What can I say, the staff is not friendly and the place is a maze trying to figure out where to go and which desk to check out from on top of being understaffed. The doctor was more of a sales person, after telling the doctor that I can't get pregnant with my boyfriend, she tried to sell me on getting Mirana. It had nothing to do with why I was there! They are not connected to Franciscam health charts so you can't even see your lab results on My Chart. I felt rushed and dissmissed, terrible waste of my insurance money only to come up with a "you're just going to have to deal with it" outcome.

To add, based on most of the office replies to these reviews, they obviously don't like constructive and honest feedback and feel they do everything right. It's appalling to see some of their nasty replies to these reviews and former patients. Keep up the terrible work SSOBGYN, keep violating HIPAA laws by revealing what happened at these patients appointments in your replies.

I saw Dr. Cherrell Triplett as a new patient as I have just moved to this area. She was so kind, compassionate and caring. I feel like I have found the best. She took her time with me and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I would recommend her to everyone!! I feel so fortunate to have found her.

Mr. Lupton is the sweetest, most gentle man.. EVER! His nurses are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Sarah is one of my most favorite nurses there! She always asks how the babys doing, if she can get me anything, and I just really enjoy their office. I'm always seen immediately, no waiting, and they are just REALLY GOOD PEOPLE!! 5 STAR REVIEW!!

So far so good! I love dr. Johnson and ultrasound tech in Mooresville. Front desk could be a bit better but I have no real complaint. I'm a first time mom and I feel as if I've been well taken care of!

Dr. Perkins is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I am 23 years old and had a hysterectomy. I had internal bleeding and they had me stay longer to monitor me and I had to get blood transfusions. Dr. Perkins was so quick to jump in things and make sure I was comfortable and then he did another surgery on me to get out all the blood. Dr. Perkins is compassionate towards his patients, respects what they patient asks for and if very knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with how my surgery went despite having to have another surgery and spending another night in the hospital. I reccomend Dr. Perkins to anyone who doesn't have an OBGYN or is looking to find a new one.

Who on earth is responding to these reviewers' comments?? As a customer service professional I am cringing at the responses. Whether you agree with the critiques or not, your Google rating is 2.3 stars. Your replies are not helping your score. I'm shocked that a professional office would seemingly cherry-pick who you're going to respond to, and then word the responses as they've been. You should probably respond to everyone or no one...and no one might be better until you have someone a little more gracious in that position.

Giving two stars because the wait time was long even with a scheduled appt (at least the day we went, maybe they were just behind that day) also because when I called to inquire some information one of the nurses were being really rude over the phone. And I don't appreciate that.. Also some of the nurses were rude at the facility but maybe that's just there personality... But I still don't appreciate that! But my family was very pleased with the doctor so I suppose that's all that matters. Also the facility could use some remodeling, seems a little outdated.

I absolutely love Dr. Triplett! Changing OB/GYN was the best choice. She listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. I feel so comfortable around her. She has the best bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

I have been coming to this office as a patient of Dr. Foxlow's for close to two years. I have had two laparoscopies performed by her to remove cysts and diagnose and remove endometriosis. I am happy to currently be an OB patient with her and have been happy with absolutely every interaction with her and the entire staff. They are friendly, my wait times are never long as long as I am on time. I never feel rushed, every question and concern is addressed and I feel very well taken care of. Ultrasound tech at my last ultrasound got great shots of our baby and she helped us pull off a wonderful surprise gender reveal. I feel very comfortable and optimistic about the remainder of my pregnancy and delivery with Dr. Foxlow and the rest of this office.

I love my OB however, it doesn't matter what time of day it is you will be there for a few hours. It's ridiculous how long you have to wait. I always get called back at a minimum of 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I don't recommend scheduling an appointment if you have to work that day because you'll be late.

And I'll respond to what the owner said below.
I did NOT see 6 providers in 1 visit. Who sees 6 providers in 1 visit?? I am not sure who you looked up but that wasn't me. Making excuses for your poor service and staff is pathetic. I did not have an ultrasound nor did I see anyone else except for my doctor. Maybe instead of wasting your time looking up the patients that go here you should take the time to talk to your staff to not over schedule their patients and making them sit in the room for 40 minutes. I do know what it takes to provide service. I have served for 7 years and continue serving families as a funeral director.

