Hot damn I love this place!! Please allow me to sit facing forward next time,my neck still hurts.

We had a blast. Great show. We ate before but wished we hadn't. The food looked awesome. A lot of people packed inside but it was still fun.

How do I get you to stop robocalling me every time you fail to sell out a show? I went there once over a decade ago. (Yes, I have blocked them, but they use multiple number.)

I feel like the headliner for the act on Saturday wasn't there. Her picture didn't her face. They were all funny tho. Just dont buy food there plus the 2 drinks..that bill was more expensive than going to Pappadeaux.

Large sized comedy club with restaurant. A bit cramped but the comedians made up for it. -1 star for loooooong waiting lines to get tickets and entry.

I know not everyone will have the same experience but mine was amazing here! It was my first time at this comedy club and everything went smoothly. Ordered tickets online a week before the show, and pickup at will call was easy. No wait for my gf and I. Once inside we got escorted to our table which was in the front row, how awesome! They don't tell you your seat in advance so it was a sweet surprise. Pablo Francisco was hilarious and our server was great! Nothing to complain about, didn't try the food so can't comment on that. Thanks Tempe Imrpov, we will be back!

Took my friends to see Lavel Crawford's show in January. They had two opening acts that were really funny and Lavel's set was amazing. Definitely the hardest i've ever laugh in my life. In regards to the venue, obviously the food and drinks are over priced and their is a 2 drink minimum in which the cheapest alcoholic drink is about $7. Just be aware of those costs beforehand and you should be good to have a great time at the show.

Saw Nate Bargatze here a few weeks ago. It has been a long time since I saw someone at the Improv, so long in fact that this was the first time since they redid the place. I liked the new or old set up(if it was something that's been around for a while). As with any comedy club, they packed us in like sardines, closer together than the Cheesecake Factory. Which, in and of itself is fine with me. It's a club, I knew that I'd be rubbing elbows with the dude next to me.

What I didn't like, was the fact that our phones were locked inside pouches. Don't get me wrong, phones can be a distraction to the comedian and to the crowd alike. Also, I get that some folks stupidly record things, but the irritation for me lies in the fact that i couldn't see or really feel my phone through the thick fabric of the pouch in case my kid's babysitter needed something.

Another rather irritating thing was the music that was being blasted before the show. I may be in the minority in that I don't care for garbage top 40 nonsense, but it would be nice if it wasn't so loud. Maybe turn it down a smidge???

Minor irritations which causes a loss of one star. The rest though was great. Staff was super nice, out server was discrete, attentive, and didn't forget a single thing that was asked for.

I would fully go back again. As for the Improv itself, expect to be crammed in there and show up early if you don't have a reserved seat.

They have some great comics come through here. I haven t been in about 10 years but I had a ton of fun. They seat you by group size so make sure to get there early for a good spot. Only did 4 out of 5 because food prices were a little too much to make this a regular hang out. $7 for a coke?!

Fun night, a bit pricey in my opinion but loved Rojo and Tone so it was worth it.

Lots of fun. We didn't eat there but ate at a nearby restaurant. Our table neighbors ate there and their food looked delicious!!!

Nice venue but EXPENSIVE!! Two drink minimum but you can get a bottomless ice tea for $14.95?!?! They don't tell you the prices of drinks when you order.

Always a good time. Make sure to get there early to get a good spot in line. Drinks are pricey

Great shows but standing on the stairway up for an hour to get a decent seat is crazy - should be able to buy seats closer even if it's more

First time to a hypnosis show & it was very well worth it!

Worst place for a show ever the staff lost money for the performer his show would have been great but the staff was so bad they tried to put there hands on my wife and i never go here

It was awesome. Had a great time! Tables had dividers and everyone wearing masks, following covid19 safety guidelines.

THEY DO NOT GET ANY STARS FROM ME THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY LIE ON THE WEBSITE GOT THERE IT WAS SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THEY TOLD ME I WAS REQUIRED TO BUY TWO DRINKS AND I SPENT OVER 60 DOLLARS THEY OVER Charge MY CARD

Great atmosphere, good food and drinks. Little on the pricey side so just be ready for that. Overall great experience!

Saw Pauly Shore here and it was awesome! Place is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. We will be going back!

Establishement is cramped. Pre show music is so loud you can't hear the other party your with. Seating couples across from each other sucks. Went there to enjoy a show and share it with my husband not look at the back of his head. Bring exact change as the wait staff will not bring your change back.

Damon Wayans show made me laugh so hard it filled my soul.

The shows are awesome. The food is a hit or miss. The drinks depends on who makes them.

