Came into the store a few weeks ago and asked for a particular item. Was told "we usually have it, but I will have to order it for you. Leave your name and number and we will call you as soon as it comes in".
Stopped in yesterday because i havent received a phone call. The woman I spoke to didnt want to be bothered. Thats what my husband and I felt, anyway. She told us that she has been there for 7 years and they have NEVER had the product that we were looking for and she has no idea why my name and number was taken in the first place. She disnt even offer to confirm the situation.
We feel that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, and they have no clue about anything. We feel that they are lacking customer service, as we felt like we are a neucence both visits.

I love it! Everyone is so nice! There are so many things to buy! Fall has brought so many adorable decorations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Deliveries were on time . Great set up and selection for all your gardening needs and then some! Would definitely recommend and will be shopping there again!

Great place for trees, plants and a huge selection of outdoor adornments.

Stopped in to get propane. Drove around back and waited 15 minutes. No one came. Called store to let them know. 10 minutes later still no one. Finally after 30 minutes the girl from the front came running back and filled the tank. Shouldn't take that long to get service after you pay.

We had fun shopping around for gifts in the shop. Lots of things here you won't see any place else. The people who work here are nice. Go and look around it is something different to do.

Creekside is one of the nice garden centers. They have a nice variety of veggie plants for your garden and a lot of flowers and greenery & yard art to pretty up your curb appeal.

I ordered eight yards of topsoil, at least one yard of it was Clay. I also found multiple large rocks throughout my dirt. I also ordered two bales of straw to cover it up with after grass seeding and the straw was for some reason $19 I could be wrong but that seems a little bit steep for two bales will not be ordering the other 40 tons of dirt I need from them for sure.

We always enjoy going there and looking around. They were helpful with finding what we were looking for.

Awesome landscape store. Staff is very knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need they can get it ordered for you. I bought everything I needed for my yard and landscape here.

Cool shop!! Plenty of things to look at inside, much more than a garden center. If you got the time and your in the area check it out you will not be dissapointed.

We just wanted to shop in peace and there was a female employee who wouldn t stop following us around. She snatched my stuff out of my hand without asking and said she would take it to the counter and then stared at me. I was very uncomfortable like she thought I was going to steal!

Response to owner - I completely understand. However, the lady who was following us around admitted that she was becoming overbearing by her own admission and laughed. Then she took it a step further by taking only two small things out of my hand without asking. I was put off by that because it was so small that it wasn t bothering me to hold it. I would think it would be more polite to ask instead of snatching it out of my hand when I m not looking. I was caught of guard and it didn t seem nice...I was really bothered by it. We just wanted to shop and enjoy being there.

I enjoy what they have done with the place! A must for home and holiday decor!!

My husband and I love this store!!! You never know what treasures you are going to find when you walk through the door!!! There are incredible items here!!! You can find new items, antiques, furniture, handmade furniture, homemade food, homemade crafts, jewelry, etc. The Market Place is a fabulous shopping experience. If you haven't shopped there yet, this place is an absolute must!!!

If your garden enthusiasts this place will be almost like heaven. They have ample choices for gravel, plants, stones, trees, and mulches. Not to mention they also have a collaborative with multiple vendors who leave stalls open for customers to peruse through. While many items Maybe geared towards individuals with more disposable income, there are still countless selections at more budget-friendly levels.

Ordered bulk stone and it came on time as promised and was easy to order. Very friendly and helpful. Will do business with them again for my other projects!

Creekside has a variety of plants and materials for all landscaping needs, very helpful and informative staff. I will continue to shop here for my landscaping supplies.

There are so many vendors and everything is so unique, I love it! This is the cutest marketplace, I highly suggest you stop in. If you do stop in, make sure you see Sandy's little set up shop out of Howland. She has amazing products from jellies, mustards, hot peppers to baked goodies and snacks. And, she is the sweetest thing you will ever meet! I wish I could the Market Place at Creekside Gardens give six stars!!!!!

Cute little shop for all kinds of trinkets and plants to pick outside

Was a very nice place with all kinds of things to buy and plants. Unfortunately, l was looking for an aloe plant and the didn't have any.

This is a wonderful place to visit.
So full of magnificent plants, antiques and ideas. Great service very friendly and always willing to help. Thank you for all your hard work to provide this beautiful store and nursery