During this pandemic I couldn't go back there too see my own son's ultrasound too see how big he has gotten so I don't get too see him way too go and the lady at the front desk was very rude wouldn't let me talk so yeah smart guys y'all something else so yeah thanks for taking that away from me

I see Dr.Dobbs in Mooresville. I don't feel like he listened to me at all. He was more concerned with getting me on birth control so I can "preserve" my ovaries so I can have babies,I explained to him that I do not want to become pregnant, he laughed and continued to keep telling me about the birth control (yes I know birth control stops you from getting pregnant, or prevents it...but its the way and the manner that he came across as not listening to me and acting like I don't know what I'm talking about). I have had irregular or messed up periods with spotting, pain in between periods, my cyst hurts since January, I have a cyst on my right ovary, and had two misscarrages last year and he thinks everything is fine, doesn't think I have edro, like I think is a possibility. He just wants me on the pill until my follow up with him in Jan! nevermind the spotting and pain. Well Friday morning Oct 7th I woke up in horrible pain on my lower left ovary, I went to the ER and they think I have a ruptured cyst! I was just seen my Dr.Dobbs, they gave me a ultrasound and he said nothing to me about my left ovary, just that you could see where a cyst ruptured before on my right, and that you can see a new cyst on my right ovary...literally never said a word about my left ovary. I don't feel like Dr.Dobbs really listened to me or cared for me the way that he should have, I'm very disappointed in that. Just because I am choosing to not have a baby for so many reasons that he doesn't even understand doesn't mean he can give me a 1950's level of women's health care. We aren't all here to make babies. Now with a cyst ruputre on my left ovary I am definitely 100% going somewhere else for my follow up, and to get a second opinion, and this was my first time to see an OBGYN!!!

I had a 9 am appointment today per my phone schedule and text message as well as email. So I get up early drive from Westside of Indianapolis to southeast to be rudley told that my appointment isn't till 1:50 and I explained to Lisa well I got a text this morning of my 9 am obgyn appointment she caredless and said well there isn't any Am appointment for you. So I asked her to reschedule my appointment she said no will see you at 1:50 and I said no im not coming back she said well then call and reschedule and next time Don't bring anyone with you, but if there office staff was organized and would of made a appointment reminder call and verified time and there policy of not bringing anyone with you then I would of known. I called my primary and asked for a referral to another gynecologist but Not Southside office. Lisa needs to be retrained or retire if she can't be passionate about her job seems frustrated and rude

Very professional. Very Nice. Very thorough, I found out and in one visit what my previous Dr still hadn't figured out in four. They were so nice professional thorough made me feel very comfortable and for me that's next to impossible at a dr. I'm happy to have found somewhere like this for my care. I feel safe in their hands.

Poor service here. My doctor here (foxlowe) was never informative with anything. Never seemed concerned or explained anything to me about baby or myself. She was always in and out appts quickly, seemed in a hurry like I didn't matter. Never said much. Never showed up to deliver my baby, never got an explanation why. Very unprofessional! Don't waste your time here! Also, the staff seems unorganized and rude at times.

My husband and I had our first prenatal appointment just this past Monday. From the lady checking people in to the ultrasound tech, to the medical assistant to Kara, the NP, everyone was absolutely wonderful. Very polite and sweet. Kara was very comforting and made me feel at ease especially with this being my first pregnancy.

I like the nurses. I ve came here ever since I got pregnant in 2018. The scheduling department was hit or miss on if they would answer and when they answered they were rude sometimes. I believe one of the scheduling ladies is one of the receptionists. And she is beyond rude. I m here today and she put me through the ringer to get my appointment. She demanded me to do things. She didn t ask. I dread coming here sometimes because I have to deal with her. But I love everyone else here so I keep coming. I m not sure if it s just me or if she s like that with everyone. But she s so RUDE! Definitely needs to work on her people skills. I m going to tell my doctor/nurse today and then I m going to see if I can reach someone higher up to make a formal complaint. If this behavior doesn t change I will have to choose a new office to go to because I should not dread coming to the doctor s office when I m not feeling well because of how she treats me.