We had a great time on New year's Eve at the improv. Rob Schneider was fantastic! It was a great overall experience. We got there early enough and our large party was seated on the 2nd floor back right corner. We had dinner beforehand and enjoyed drinks and great comedy. The weather outside was cold and rainy, but the temperature inside was hot!

We saw Amir K here.. the guy was hilarious!! Jokes were great and hope this guy makes it big.

4 start because drinks are 1 or 2 bucks over priced. Would definitely come here again

I've always had a great time when I go and will certainly be back for many more shows so long as they consistently have great comedians and a fun friendly staff. I've sat every where and there's no bad seat per se.

The comedy was fantastic however the wait staff they need a little bit of improvement. Do not and I repeat this do not order a monster any size beverage from them. It's enough for four people to share not for two. It is not worth your effort or money to buy one of these items.

Always fun to see comedy show. Who doesn't like to laugh. Its nice date night location.

$8 wine with a good pour for the 2 drink minimum. Standard seats close to people to fill the ground. Easy to park to enter Rand leave. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Drinks are way water down so stick to beer. This place is very expensive. The staff and comics were totally worth it all

Show was great BUT...showed up 30 minutes before show started and was seated upstairs next to the bar. When the show started the staff made so much noise filling ice containers and glasses with ice you couldn't hear the show. Saw a few couples leave because of the terrible seating. Was waiting for wait staff to turn on dishwasher so we could have a break in the noise. Disappointed in seating and staffing.

Tommy Davidson was great had a good time with friends drinks was great as well food was good too.

Great atomsphere for laughs and making memoreies! Get on the promo list for free tickets and you will enjoy this comedy club all year around! We took the Good Times Rollin Party Bus this time so we could let loose and drink those fancy beverages!

overall it was a pretty good experience the show was good comedians were pretty good. my issue is with the drinks and the two minimum required why are your drinks so *amn expensive? seating is good no matter where you're seated.

They are a staple for the comedy scene in Metro Phoenix and for that I thank them. The service was great, it's just... The food was so bad... The chicken tenders were so hard and rubbery it was like eating the sole of a shoe. I had a virgin daiquiri which is basically juice, soda and syrup and it cost $13... I understand your main service is entertainment but take a hard look at your menu, folks.

Tempe Improv was a great date night for my boyfriend and I! Service was great and there wasn t a bad seat in the place. All of the comics were outstanding. We ordered a bottle of wine and that covered the 2 drink min for both of us.

Very disappointed with the service and drinks. Paid $15 for a pina colada that tastes like sugar no alcohol whatsoever. I Told the waitress about it she gave me attitude and just walked away.

Always a great time seeing live comedy. I'm on their list so they call often for discounted shows to fill seats. Food and drinks are decent as well.

A comedy club with a nice atmosphere. Honeslty a little better than Stsnd Up live. The tempe improv is a MUCH larger inside for more space and a bigger stage for celebrities and comedians, tickets are just as decently priced and the food and drink service is really good too, the main advantage here though is location and space plus a more bar like venue that supports a chill environment. Photo is when I attended a book reading that Patrick warburton was doing and Paid for a VIP meet and greet ticket. It was a fun experience and the comedy club was very professional. He even signed my two venture brothers posters and took the photo so. Fantastic comedy club, swing on by.

My husband Rob and I had such a great time. Everyone one was too funny, we laughed so hard! We definitely recommend going to see the show, we know that you will have as much fun as me and my husband did.

The drinks had very little alcohol for their price. Mitch Fatel was not funny at all. He stayed on one subject and never mixed it up. Should have went to Stand up Live.

First time enjoying a show here and it was well done! My wife and I had a great time and look forward to visiting here again. I read some of the reviews before going so I knew what to expect as far as paying for beverages / food. I have been to a few other events around PHX like WNBA, NBA, NFL games as well as the Ballet and Opera. I can tell you $13 for drinks is pretty average. While those events don't have a minimal beverage purchase, they do charge a lot more for the tickets. So either way a night out is easily $100 these days. Thanks to the Tempe Improv comedians for the night of laughs.

Went to see the Jimmy Dore Show live, it was awesome! The staff was friendly, helpful and prompt. Everything you would want in a wait staff.

Mixed drinks are terrible

Bottled drinks are only option !!

Fun night here with Blue Toastmaster's. They had their annual Comedy Contest and it was a night of laughter. Service is a bit slow and often lacking. For such large crowds they really should step up the wait staff.

This is a great great place to see a comedian live. Tempe improv is a place that is borderline fancy on the inside. You will be surprised how different it is to see a comedian live versus on TV or over the radio.
