asked us to proivde documents we have already submitted and Complete terrible online forms we had already provided, then when you require anything of them they are useless. We have not even moved in yet and they cannot provide us with any of the utility information, any pictures of the house, a scan of our tenancy agreement and require all payments to made from one account rather than individually from each tenant. We also are only able to move into the house from 3 o clock in the afternoon leaving us with no where to store our things until we move in. Based on other reviews it seems these this won't improve throughout the tenancy.

Just horrendous. Refused to give us the keys until 3.45 because they said the office would be busy all day (Which it wasn't, there was one other person in the office when I turned up fifteen minutes early), then an hour before told us the inventory wasn't finished, due to "having to get loads of cleaners in" so we couldn't have the keys for a further hour after that. Since I've a right to live in the house from the stroke of midnight on the 1st, I had to go over to the house and get them off the clerk, who had all four sets anyway. Turns out he'd locked himself out of a previous house with all our keys inside beforehand, which caused the delay, and the house hadn't been cleaned. So that's Tenantlink for you, dishonest, disorganised, and just a bit dim.

Had a really good experience with Tenant Link, especially Jon & Jackie. Jackie went out of her way to help me out outside of office hours which I was really grateful for and helped me out massively. They remained professional and helpful through the whole process. Very quick, simple and easy and I would recommend :).

Agency has a good range of properties and are professional and helpful, when taking your money, especially at the beginning of the contract. But when you move they'll find any little thing to charge you for something. A large chunk of our deposit was deducted for small things like "dust". I probably would stay away from them and find yourself a place where you can deal with a landlord directly.

Tenant Link is a very professional agency, if you have a problem, they will solve immediately.
I saw a lot of experience in the agency and expecially in the agent that helped me with the property.

I have been a landlord with Tenant Link for the past 18 years owning 2 student let properties. They have been fully managed by Tenant Link and cannot praise them enough. They are caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend........

Website was unhelpful, as despite filtering by a half-mile radius of the area I was looking for a home in, most results were for buildings outside of this area. I requested viewings of 2 properties, and the only response I received was an email informing me I'd been added to an "applicant list", and would receive information regarding any properties they think I'd be interested in. To opt out of this mailing list, which to my knowledge I never consented to being added to, I have to call them. The only other communication I received from Tenant Link was a request to review them along with a link to this address.

Avoid like plague. They make appointments and then never show up. Had to call them back after we were tired of waiting in front of the property just to be told that it had been let.

Just beginning our tenancy, all seem friendly and genuine, quite organised too.

I have recently rented a house via Tenant Link and they have been so nice and helpful with my move. They also have been providing extra furniture for me and guided me through out the moving process. I have been living in the UK for 9 years and had to move 16 times and so far this house is the best I've rented.

Professional and fair compared to other letting agents I've dealt with! Have recommended to others.

I have been a subcontractor for Tenant Link for many years, the staff are always helpful and will go out of their way to get information that is needed, they also pay promptly. Would always recommend tenant link to other contractors I know

I have been a tennant with tennant link now for the last 6-7months, the process of getting a viewing and dealing with all of the realivent paper work was done in a swift and efficient way and this includes obtaining the keys. Whithin the first week there was an issue with the garage door this was reported to them on the Friday and although they don't operate at the weekend (unless it's an emergency) they dealt with it very quickly the following week. I have also had an issue with the flush in my toilet which was also dealt with very quickly. The staff when I have called or spoken to in person thus far have been very nice and polite, my tenancy is up for renewal soon and I will be renewing it. Based on my experience with them so far I would definitely recommend tennant link

Worked for Tenant Link over last 2/3 years, good company to work for as invoices always settled quickly unlike some agencies where have to wait for a cycle and 28 days etc.
Staff all very friendly and propties I've been to are of a good standard.

When I moved out last year and got my deposit back they charged me for cleaning which was already done, by myself and was spotless thoughout and paining of walls.

I later asked for an invoice and the cleaner was a house not a business which I thought was weird I asked the tenants if anyone had come by to do any of the work that I had an invoice for.... none was done I have since been to the house and found that the wall are still the same as I first moved in with.

While I was there I had to sign another tenancy agreement for the HMO when I wanted a copy of it, it had got lost never recovered and it had my signature on.

When I tried fighting for the rest of my deposit back they were more threatening me with more reductions like leaving at the wrong time when I didn t get any email regarding moving out what needed to be done or time.

This company doesn t even deserve a one star just money grabbing