I have only seen Dr. Perkins here and he is a great doctor even though he doesn't deliver babies anymore which is a downfall for me as he delivered my first baby and his nurse Karen was also wonderful but they do have great nurses and doctors around the establishment. I think the office staff could really use an attitude adjustment or maybe even a replacement. I feel that they should be more respectful to patients and be more welcoming. I was treated poorly by the short haired lady at the front desk soon as you walk in due to owing a balance which I am working on. I do feel like she shouldn't make someone feel less of a person for owing a balance and saying things like it's her bill and needs to be paid to my mom that was rude. I think if she can't treat patient's nicely she should find another job. I do love the doctors and nurses though but an upgrade in office staff would be wonderful. I am currently seeking employment and have an associates degree in office if you need someone who can treat people with respect, be friendly and make patients feel welcome with a smile just saying.

This is the worst obgyn office ever. I suffer from PCOS and went here to try and get help for ovulation/fertility. And instead I wasted time and money for Dr. Randolph to do absolutely nothing to help me because of her own biased opinion.

Absolutely worst office to deal with! They never answer the phone or return voicemail. I had to call numerous times over the course of 2 months to try and get my daughter scheduled, finally spoke to someone and got an appointment setup. Showed up for the scheduled appointment after receiving confirmation just to arrive to an empty office because they had closed an hour and half earlier!!!!! How do you schedule when you aren't even open! Prior to that screw up, they scheduled me for the wrong location.

Doctor's are ok but they have the most incompetent nurses and receptionists on that place. They would never pick up the phone, most of the nurses are rude. Very disorganized!. Felt uncomfortable having to deal with that place, can't wait to get a different place to be attended. Very dissapointed

Absolutely loved it here. I had the best experience birthing my first child.. Staff were very friendly, assertive, and caring. I would definitely have another baby here. I couldn t have picked a better location!

Adore the office and staff! I started with Dr. Tripplett who referred me to Dr. Bell for the Da Vinci hysterectomy. Both doctors were compassionate, caring, well informed, and took their time discussing my options. I never felt rushed or burdensome and never waited more than 15 minutes to get in. They even coordinated with another surgeon to remove my gallbladder at the same time. One recovery, one surgical bill! The office is an hour and a half drive for me, but I won't go elsewhere. I highly recommend to every lady I know.

the extremely rude girl who handles dr bell's scheduling berated me for about 3 - 4 minutes saying they wouldn't allow me to book an appointment if my medicaid approval was "presumptive" only once it is fully approved... but i have regular insurance through my work...so i asked her to book an appointment for me bc i didn't want to wait that long bc i am already 7.1 weeks along and I'm high risk... so she then said hold on... left me there for a minute...came back and begrudgingly said ok... and asked me all of my information...and then said dr bell is not accepting new patients.

I had a great experience at this office. The ultrasound tech, Megan, was so kind and explained everything that was going on. I see Dr. Johnson, and she is very compassionate and willing to answer any questions. The office and staff were very professional and welcoming.

I've always appreciated the doctors, but the scheduling stuff is ridiculous. They have always scheduled me when I'm leaving my appointment, and schedule my mammogram with it. When I went in January they said they can't schedule appointments 6 months out, that I needed to call in a few months to schedule it. Really? That's convenient.
So when I call to schedule it I have no issues, but when it gets closer to appointment time I find they didn't schedule my mammogram. I called 8 days ago and had to leave a message, then called 6 days ago and had to leave a message. Just called again today, the operator can't do anything and guess what? I had to leave a message. Is it so difficult to call your clients?

Called to discuss some things with Dr. Foxlow and talked to Tracy the RN. She was extremely rude, sounded like she was eating or chewing something and acted like my call was a waste of time. I eventually asked for someone else to call me back, we shall see! It's always the office staff that ruin it for the doctors! Stop being judgmental and treat people like you would want to be treated....it's pretty simple!

Southside OBGYN has improved a LOT over the past couple of years in terms of their customer service and accessibility. Now I can actually call the triage nurse and get a person, not just an answring machine. I don t have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get an appointment scheduled. I get calls back about my bloodwork results and several reminders about upcoming appointments. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Triplett as she saved me from delivering my son at 34 weeks, and she s watching extra close this pregnancy to make sure I don t go into preterm labor again. She s smart, she calls me after hours to make sure I understand the game plan for my treatments, she s informative, and she doesn t mind answering questions. I will never see any other doctor but her! As far as the nurse practicioners go, Susan Logdon is wonderful as well and I really enjoy seeing her on my appointments when I don t see Dr. Triplett, she truly cares and it shows. Your receptionist at the very front with the short hair and glasses is so sweet and pleasant, and I ve always liked talking with her. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes the waits are longer, but I hope you continue to work on being more time efficient. Thanks again Dr. Triplett and Susan! You re the best!

This place is complete garbage. Don't give them your money. They never return it even after getting the money and EOB's from your insurance company. They say they will, but they don't. They have $500 going on 7 months for a $9.70 claim that I owe. NINE DOLLARS and 70 CENTS and yet, they need to hang on to my $492 just in case I were to not pay the $9.70.

Dr. Perkins and his staff are the very best. He delivered my daughter 19 years ago and I remain with him for my womens health visits. I always feel comfortable and in good hands! I have never been treated badly by any of the staff.

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with my first child, and I have no clue what I'm doing. Each and every visit here isn't at all explained to me, I'm rushed into things, and when the fact that my questions are never answered is brought up, I'm given a sarcastic attitude by my doctor. I'm handed a white plastic stick and rushed into the bathroom with no direction every time I visit, and I'm never told what to do or what it's for. My results of my tests are never explained to me, and it's overall just a depressing environment in which I leave Everytime with a handful of unanswered questions and confusion. All I want is a little bit more professionalism and attention when I visit instead of feeling like a customer in drive thru at McDonalds.

I have mentioned several times after undergoing a c-section that I had abdominal pain. Even though they preformed the surgery they insist they cant see/treat me for this. I have to go to a primary care Doctor who in the past has referred me back to my OB!!! ( all within the st francis network) I have been trying to get answers for 8 years and now I have a lump in my stomach the size of baseball cut in half. The nurse I spoke to was rude and would not even let me finish before shoving me back towards my primary. Not to mention they took my child at 30 weeks (premature). After receiving a second opinion and having all my ultrasounds looked over by another Obgyn because i was considering tying my tubes . Turns out all my ultrasounds during my pregnancy was normal ! So I still believe to this day that there was nothing wrong with my pregnancy and have confirmed it. I will be getting all my records from the Hospital. If it was not for my insurance I would be going else where. I hate this place.

I see why this office has 2 stars. After being admitted to the ER last night I came in for a follow up appointment with Dr. Lupton for a potential ovarian cyst. I've been in severe pain for 4 days which escalated to the point of me having to call off work. I have only been prescribed narcotics 3 times in my life. Once for wisdom tooth removal as a teen (I only took two tablets & threw the rest away), 2 years ago the first time I had a ruptured cyst (I took only what was prescribed), and last night. I haven't slept or eaten consistently for several days because of the pain.

In the first 5 minutes of the exam Dr. Lupton did everything but accuse me of being a drug addict. He walked out of the exam room without explanation after I told him I was in pain and preferred to lie down during the exam. Upon returning to the room he told me I had 'an attitude'. I told him I preferred to see another doctor and asked him to leave the room. I changed and was leaving the office when he told me I was 'ambulating just fine'.

I've never seen a medical care practitioner behave so unprofessionally. I won't be bringing business back to this office ever again.

Incredibly efficient office and very short wait times. The office is always well kept and clean. I personally see Dr. Lupton. He has a gentle and compassionate spirit, always willing to listen and answer any questions I have, exhibits professionalism, and his bedside manner is above and beyond. I have a strong medical background, but can still appreciate the way he simplifies his explanations to bridge any gaps. His assistant, Missy, always greets me with a smile and is quick to assist me to my room. Dr. Tripplet delivered my son via emergency cesarean section and did an incredible job, also. She was sensitive to my emotions during a scary time for me, calm, and soft-spoken. I can t say enough good about the care I ve received here at Southside OBGYN. I have recommended a handful of family and friends to this office, all of which speak highly of their experiences, as well!

I asbsolutely would recommend Southside ObGyn. They re very friendly, helpful when needed. They re willing to go the extra mile for their patients. Dr. Lupton is very informal, kind, and willing to help with any concerns.

I started seeing Dr. Triplett over a year now and I can't say enough good things about her and the other staff at Southside OBGYN.

The doctor, nurse practitioners, nurses, ultrasound techs, lab techs, and even the receptionists....they were all amazing during my entire pregnancy with my first child.

I was able to ask questions freely and was well informed about my health care during my pregnancy. It was so refreshing to feel like I could have an open conversation with the staff about any concerns. Also, getting a last minute appointment was relatively easy on the few occasions I felt I should be seen for an issue.

I would highly recommend them to any woman, pregnant or not.

UPDATE: unfortunately, I ve changed my review from 5 star to 3 star. The scheduling team for this office is so rude! I just spoke with a women to reschedule my appointment she seemed aggravated I was even calling. Finally she offered me another appointment for next week which I took. I said that day and time would work out great, thank you very much . She did not say a word and hung up. You might as well have a robot answer the phone, this women was so cold and impersonal. I would think you would want your office to be more of a warming environment with the people you see and speak with first?
As far as my healthcare I am still very satisfied with Dr Randolph and the nurses. If they were no longer there I would not be either.

Love Dr. Randolph! I feel very comfortable knowing she will be working with me during my high risk pregnancy My last appointment was estimate to take 3 hours but only ended up being there 1 hr 45 min

I am a patient of Dr Boothe. He has been my doctor since I was 16 years old. Very informative caring doctor. He has seen me through miscarriages, one birth and most recently surgical procedure. I highly recommend this office. Wait times can be a little long, but I don t mind the wait knowing that the doctors truly care and take their time with each patient.

I had a descent experience with everyone at this office during my first visit (including doctor and medical assistants). Everyone except Erin the receptionist. She does not have a friendly disposition. Either it s just her resting face or she just doesn t care for the job. Anyways, I hope she isn t being that way purposefully because it s very uncomfortable for the patient.

The staff could be friendlier and my main issue was with Dr. Bell whom I felt was very inpersonable and for lack of better terms a bit fake and in and out very quick. Most of the staff isn't quick to help with medication either they point you back to your family doctor which is fine I guess. I switched over to another Dr. and hope to have better luck with him for my next child since he delivered my first. If I have another that is.

Dr. Lupton is the BEST!!! I HIGHLY recommend him, he's very kind, understanding, and patient. I was so nervous about going in for an C-section but he did an AMAZING job! He will be delivering any children I'll be haviing in the future!!! Thanks again Dr. Lupton and staff

I went here for my pregnancy. And I can say I went her quite often for over 9 months for a high risk pregnancy. And the nurse practitioners were very compassionate. I saw Dr Tripplet, who is very good, kind. She managed my high risk pregnancy, very factual and was not over reactive. She was very respectful and supportive of my desire to have a natural birth. I ended up having Dr Randolph for delivery and she is amazing! She is very compassionate, personable, and I am so at ease with her. I felt very secure with her. The ultrasound techs and staff are awesome as well. The only thing that I didn't find as helpful was the triage nurses... Some were very nice and others were overactive. When I compare this practice with my friends' experiences with other practices, I would definitely choose this practice again. They really care about you.

Today was my first time ever visiting this office and my experience wasn't great... the staff wasn't friendly and they treated me like I was just there to annoy them. I didn't feel my concerns were taken very seriously and The only friendly person I encountered was the ultrasound tech (she was awesome). Unfortunately, I will not be returning... ever.

Dr tripplett and her staff were so nice!! I should. Also mention I came from another OB who was not the greatest. I have fibroids and the medicine my old OB put me on caused 5 more to grow. Dr Triplett told me I had 6 when I saw her. She's reserved but as the daughter of a nurse I know some drs. Are just like that. But she's very nice.

I went in for a depo shot in August 2016. They miscoded my visit and charged me for my annual visit. When I spoke to the scheduler on the phone, she apologized and said the CEO had confirmed that this was their error and my next PAP would be free on them. When I went in for my appointment, the technician who brought me in my room told me insurance wouldn't cover my visit because she said I already had my annual. She accused me of lying to get a free PAP, because you know, they're so awesome to sit through that once a year isn't enough...

I thoroughly explained the situation but she refused to even consider what I was telling her. She made me wait in the patient examination room over an hour after my scheduled appointment time trying to research what had happened. I just left. This situation wouldn't have been so horrible if she just apologized and didn't treat me like I was trying to steal a free PAP. Definitely would not recommend. Unprofessional, poor service, and disorganized.

I've been seeing Dr Tienne Randolph for my entire pregnancy, minus the two months she was out for her own maternity leave. Those two months without her were hard! Not getting paperwork filled out right, not getting the care I needed, seeing random people who had little to no interest in helping me. I submitted my FMLA paperwork THREE times and ended up having to just send it to the joke of a company, MediCopy, myself. Got it a week later. I was so relieved when she came back. She is incredible. She gets 5 stars, just for herself. Caring, compassionate, actually listens when I talk. Hands down best OB I could ask for. Although she is ALWAYS in a hurry, but its not her fault they over schedule and she doesn't even have time to breathe. The rest of the staff? Sub-par. Her nurses are polite and helpful but the reception staff are awful and never follow through with anything. When I had to see other doctors, they and their nurses just didn't seem to care at all about me or my baby, and only seemed to want to rush me in and out. So glad to have Dr Randolph back.

I am 13 weeks pregnant and have thyroid disease, which I was told would now be monitored by my OB. They were supposed to send blood work out 2 weeks ago. After 4 phone calls, 3 messages and NO returned calls, I finally spoke with someone on my 5th time calling in 3 days, to find out they never sent my lab in! I had to go back for more blood work, now to be told that my doctor does not prescribe this medication and I have to follow up with my primary care. So now I have been out of medication for nearly a week, luckily my pharmacy is working with me until I can get this resolved. I have never had an issue with my doctor, but the staff here that I have been dealing with is so terrible it's sickening. I have never been treated so poorly as a patient, and especially after finally getting pregnant, I didn't expect all my stress to come from dealing with a doctors office that refuses to call me back!!

I m hesitant to give 4, instead of 5 stars. My only complaint is that sometimes wait times can be a little long depending on the time of day you re in, but many doctor offices can get like that. And, I would offer to the moms, more than just the lemon lime drink for the glucose test. Personally, I think it is the nastiest thing I ve ever drank! I had a c-section with Dr. Triplett for my son, and am currently pregnant again and she is wonderful! Her bedside manner is perfect, and she is always patient with all of the questions I ve had. I have never felt rushed or just like another patient to her. The front desk staff, ultrasound techs and nurses are always sweet and super personable when I am in. If I ever have any fears, questions or concerns, I know they will be addressed by my medical team through SS OBGYN! I would not choose another doctor or another place to have my babies.

I got a recommendation from my mother's doctor at the same hospital because my local doctor wanted to wait to wait six months to do some testing that needed to be done. Was not willing to schedule me before 9 weeks to help me confirm how far along I am - I don t know when my last period was so I was not even able to determine if i m already 9 weeks or not. Would not recommend this organization if you are looking for a caring, family-based experience as a first or second time mother.

Dr. Cherrell Triplett is wonderful! I have been seen by her since 2013 and she delivered both of my children. With my first, Dr. Triplett came to the hospital while she off work and on vacation and delivered my daughter at 5:40 pm on a Saturday. Delivery didn t go as planned and I ended up hemorrhaging after my daughter was born. Dr. Triplett was so calm and reassuring which was comforting to myself as well as my family. She ended up calling a colleague to come assist her around 6:45 pm and Dr. Leslie Foxlow came to the hospital to assist. She was incredibly kind and professional as well. Dr. Triplett also delivered my son by unexpected cesarean at 1 in the morning. I can t imagine how exhausting it was for her to be checking in on me multiple times in the middle of the night and then deliver my son in the middle of the night. Dr. Triplett has always made me feel like a person who matters and not just a number. I have never felt rushed during appointments and she has always taken the time to actively listen to my questions or concerns and provide answers. She has always been one to focus on the positives and her energy is contagious. Dr. Triplett s medical assistant Jen is the sweetest as well. I could go on and on but I will just say that they have always been professional, kind, supportive, reassuring, and I am so thankful to receive excellent care from such a wonderful provider!
